"Do these guys ever give up?!" Gemini yelled. "They are built to hunt and kill Gem." Cap sighed. "This is your fault! You brought them here!" Ophiuchus glared at the group.

"Shut up man your not helping!" Leo fought the urge to break his nose. Ophiuchus gave a menacing glance.

"Well looks like we are back in the same situation as the school." Aries propped his sniper out the window.

He shot a couple time taking out a few but not nearly enough. "I'm low on ammo." He cursed quietly in his head.

"Me to." Leo twirled his pistols.

"We have two more days out here we can do this!" Aqua tried to cheer them up. "Don't forget the trip back." Virgo called out. "If I help you....can I come with you to your so called academy?" He put his katana over his shoulder, the blade part facing up.

Aqua sighed. "Fine." The groaning and moaning got closer. "Let's go to the front door." Ophichus ordered. "Hopefully I don't have a near death experience this time." Leo mumbled.

"Ready?" He placed a hand on the knob. "Wait what?! We are just gonna go out there? No plan or anything?!" Capricorn felt fearful. "How do you think I survived twenty two years down here?" Ophichus threw open the door.

The infected instantly turned at the noise and growled and slowly walked toward them. "Fine you want a plan? Run for the trees." Ophichus said before letting out a war cry and diving into the maggot infested people.

His magnificent blade came down on one infected neatly splitting it in two, Aqua could tell he trained hard with it. He swung his katana back, slicing another's head off, without looking.

"Hoooly shit." Aries looked through his sniper and shot bullets at a few, trying to help out the man. "Let's make a run for it!" Leo announced, pointing at the opening.

Everyone ran, weapons in hand to the forest. They reached the outskirts of the forest and without hesitating ran inside. Aqua stopped and looked back, Ophichus was still fighting, taking the heads of of multiple infected at once.

She felt bad to leave him. He grunted in pain when a rough hand slashed his left arm, leaving long claw marks. "That's gonna leave a mark." He stabbed the infected as a thank you.

Aqua wasn't paying attention, and infected creeped up behind her and tackled her to the ground. "Aw shit! Not this again!" She gagged at the rotting breath of the infected as she tried pushing it back.

She tried reaching for her pocket, her staff was in there but she couldn't reach it without her jugular being ripped out. Ophichus saw Aqua struggling and stopped his massacre to save her.

He sliced the infected right in the middle. The infected slumped and was now a bloody pile of rotten meat. Ophichus, without thinking grabbed Aqua by the waist and slung her over his broad shoulder.

She was momentarily surprised. He swiftly ran in between trees, as if he had memorized the forest completely. "Keep still." He said. Ophichus heard the group frantically talking about their lost Aquarius and caught up with them.

"Here is your little girl." He squinted at Taurus. He plopped her on her feet and turned away. "Thanks." She muttered. Ophichus took the end of his shirt and cleaned his long katana, getting rid of any blood that tainted his beautiful blade.

His blood leaked out of his wound, he completely forgot about it. He had carried Aqua on that shoulder, the injured one. "I should take care of that." Virgo walked up to him. She was hilariously small compared to his tall and muscular build.

"Take care of what?" He continued cleaning his katana. "That." Virgo pointed to the long lines from his shoulder to his forearm. "Oh that." He rolled his eyes and obediently sat down, crossing his legs.

Virgo grabbed the rubbing alcohol and bandaged from her kit. "This is gonna sting a little." She dumped the rest of the rubbing alcohol on his wound, didn't even flinch. Tough guy, Virgo thought.

He looked up at the sky it was getting dark soon. "So how far is your academy?" He asked Virgo. "Just follow this highway and you'll find it." She tried remembering the way back. "Wait, won't he get infected? He was touched by one." Leo pointed a pistol at him.

"That's interesting, you would have turned by now." Virgo assessed him. "Maybe it's because I have lived down here my whole life?" He answered, not flinching at Leo's pistols pointed at him.

"That's a possibility, but it may be in you blood as well." Virgo made a concentrated thinking face. "It's possible that your blood is strong enough to fight off the virus." Virgo seemed fascinated by her finding. She could make a cure with this information.

Virgo tightly wrapped his injured arm and let him be, knowing she couldn't order him to stay still. "Don't you think we should start going back?" Gemini asked. "We should, it's going to take at least a day to get back." Leo calculated. "IM HUNGRY!" Taurus said loudly, sounding like a child.

"WE ALL ARE!" Leo yelled right back. "Your the one that ate my ice cream." Ophichus scowled. "Sorry..." Taurus held his head low. "It was good though." He added.

"Alright let's go." Leo leaded.

"I'm so tired." Gemini whined. They had been traveling all night and at least half the day had gone by. "We are almost there, I can feel it." Leo tried staying positive. "You said that three hours ago." Ophichus growled, he was getting irritated by this Leo guy.

"We are almost there I can see the gas station." Aqua said pointing in the distance. "Oh thank the lord." Leo sighed. "I thought we were lost." He confessed. Everyone stopped and stared. Ophichus tried so very hard not to cut his head off and Aries almost pulled his sniper right then and there.

Everyone gave him a cold glare and continued walking. There it was! The gates! They had made it.

They were dirty, smelly, sweaty, hungry, and very thirsty. They finally made it back. They walked up to the entrance and pressed the button.

They expected Libra to pop up but instead Sag came up. "Looks like you survived." He gave them a slow clap. Everyone groaned. "Just open the door already!" Aqua pounded the door.

"Oh alright." He pushed the button and the gates hissed open. Fresh air rolled in and everyone took a deep breath in. Fresh clean air. So good. It cleansed their nostrils and brains from the rotten smells from outside.

They stepped in. "You guys don't look to good." Sag snickered while closing the gates. "Shut the hell up and get me food." Taurus felt his stomach tighten in hunger. "Well lucky for you, Libra made a celebration cake for all of you!" He held out the cake to them. It read congratulations maggots, good job surviving the real world. Everyone rolled their eyes at her message.

"Where is she?" Aqua asked. "She had some business to take care of, who is the new guy?" Sag asked. "This is Ophichus, he has lived down there all his life." Aqua introduced. "Must be hard man." Sag gave him a pat. "FOOOOOOOOOD!!!!" Taurus ran at Sag and face planted his face into the cake. He groaned at the satisfying sweet taste. "Well there that goes." Sag continued to hold the cake as Taurus shoveled cake into his mouth. "Soooo gooood." He said with a mouthful of cake.

"I'm not eating that anymore." Virgo said. "I'm taking a shower." She walked off. "Here you go." Sag handed Taurus the rest of the cake with a disgusted look on his face.

"Mmmfmf." He tried to say thank you. Aqua stuck a finger in the frosting and licked it off. It was sweet and sugary, just what she needed.

Everyone dispersed to their rooms, eager to get rid of the icky feelings.

Ophichus stood there like an idiot, nobody offered to show him around. So he wandered the streets, marveling the view.

He then locked eyes with the most beautiful person he had ever seen. Her long wavy brown hair, her slender waist, her cloudy eyes, and she looked angry as hell.

She stomped to Ophichus. "Who the hell are you?" She said angrily. Ophichus wanted to kiss her right then and there, he ignored what he said and got lost in her eyes.

"HEY! I'm talking to you." She snapped her fingers in front of him.

He needed to know her name.
