"CAN I JUST break his fucking bones?" Kade snarled as he glared at Carson who was standing besides Aria as they trio carried out their Chemistry experiment. Carson again was forcefully paired with Aria and Kade.
"You can. Just make sure not to send him at one of my hospitals." Aria nonchalantly muttered as she poured chemicals in the test tubes.
"You're not supposed to encourage violence." Kade slightly frowned, glancing at her.
"Hmm, everyone has their flaws." She muttered.
"What are you two muttering about?" Carson asked, popping his head in between them but his face was quickly pushed back by Kade.
"Planning your accidental death. Wanna join?" Aria glanced at him from the corner of her eyes only to see him narrowing his eyes at her.
"I don't mind dying in your arms." He flirtatiously added with a smirk only making Aria scrunch her face in disgust.
"Can I throw acid on him?" Aria muttered under her breath but Kade heard her loud and clear.
"You sure can." Kade added with a small smile.
"You're not supposed to encourage me." She glanced at Kade with narrowed eyes.
"I'm just returning the favour," he shrugged with a small grin.
"Be careful with that, it's hydrochloric acid." Aria glared at Carson who was playing around with the beaker containing the acid.
"Asshole, listen to her!" Kade scowled at the boy who was fooling around with the dangerous chemical.
"Yes Ma'am." Carson snorted as put down the chemical down and Aria sighed in relief.
"What's this?" Carson asked pointing to silver pieces on the watch glass.
"Magnesium. Is your brain even in this class?" Aria scoffed at the guy.
Carson grinned at her, "My brain is busy processing your beauty," he added with a smirk.
"That's it." Kade scoffed, "I'm gonna beat the fuck out of him." He darkly muttered and turned his body around so he could walk towards the guy.
Aria tugged on his shirt which instantly grabbed his attention, "Kade. No." She gave him a stern look and he sighed, rolling his eyes before going back to his original spot.
"Kade, don't go all hulk mode." Blake turned around to face the trio with a stern look.
"Whatever." Kade mumbled before turning his head around to get a full view of Aria carrying out the experiment.
"He's on a tight leash." Ellis chuckled looking over at Kade and then at Aria.
â â â
Aria was walking alongside Ellis after they've just finished their trip to the restroom. Both talking calmly but their eyes slightly widened once they saw Isabelle running towards them.
"What's wrong?" Aria asked with an raised eyebrow.
Isabelle worriedly glanced at the two, "He â Kade's having a brawl with Carson in the East Wing," she breathed out and their lips twisted into a deep frown.
"I knew this was gonna come soon." Ellis muttered under her breath, looking over at Aria.
"It was bound to happen." Aria sighed, running a hand through her silky hair before they all ran towards the spot.
The girls soon reached the spot and noticed a huge crowd standing around to what seemed Kade and Carson brawling.
"Move." Aria spoke harshly before all eyes were on her and the crowd split like the red sea, making way for her.
Her eyes were soon greeted by the sight of Kade and Carson, both throwing punches at each other as blood dripped from their lips.
However, Kade was clearly the better fighter since he easily dodged Carson's punches and punched his twice as hard.
"I'm gonna split those two wild animals." Aria hissed and gave one last look to Isabelle.
"Ellis will bring Luca and Blake quickly." Isabelle hesitantly nodded as Aria took a step closer to them.
"Stop." She sighed, looking at two as they still punched each other but they didn't stop.
She took one deep breath before her eyes turned into a hard, cold glare, "I said stop!" She screeched and pushed Carson away from Kade.
"Aria." Kade narrowed his eyes at the girl who was glaring at him.
"Spare him, Kade." Aria sighed, her eyes softening as he looked at her before raising his hands in surrender.
"Bastard!" Carson hissed as he got up from the floor and marched towards them.
"For fuck's sake, I tamed one and now there's another coming." Aria hissed as she turned around.
"Move. Aria." Kade spoke slowly, his eyes narrowed at the boy standing in front of her.
"You're not fighting with that filth again." Aria scoffed, rolling her eyes.
