This is a bit of a shorter chapter.
Night fell upon them, the good news was that the blizzard ended and the world was covered with a fresh blanket of untouched snow.
Virgo's eyes drooped of fatigue and she yawned often. "We need to get her to eat so she can regain her energy." Virgo encouraged while yawning.
Scorpio scoffed "why don't you get some rest I will watch her."
Virgo looked at him suspiciously "if you do anything to her I will break your neck." She said icily.
"Ok I got it." Scorpio laughed a little.
Virgo fell asleep within minutes her small figure rising and falling and all cuddled up in her jacket and a blanket. Aqua had spare blankets piled on top of her and she was tossing and turning wildly. Scorpio sighed and grabbed the protein bar.
"You better eat this or you'll die." He muttered into her ear. He unintentionally sounded threatening but had good intentions.
Aqua groaned and opened her eyes. She gave a stubborn look but she knew she couldn't fight him in this state. She started getting up but Scorpio gently pushed her back down shaking his head. He lifted the bar to her lips, "eat." He ordered. She opened her mouth and took a bite of the bar, it was sweet and salty, she cringed at the taste.
Scorpio looked at her lips as he chewed, they were full and they looked as soft as clouds.
"Eat more." He gently nudged the bar to her mouth. She finished the bar in about two more bites.
He placed a hand on her forehead, it was still a bit warm but it had gotten much better. Scorpio held a mesmerizing glance at Aquarius. She found herself lost in his electric blue eyes. He turned his face away and broke the intense stare.
"You know, thanks for taking care of me." She gave a smile.
"No problem, you want anything else?" He wiggled his eyebrows and his eyes had the glint in them. Aquarius sighed. She ended up falling asleep while talking with him.
Scorpio got about three hours of sleep. He kept thinking about Aquarius. She was so beautiful, he imagined wrapping his hands around her waist and playfully kissing her neck, he smiled at the thought.
