Divine Egg glanced at the Pets that showed worry on their faces but made no move at David Jones’s command, as the image of a long-faded old friend grew clearer in the depths of its mind.

“Interesting!”

The Divine Egg didn’t speak again, silently watching as the rampaging thunder slowly sliced through David Jones’s highly defensive flesh.

Scalding blood with strands of golden light dripped from the sky, slowly falling on the faces of Rainbow and Lolo.

“Eeek!” (Impossible!)

Rainbow let out an angry roar, refusing to believe that David Jones had been defeated by the thunder.

“Chirp?” (How could this happen?)

Lolo stared blankly, using her small hand to wipe the fresh blood off her face onto her fingertips and, in disbelief, stuck out her tongue to taste it.

Then she watched as David Jones’s falling blood stirred layer upon layer of fresh ripples in her prepared cup of water, much like it was her own inner world being shaken and gradually becoming restless.

Daphne, Gluttonous Beast, and Loona exchanged glances, instinctively stopping Rainbow and Lolo, who wanted to rush to the skies and fight alongside the Trainer.

Even though they didn’t know why the Trainer wasn’t fighting side by side with them, they chose to trust David Jones’s command and prevented the impulsive Rainbow and the anxious Lolo from acting rashly.

“Trash Talent, can’t even trigger this?”

Feeling the weakness and powerlessness emanating from his Tigrex Body, David Jones barely turned his head to look at Rainbow.

If he commanded Rainbow to deploy the Imperial Frost Armor skill at this moment, he could easily survive the first level of the Thunder Tribulation, but what about the subsequent four levels?

Blindly letting Lolo or the Divine Egg take action to resist would only waste the Creation Force of the subsequent Annihilation Thunder Tribulation. David Jones wouldn’t do that until the very last moment!

Inside the basin, David Jones’s body was charred, emitting a pungent smell of burnt flesh, his breath extremely weak, as he teetered on the brink of death.

Seeing this scene, Rossetti Lindwood couldn’t stay calm; she stomped her foot hard and, ignoring the thunder in the sky that represented divine might, sprinted towards David Jones at incredible speed.

However, before Rossetti Lindwood had run far, she was resolutely stopped by Rainbow.

Rainbow’s face showed a rare smile as she turned to look at David Jones in the basin.

Through the Beast Taming Contract’s sensing, she could clearly feel that David Jones’s strength was rapidly increasing.

Hearing this, Rossetti Lindwood turned to look at David Jones, only to find that her teacher’s condition was not as terrible as she had envisioned, and she even witnessed a scene that shocked her.

At least in the Divine Egg’s memory, there were only a handful of Trainers who had forged a Jade Bone and reached the Yellow Extreme while in the King stage.

Each one of them had the potential, in the Epic stage, to forge an even higher level Golden Emperor Body and a Heavenly Arcane Star, and possibly even hope to forge an All Things Holy Body and a Divine Extreme Arcane Star during the Emperor stage to ignite divine fire and ascend to divinity.

For David Jones to have reached this level as a King indicated that he had stepped into the realm of ancient sages on the path of Training during the Class VI King stage, becoming a rare monster through the ages with Talent and wisdom side by side.

“Indeed, my Talent is truly powerful!” The Divine Egg moved slightly, feeling happy for David Jones.

When David Jones initially complained about how trivial the “Immortal in Death” Talent was, It did not refute him.

Because, although this trait was particularly outrageous, the limitations were significant. Those with insufficient talent capacity could not use it at all, and whether or not David Jones could successfully use it remained uncertain.

Previously, just one thunderbolt had almost killed their teacher; now, the thunderous colossal eyes had brought down two Heavenly Thunders in one breath, and she could hardly bear to imagine what would come next.

“I can take it on!” David Jones quickly made a judgment.

The Five Elements Annihilation Thunder Tribulation was too dangerous. To think of absorbing all five thunderbolts was impossible. David Jones chose to give up fighting alone and summoned Rainbow directly.

He then clenched his fists, using the power granted by the Emperor’s Heavenly Frost to gather the Spatial Frostquake on his body’s surface, and ran the Tigrex Dossier at its utmost limit, striking at the thunder.

Space twisted, the thunder annihilated.

In the godly and infernal thunder, David Jones’s body was shattering and reforming at an incredibly fast rate, as though at any moment, it could be refined into a Golden Emperor Body with unimaginably strong foundations!