Carson quickly marched forward to throw a punch at him. Kade quickly pulled Aria behind him and glared at Carson who pulled his fist back to punch Kade but Carson didn't reach Kade.
"Hey hey, calm down." Luca gave Carson a sly grin as he held him back from going anywhere near Kade and Aria.
Blake held Carson's other arm and shook his head in disappointment, "I'm gone for a few minutes and a fight breaks out."
"Let go of me," Carson gritted his teeth, glaring at Kade who was held back by Aria with her hand on his chest.
"Haha. No." Luca deadpanned, holding him back from jumping at Kade.
"I'll break his fucking bones." Carson threw a dirty look at Kade.
Kade immediately took a step forward but Aria quickly pressed her hand against his chest, holding him back before he broke Carson's bones one by one.
"Yeah? Why don't we test that right now?" Kade darkly chuckled, taking a step forward with confidence and power emitting from him.
He was clearly gonna be the one breaking bones.
Aria bit her lip and grasped Kade's wrist, holding him back.
"I swear to God." Aria hissed, glaring daggers at Carson.
"Say another word and I won't hold him back. I'll watch him break your fucking bones." Her voice was low in a threatening manner, almost sending shivers down everyone's spines.
Her dark eyes were void of emotion, making everyone take a step back in fear.
Carson gulped and shut his mouth.
"We're leaving." Aria muttered and turned around, dragging Kade by his wrist as they quickly walked towards the Medical.
Aria banged opened the door and both of them entered the room. She walked towards the cupboards while Kade sat on one of the beds.
"Why did you fight with him?" Aria muttered as she took a seat next to him.
"No reason." He grumbled.
She sighed, "Look at all the bruises you got," she glanced at his bloody knuckles.
"He got worse ones." Kade rolled his eyes.
"I don't care about him." She muttered and gave him a quick glance before applying some cream for his bruises.
"He talked bad about you." Kade muttered under his breath and Aria looked up at him with a raised eyebrow, slightly frowning at his eyebrow.
"So him talking bad about me made you go and punch the fuck out of him?" She narrowed her eyes at him.
Kade scowled at the thought of Carson talking bad about her, "He was sprouting shit about you!"
"We can't expect everyone to love us." Aria sighed, staring into his sapphire eyes.
"That doesn't give them the right to talk shit about us." Kade scoffed, rolling his eyes.
"I don't want to bandage your bruises again," she sighed closing the first aid kit.
"You know what that means right?" She raised an eyebrow at him and saw him quickly nod his head.
"I won't get into fights anymore." He mumbled and she smiled as she tucked the box into the drawer.
"Hmm, you agreed too quickly." She muttered, raising an eyebrow at him.
"But I will fight if I need to defend and protect." He declared as they stood up, she nodded with a small smile.
"We better leave before that fucker comes here or else I'll punch the fuck out of him." Kade grumbled as they walked towards the door.
"Kade. Don't punch him." She drawled out with a small glare.
"I'm pretty sure punching that fucker counts as self defence since I'm protecting my eyes from that ugly face." He grumbled with a scowl only making Aria let out a chuckle.
"I have something to say." She mumbled.
"What is it?" He asked, raising an eyebrow at the girl.
"The last punch you sent to his jaw was fucking amazing." She added with a small grin making him let out a laugh.
"And you say don't fight." He scoffed, "What a joke," he shook his head with a small grin.
"I'm just commenting on your techniques." She defended herself, nudging him.
"Encouraging violence." He corrected her with a small grin.
"I'm the most peaceful civilian ever!" She scoffed, rolling her eyes.
"Who broke people's bones." Kade added with a grin.
"That counted as self defence!" She argued back, her eyes widened as she peered at Kade who was laughing at her.
"Whatever you say, Miss Peaceful Civilian." Kade chuckled, amusingly glancing at the girl who had her dark eyes narrowed at him, a small smile evident on her soft, rosy lips.
She indeed made him feel peace in this chaotic world.
