he's 18 here that's all

Sebastian, perpetually burdened by the weight of his household responsibilities, carried a weariness etched deep into his features.  His only solace? Y/N, a beacon of calm in his chaotic life.  A curious juxtaposition, this: Randal, a character as unconventional as they come, possessing a friend as grounded and ordinary as Y/N.  The irony wasn't lost on anyone, least of all Randal himself, who often found himself muttering a disbelieving "Ugh..." under his breath at the sight of their unlikely friendship.

One weekday afternoon, while Randal ventured out for snacks, Sebastian found himself alone with Y/N in the sanctuary of his room.  Overwhelmed by the relentless pressure, he slumped against her, his head resting heavily on her neck, a sigh escaping his lips – a sound as weary as his soul.  Y/N, ever the calming presence, gently brushed his hair, her touch soothing his frayed nerves.  His voice, a low murmur barely audible above the quiet hum of the room, began to unravel the day's anxieties, a torrent of worries pouring forth in a soft, quiet stream.  Y/N listened patiently, offering him the space and time he desperately needed, pausing only to give him moments of respite.

As the weight of his worries began to lift, a faint smile played on Sebastian's lips, his tired eyes meeting Y/N's.  The soft light illuminated the dusting of freckles across his cheeks, adding a touch of endearing vulnerability to his already captivating features.  "Y/N," he whispered, his voice thick with emotion, "you truly don't know what I'd be like without you..."  His gaze, intense yet gentle, held hers captive.  Y/N returned his look, her smile soft and understanding.  "I'm glad I can help you feel better," she responded, her voice a tender counterpoint to his vulnerability, "even if you still feel scared..."

Their noses brushed, the air between them thrumming with unspoken emotions.  "Y/N..." he breathed, the word hanging between them like a delicate promise.  "Sebastian..." she echoed, her voice a soft sigh.  With a tender movement, she cupped his face in her hands, her thumbs gently caressing his cheeks.  Their lips met in a slow, soft kiss, a tender expression of the unspoken affection that blossomed between them.

The kiss was a silent testament to their connection, a moment of shared vulnerability and quiet understanding.  When they finally broke apart, both wore smiles tinged with awkwardness. Their peaceful moment was interrupted only by Randal's return.
