Kevin was startled by Chadwick’s words. He spun around in disbelief, fixing his wide-eyed gaze on Esther. “What’s happening, sister-in-law? Esther, can you explain?”

Chadwick lounged back on the sofa, exuding arrogance as he announced, “Esther agreed to marry me on the condition that I drop the charges against Bradley for intentional harm.”
