Chapter 130: The Queen’s Pet

ARIEL

The plane roars as it starts to pick up speed down the runway, and my heart starts to race.

I can’t tell if it’s anxiety about flying or the excitement from Alex’s fingers unbuttoning my pants and slipping under my panties.

~A little of both, probably.~

He kisses me reassuringly, and I feel my mind instantly calmed by his lips as they trail down my neck.

He lifts my shirt over my head, and his kisses start to work their way down my breasts and along my bare stomach, sending a tingling sensation throughout my body.

Outside, the plane speeds up, but I barely even notice because Alex’s lips are now making their way down the inside of my thigh.

He pulls my panties off, and I feel a craving for Alex as I run my hands through his hair and he looks up at me with hunger in his forest-green eyes.

I cry out as his tongue lightly traces the outline of my slit, right at the exact moment the plane lifts off.

As the plane starts to fly, gravity forces his head down, putting more pressure on my sweet spot, and I moan as I get pinned back on the bed.

His tongue starts to flick faster and faster, making more and more pleasure flow through my body.

“Alex…,” I cry out, concentrating on the incredible feeling of his tongue inside me instead of the fact that I’m in a metal box climbing thousands of feet into the air.

I wrap my legs around his neck and pull him closer, letting my moans get louder.

“Right there… Don’t stop!… Yes! Yes!” The overwhelming pleasure floods my entire body, and I quiver as I cum incredibly hard from his circling tongue.

I lie back, catching my breath, barely noticing that the plane has evened out now and that the clouds are steadily cruising by outside the windows.

The pilot’s voice comes in on the intercom: “Ladies and Gentlemen, we’re up in the air. It’s safe to go ahead and take off your seatbelts now.”

Alex sits up grinning and takes his shirt off. “Well then, looks like my job’s done.”

“No, it’s not,” I growl. “Get over here.”

He leans over me and starts kissing me hungrily as I undo his belt and pull his pants down, letting his already waiting, rock-hard member free.

I guide it in, gasping when he enters me.

I run my hands over Alex’s back as our bodies grind together.

He’s buried deep inside me, and all of his weight is on top of me, rubbing against my tender spot and sending an even greater shivering pleasure all up and down my body.

“Goddess…,” I cry out.

He growls and lifts my waist, flipping us around so I’m on top.

I take charge, pressing my hands down on his chest and lifting off. I ride him, enjoying his hands as they grab onto my breasts and move their way down to my hips.

Alex groans as he keeps on thrusting away, sending my body into a quivering ecstasy with every single movement.

“Alex, don’t stop!” I call out. “I’m gonna…”

He grips my hips even tighter, sighing in pleasure as we rock together in a steady rhythm.

The pleasure builds and builds until my climax comes. I feel Alex release himself as well.

I lean down on top of him, my whole body flooded with relief and love for my mate as we hold each other.

He kisses me and lets his hands trail all over my body, sending tingles wherever he touches.

I never feel more safe than when I’m in Alex’s arms.

If there ~is~ a chance of us dying in the plane right now, I’m too happy and tired to even give a shit anymore.

We crawl under the covers, his arms wrapping around me as we spoon, and in a few minutes we’re both fast asleep.

***

I open my eyes suddenly when I hear the pilot’s voice on the intercom again.

“Folks, we’re now flying over Spain and approaching the castle. Prepare for landing.”

~What?~

I move Alex’s hand that’s draped over my body and quickly sit up in the bed.

~That’s it?~

~We’re already here?~

All I did was have sex and sleep the whole time…

Well, if that’s what happens on every normal flight, I guess I was too quick to judge.

~Maybe I’ll even do this more often…~

I stand up and move to the window, glancing out of it as I start to put my clothes back on.

Down below us, I can see a massive castle.

It’s not like our palace at all, but more like a castle you’d see in a movie.

It looks kind of medieval, with stone walls and two pointy towers reaching up into the sky. All around the castle are green gardens that, even from up here, I can tell are perfectly manicured.

To one side of the castle is endless forest, and on the other is a steep cliff, with the sea crashing against it.

It’s breathtaking, but intimidating at the same time.

Somewhere in that castle is Mateo’s mate.

~And we’re gonna find her and bring her back.~

ALEX

The second I step off the plane, I come face-to-face with a procession of royal guards.

They’re all wearing black military gear, and the serious expressions on their faces don’t exactly look welcoming.

The machetes and machine guns in their hands aren’t helping, either.

“Um…~buenos dias~,” I say awkwardly to the nearest guard.

He doesn’t respond, silently motioning for us to get into an armored truck waiting for us on the runway.

Ariel and I share a tense look before stepping into the truck. Mateo and Jo—both dressed as Royal Pack warriors—follow closely behind us.

