The piercing sound of the final bell wrong, and you were never this happy. School is out! Senior year is now over! Freedom finally came!
"FREEDOM!" You screeched as you ran out of the school with your arms high over your head. Harry was waiting for you outside, and picked you up and spun you around.
"Someone's happy." He joked while setting you down. You screamed again while swinging your arms around.
"Can you shut up for just a minute? Gosh."
The same prissy voice that had tormented you throughout your entire high school existence had came over you. You turned around slowly to be met by Heather Skidd, Harry's ex girlfriend.
"Can't you leave me alone Heather? It's the last day." You asked quietly. She laughed at you.
"You're so annoying. Can't you leave me alone? It's the last day." She had repeated you with a much higher pitch voice.
"Leave her alone Heather," Harry sighed while pulling you towards the car. "We don't need to go through this again."
Heather scoffed while flipping her pin straight brown hair over her shoulder. "Whatever Harry. You know she can never handle herself; fend for herself. Don't you get tired of having to stand up for Peyton all the time?"
"Let's go Harry." I sighed while pulling on his sleeve. He didn't budge. "Harry?"
"She's right. I am getting tired of you."
Your heart felt like it was being crushed into a million pieces. Did he really just say that? Did he really just side with Heather, the girl that bullied you?
You let go of Harry and fled the scene, trying to hold in tears.
