she saw the signs
chose to ignore them
until after a week
she spoke up
she told him
how he was distant
how she felt unloved
and how it hurt her
he was dry
just kind of agreeing
nothing really happened
after that
she asked him
if a break would be good
as he was obviously
not doing well
he said he didnt know
but she could tell
that he just didnt want
to bid her farewell
