Michael

We were back in LA as I was packing to go and film for Creed 2    And due to them pushing production back I had to break it to Y/N that I wasn't going to be here for her birthday. While I was packing I decided to call Lori. I started dialing her number as she answered on the fourth ring. "Hello?" She answered. "Hey" I started off "what Michael?" she asked. "You got a minute to talk?" I asked. "About what?" She questioned as I took a deep breath. "I wanted to apologize how everything went down" I started off. "You broke up with me the end of the story" she simply said.

"Yeah but I wanted to apologize to you for I how I was acting leading up to us breaking up" I started off "I was going through something and you didn't deserve any of it-" I started off as she cut me off. "But literally the very reason you were lashing out was because of the very person you still choosing to stand behind" she said. "I don't understand why you can't see that she's the problem you need to get over and she's fucked up because she's the same person who wouldn't help me when I was reaching out to her for help for you" she explained as I made a face.

"No wonder why your ex felt and still feels the way she feels about Y/N" Lori said as she immediately pissed me off because I'm a way this whole time Y/N had Lori's back. "Lori, Y/N came straight to me after you gave her that phone call that night. Y/N first thing she said was Lori is crying over the things I was doing to you and she wanted me to be right for you" I said. "You throwing all this shade towards her meanwhile she constantly looked out for you, wanted me to get back better for YOU, she didn't even want to go on the red carpet for me for black panther due to YOU even when that's something I promised her. She was even going to break apart our friendship to make YOU happy although it hurt her" I explained.

"She always had your best interest even when you sat there and talked about her and disrespected her. And since you want to bring up Kasey. You seem to forget Kasey had a problem with you too or do you have amnesia?!" I questioned. "You're acting that way towards Y/N when she's the one who whole heartedly thought you deserved an apology" I expressed.

"So you didn't think I deserved an apology without her saying anything?" she asked as I just pinched the bridge of my nose.

"I agreed with her but that was Y/N Lori, why you just can't accept the fact that you're apart of the problem?!" I asked. "It wasn't Y/N, it was me and you. I had my issues with Y/N and you took it and ran with it creating other issues like you "confronting" her about something you don't know about" I said. "If you had of just explained to me not shut me out this could've went a whole different way" she expressed. "Yeah and I apologized for that but you played a role too" I said as she then went silent.

"I'm sorry for what happened on my end" I apologized about to hang up but Lori spoke up. "Is she willing to talk?" She asked. "Lori you can't do this through me you need to reach out to her and do it for yourself" I simply said.  "Did you two finally get together?" She asked. "Last time I spoke up to you about our friendship ,you acted the way you did. so I'm not saying anything else" I simply explained. "Okay well I accept your apology" she simply said. "Okay stay safe and be easy alright?" I asked. "Okay" she simply said as I hung up.

I continued to finish packing as Steelo, Dani, Y/N and I decided to go out and get some dinner. Once I was finished getting ready I FaceTimed Y/N and she answered in the midst of getting her hair done. "Now when I called earlier you were still getting your hair done" I started off. "First off honey, by the time you get here I'll be ready" she shot back. "No you won't" I simply said as she playfully rolled her eyes. "Beauty takes time" I heard Chloe say. "She's getting ready to eat crab legs and she probably will be missing an eyelash in the morning" I said as Y/N started laughing.

"And she might just return back to you for her hair tomorrow so really what are we doing here?" I asked making her and her stylist Chloe laugh but I was being serious. "She wants to look cute don't complain" Chloe said as I smiled at Y/N. "Aight imma be there in a minute" I assured "okay" she said "aight love you" I said as she quickly hung up making me laugh.

I got in the car driving over to her place and was there in about fifteen minutes. I went up to her door and started making beats on her front door. She immediately came to the door opening it as she was dressed and her hair was done.