They drive us through the forest toward the castle, which looms over the trees in the distance.

The first thing I notice about this place is the huge, impenetrable wall surrounding it.

That, and the fact that everywhere I look, an armed guard is stationed on lookout.

This place was obviously designed to keep people out.

Or, keep them ~in~.

I take Ariel’s hand and squeeze it as we exit the truck and follow the guards up the steps to the castle’s main entrance.

To my right, Mateo walks beside me, carrying our bags. He’s wearing a warrior helmet that covers his entire face so that Esmeralda won’t be able to recognize him.

But I don’t have to see his face to know that he’s tense.

Being back here is probably reigniting a lot of memories.

“You ready?” I whisper to him.

“Yes,” he says. “Let’s just do this and get out of here ~fast~.”

I nod as we reach the top of the stairs, where the troops spread out and kneel before the giant door that leads into the castle.

The door creaks open ominously, and out of the darkness, a woman appears.

On top of her jet-black hair, she wears a massive crown covered with red jewels.

Her dress looks like it’s made of shimmering black gemstones, and as she walks farther out into the sunlight, two servants carry her massive, flowing train behind her.

It only takes one look to know exactly who she is.

~Queen Esmeralda.~

Her dark-brown eyes scan me from head to toe, and then her ruby-red lips turn upward into a thin smile.

“King Alex from the Royal Pack,” she says, extending a hand toward me. “What an honor.”

I can already tell from the way she presents herself that she’s the type of royal I despise, who thinks only in terms of power and status.

But if I’m going to make this all go smoothly, then I have no choice but to play her game.

I smile and kneel before her, taking her hand and kissing it lightly. “Queen Esmeralda of Spain. The honor is all mine.”

She lights up, flashing her white teeth. “Oh, aren’t you a lovely one! And handsome, too. And here I thought you Americans were all so ~rude~.”

I stand up, putting on my best fake smile. “To our enemies, maybe. But in my Royal Pack, we treat our friends with the utmost respect.”

She smirks. This seems to please her.

“And I’m Ariel. Nice to meet you,” Ariel says, obliviously sticking her hand out toward Esmeralda.

The queen recoils in horror as she stares at Ariel’s outstretched hand.

“~Mi Diosa, que pegajosa~…,” Esmeralda curses under her breath.

They eye each other judgingly, and it’s immediately obvious to me that these two won’t get along.

“So, I thought you had a sister?” I ask quickly, trying to steer the conversation to something useful. “Is Princess Isabella not here to greet her guests?”

Esmeralda waves her hand dismissively. “Ah, Isabella. She’s very poor company. Trust me.”

My eyes flick to Mateo, who I can see is clenching his fists.

“Shall we take a tour of the royal gardens?” Esmeralda asks. “I can promise you, they are the most beautiful in all of Europe.”

“You know, I think we’re rather tired from our—” Ariel starts.

“Lovely,” Esmeralda says, taking my arm and not even glancing at Ariel. “Come this way, Alex.”

Ariel rolls her eyes, and I shoot her an apologetic look.

“So…Queen Esmeralda,” I say as we walk down a driveway filled with exotic sports cars toward the gardens. “I wanted to thank you for allowing us to visit on such short notice.”

She smiles at me. “Please. Call me Esmeralda. We’re both royals, which means we’re allowed a certain amount of…~intimacy~.”

She gives my hand a squeeze when she says this, and I glance over uncomfortably at Ariel, but she’s checking out a sporty-looking motorcycle in the driveway.

The way Esmeralda is looking at me right now makes me deeply uncomfortable.

“Uh…right. Of course,” I say, trying to maintain my composure. “You know, these are truly lovely gardens you have…”

“Yes…,” she says, smirking. “I am known for my lush and beautifully manicured…garden.”

~Is she…~

~Hitting on me?~

We awkwardly walk farther past the endless rows of exotic plants and colorful flowers, deeper into the gardens.

This place is huge, with tall hedges and zigzagging paths leading in every direction.

~It’s like a giant maze…~

“So…,” I say, trying to change the subject. “What else do you—”

But the words stop as soon as we turn a corner and I see what’s in the clearing in front of me.

Littered all over the grass are bones.

~Human bones…~

A trail of smeared blood leads from where we’re standing, right to the mouth of a cave.

My pulse quickens as I stare into the darkness of the cave. Inside, I can hear a strange noise.

A noise unlike anything I’ve ever heard before.

It sounds almost like…

~A purr.~

And then, that purr gets louder and louder, and I can see a pair of flashing golden eyes staring directly at me from out of the darkness.

I hear a deafening roar, and something leaps out of the shadows.

Right at ~me~.
