The men in black, after being slapped, did not dare to resist and defended their actions of kidnapping Esther, stating, “It was Mr. Hoyer who ordered us to kidnap her.”

“And you followed his orders?” the leader exclaimed angrily. “Do you realize the risks we’re facing now because of her?”

“Boss, why don’t we just get rid of them once and for all…” One man made a throat-slitting gesture, displaying his viciousness.

All the men in black turned their attention to Esther and her son, instinctively drawing closer to each other in fear.

“No!” The leader glared at Esther and her son, speaking coldly. “We live in a society governed by law now. We can’t resort to violence without a second thought. Who gave you the audacity? If you want to end up in prison, don’t drag us down with you!”

One of the men asked in confusion, “But what we did is illegal, right?”

“No,” the leader replied calmly. “Each of them has signed consent forms for organ donation. Our actions are completely legal.”

Through the conversation among the men, Esther pieced together a horrifying truth. Her heart raced as if it might burst out of her throat at any moment.

“Lock them up first,” the leader warned with a sinister gaze. “Control your impure thoughts, and don’t lay a finger on them, or else…”

The man’s phone kept buzzing.

“It was Shane Hoyer who ordered us to kidnap Mrs. Warner.”

The boss behind the scenes asked, “And you dared to harm his wife?”