"Hey baby" I said placing an arm around her "hey" she said poking her lips out for me to kiss her. "You almost done?" I asked as she nodded and I kissed her. "Don't be hanging up on me because you're in front of Chloe" I brought up making her smile as I closed the door behind her. "You know I love you" she assured. "Damn you look good" she hyped as I chuckled looking down at my fit.

"Thanks" I thanked as we walked into her kitchen where she sat back down in her chair as I greeted Chloe.

"Hey Mike" She said as I smiled "hey" I said sitting at the island watching Chloe place more curls in her hair as Y/N was doing her eyebrows then threw on a pair of lashes with ease.

"Why you hang up on him while he told you that he loved you" Chloe asked Y/N as I chuckled. "She about to get exposed to everyone" I warned making Y/N laugh. "Behind closed doors She be calling me honey bun don't let her fool you all" I stressed as Chloe smiled. "Wait you two are together?!" She questioned as I looked over at Y/N.

"Tell her the truth" I said as Y/N tried not to laugh. "The truth will set you free HONEY BUN" I teased making her laugh. "I cannot" she expressed. "I've been doing you and your mothers hair forever and been apart of the family forever this was bound to happen" Chloe said as I agreed. "Thank you" I simply said. "Yes he is my man" she admitted "her honey bun" I added as she just playfully rolled her eyes. She started lining her lips with some black lip liner then started placing on some lip gloss as I just recorded her.

She finally looked over at me then smiled before getting up from her seat. "Thank you Chloe" she thanked before hugging her and handing her some money. "You two have fun" Chloe said as Y/N went upstairs then came back and we all left out.

We walked to my car as I opened the door for her and she thanked me getting in. Once she was in I closed the door then went to get on the drivers side. I took my phone out as I automatically gave it to her for the music. "No cardi b, no nicki , no Beyoncé, Ri-" I started off as she looked over at me. "Don't start with me" she warned making me chuckle.

"All The stars" started playing as she just smiled at me and I chuckled pulling off. "I really like this song" she admitted making me smile. "I know" I said we listened to the song and once it went off I decided to tell her what was going on as far as he birthday. "I gotta tell you something" I started off as she looked over at me. "So since they pushed the production for creed 2 back. I won't be abled to be here for your birthday" I admitted looking between her and the road.

"It's fine Michael" she started off in a small laugh. "You have to work" she said with a small shrug. "I just didn't want to miss your day" I admitted as she smiled. "Babe you got to work. I'll be fine I wasn't doing anything anyway" she assured as I grabbed her hand and she smiled. "You know I'm going to make it up to you" I assured. "Just pay attention on filming and be safe" She said as I kissed her hand causing her to smile harder.

"I can say I was sick and "missed" my flight for tomorrow" I brought up as she laughed. "Mike no. And what would we be doing anyway?" She asked as I smiled. "For starters You can stay the night" I said placing my hand on her thigh rubbing towards the inside of her thigh. "Make it do what it do baybeh" I said making her laugh. "But take our parents out to breakfast or something and tell them we're together" I suggested.

"Yeah because the longer we wait the longer we wait for this ass whooping from our mommas. " Y/N agreed. "Alright so let's make it happen before you leave" she said as I smiled. We pulled up to the restaurant at the same time Steelo and Dani did. We all got out the car as we all said hey and all broke away. Y/N was holding Dani's hand and talking as Steelo and I were talking and behind them. Reporters started to take pictures so we all hurried in the restaurant.

We get seated and was all just talking about random things.

Y/N and I was sitting there watching Steelo and Dani talk about raw food and what raw food items were good. I just placed my phone up some recording them they were honestly funny as hell. "Jalapeños, bell peppers all that is good raw what are you talking about?" Dani questioned asked looking over at Steelo . "Dani I know your ass be on fire" Steelo said looking over at her. "I don't care anything that is raw is better" She admitted as Steelo and Dani both looked at the camera with a smirk causing us to all laugh.

"Oh my gosh" Y/N said to herself pinching the bridge of her nose as I chuckled.
