Aiah's Pov
"Mikhs saan ang balak niyo mag-vacation date ni aiah?" Maloi asked.
"I'll let aiah choose." Mikha said while smiling.
"Dapat tayong dalawa pipili babi." I said.
"When it comes to vacation spots, that's your forte po." Mikha said.
"Okay may naisip na ako na place." I said.
"Where aiah?" Colet asked.
"Siargao." I said while smiling.
"Honeymoon vacation ata gagawin niyo, hindi vacation date." Jho said.
Kinurot ni stacey si jho.
"Nang-aasar ka na naman robles." Stacey said.
"Hindi mo muna sana siya sinagot staku." I said.
"Pinsan naman." Jho said.
Kakasagot ni stacey kay jho. Nagulat nalang kami na tumatalon siya habang naka-smile si stacey. Sila din pala magkakatuluyan kahit nagbabardagulan.
"Oops mamaya niyo na ituloy pag-aasaran, mag-start na." Gwen said.
Humiga na kami habang pinapanuod ang meteor shower.
"Make a wish babi." Mikha said.
"I already have my wish." I said.
"You do?" Mikha asked.
"Yes, you're my wish." I said.
Hinawakan ni mikha kamay ko. Sigurado kinikilig siya.
"What's your wish?" I asked.
"I'm about to find out later if the stars will give it to me." Mikha said.
"Huh?" I said.
Hindi niya na ako sinagot, tinignan ko siya saglit bago tumingin ulit sa meteor shower. She's smiling. A few minutes passed by, naisipan namin mag-stay pa bago bumalik sa room ni mikha.
Hindi ko naman napigilan pumikit. Naramdaman ko nalang na wala na pala ako katabi. Napatayo ako at lumingon sa likod ko. It's mikha coming closer to me while being assisted by colet. The others are behind them.
"Hi attorney." Mikha said.
"Mikha what's this?" I asked.
"Finding out if my wish will come true." Mikha said while smiling.
Her eyes, it's full of love. She's already in front of me. Colet went to the others.
"This is something that i would not expect to do right now especially in a hospital rooftop." Mikha said.
"Ehem nag-ask ka nga manligaw habang naka-confine dito mikhs." Jho said.
"Jhoanna christine robles." Mikha said.
"Continue bestfriend." Jho said.
Tumingin sa mata ko si mikha.
"I'm not really good with words, but here goes. It was fated seeing you again, and we are each other's destiny." Mikha said.
Nilabas niya sa pocket ang isang small box. Pagkasabay ng pag-open niya sa box ay ang sign na will you marry me sa likod niya.
"Attorney Maraiah Queen Arceta, will you marry me?" Mikha asked.
I look at our friends, they are smiling at us. Tumingin ako kay mikha, she's waiting for my answer. I hold her cheeks.
"Chef Mikhaela Janna Lim, yes, I will marry you." I said.
"Yes? Yes na yes?" Mikha asked.
"Yes, oo, wen, ja, oui, sì. Iba't- ibang language na yan." I said.
She hugged me while the others are cheering for us. I hugged her back then she puts the ring on my finger.
"My attorney." Mikha said.
"My chef." I said.
We kissed for a few seconds then lumapit na samin sila maloi.
"Akalain mo yun sabay ma-susurprise pala ang magpinsan ngayon." Gwen said.
"Tama bebe." Sheena said.
Mikha kissed the back of my hand. She's my destiny.
A few days passed by, mikha was discharge and she's back in the restaurant but she's only checking the place before we leave for vacation date.
"Goodmorning sis." Bryan said.
"Goodmorning kuya." I said.
"Soon to be mrs. Lim." Bryan said.
"Aga mang-asar kuya ah." I said
"Alam mo sis, your skills at noticing things around you are amazing but when it comes to mikha's surprises. Well, your skills doesn't work that much." Bryan said.
"I guess that's one of my weakness, she knows how to make her surprises not noticeable by me." I said.
"Yeah, nagulat lang din ako when dad called that mikha asked permission to marry you." Bryan said.
"When did she asked them?" I asked.
"Didn't mikha told you yet?" Bryan asked.
"Not yet. I was about to ask her tonight." I said.
"She went to canada before going to japan. Sinama niya si aki at JL." Bryan said.
"That means she was tired from jet lag when they arrived at japan." I said.
"When it comes to doing something for you, the word tired is not in mikha's vocabulary." Bryan said.
Kuya bryan is right. I don't know how mikha did those things for me without being tired. I went home early to mikha's condo, i'll cook for her tonight.
"Time for me to be the chef for tonight." I said.
I gotten better at cooking, nagpapaturo ako kay mom at sa mom ni mikha. I want to be good at cooking, not only for mikha but also for our kids too. Speaking of kids, the both of us talked about it.
FLASHBACK
"Babi bakit ayaw mo magpaturo sakin magluto?" Mikha asked.
"Because i want to learn our mom's cooking. I want to cook for you and our kids." I said.
"Our kids." Mikha while smiling.
"You're smiling." I said.
"Syempre i'll smile po, we'll do an IVF." Mikha said.
"Babi i want two kids. A boy and a girl." I said.
"Maybe we'll get lucky to have twins." Mikha said.
END OF FLASHBACK
Mikha is really close to kids, i'm sure she will be a great parent to our kids. After one hour tapos na ako nagluto.
"Great job cooking self." I said.
I heard the door opened.
"I'm home." Mikha said.
Sinalubong ko si mikha, i hugged her.
"Something smells amazing." Mikha said.
"I cook po." I said.
"May nakalimutan ba ako special ngayong araw babi?" Mikha asked.
"Wala babi, shower ka muna." I said.
I gave her a quick kiss on the lips then went back to the kitchen to set up the foods. After a few minutes, mikha went out of the bedroom.
"Babi sure ka ba na hindi ka nagkamali ng profession? Ceasar salad, gyoza dumplings at chicken katsu curry." Mikha said.
"Natuto lang ako babi." I said
Natawa ako sa reaksyon niya. First time ko kasi nagluto ng katsu curry, gyoza at salad. We prayed first bago kumain.
"Wow sobrang sarap." Mikha said.
"Lakas ng compliment ah." I said.
"Promise ang sarap talaga. Chef ka din siguro kung hindi ka lang attorney." Mikha said.
"Oo na babi, i accept your compliment." I said while smiling.
We talked different topics while eating. Ako sana maghuhugas kaso mapilit si mikha lim na siya na daw. Nagpa-music nalang muna ako gamit phone ko.
Nung nakita ko na patapos na siya maghugas, i gave her a backhug.
"Clingy babi." Mikha said.
She turned around habang nasa waist niya pa din ang mga kamay ko. Medyo nabigla ako na nilipat niya mga kamay ko sa shoulder niya habang ang mga kamay niya nasa waist ko na.
"Can i have this dance?" Mikha asked.
"Of course." I said.
We danced like we're in a prom. Silently dancing with my mikhaela janna lim.
"Fate meets destiny." I said.
"Fate gave me a chance." Mikha said.
"Destined to be with you." I said.
Mikha kissed me and i kissed her back. We stopped after a few seconds.
"I love you Maraiah Queen Arceta." Mikha said.
"I love you too Mikhaela Janna Lim." I said.
