“For the sake of Dad’s self-esteem, I’m going to tell Mom that you threw a tantrum about wanting to see her. Can you accept that?”

He wanted to see Ruan Xia, but he didn’t want Ruan Xia to know how eager he was to see her. This showed that a man’s need for self-esteem was very high sometimes.

Little Wang glanced at Song Tingshen. Although he was young, he knew that his dad was pushing the blame onto him.

Song Tingshen added, “If you can’t accept that, then never mind. Mom will be back in a few days anyways.”

With a smile, the manager said, “I saw that you didn’t eat much earlier. You might feel uncomfortable at night with an empty stomach. I know you love beauty, so I prepared fruit. Eating a few fruits at night won’t be bad.”
