Nora was already planning to say that she had three lovely sons, but Kelvin had interrupted her. Now that Jack was also asking, she replied, “They are my lovely children.”

A puzzled Jack asked, “What did you say? I didn’t understand.”

Nora replied, “He said that you say very nice things.”

“Really?” Jack felt a little embarrassed. “That’s a compliment, isn’t it? I’ve always been like that.”

Nora fell silent.

Jack looked at Nora again and said, “Your children must be very handsome. If you have time, I’d like to meet them. So… Can I come get you?”

Kelvin frowned.

She already had three children, and yet he wanted to keep trying to hit on her?

Nora also raised her eyebrows, though she turned him down again, “No, no need. I have no plans to date anyone at the moment.”

Hearing this, Kelvin breathed a sigh of relief – at least that woman knew what was good for her!

“It’s fine.” Jack looked a little downcast, but quickly looked back up at her. “I asked around. You’re an exchange student who just arrived at our school, right? How about I show you around campus?”

His suggestion piqued Nora’s interest.

Her eyes narrowed a little.

It was said that colleges had many mysterious nooks and crannies that only the boys knew about. Perhaps there were things that Jack would find different or extraordinary about the school?

So, Nora nodded happily and said, “Sure.”

She followed Jack and prepared to leave.

Kelvin was dumbfounded.

He grabbed Nora’s arm and said angrily, “How can you leave with him? It’s obvious he has other intentions. In a situation like this, shouldn’t you keep your distance from him for Justin’s sake?”

Nora furrowed her eyebrows. She didn’t understand why Kelvin had suddenly become so impetuous.

However, Kelvin was now conveying to her the same feeling she had had with him the first time they had met. As expected, the sense of familiarity she had felt from him, which had reminded her of Justin, was only an illusion.

She held Kelvin’s hand and forced him to let go with a little force. Nora then said, “Don’t you get along with Justin, shouldn’t you be very happy to see this?”

After saying that, Nora walked over to Jack. “Come on!”

Kelvin practically freaked out after the two of them walked away. Off to the side, the director and his assistant approached and said, “Hey, Kelvin, it’s time to roll!”

Kelvin repeated parts of the conversation between Nora and Jack. Then he became indignant and said, “She clearly knows Jack has other intentions, and yet she went to tour the campus with him. That means she’s not rejecting him or accepting him, that’s totally dirty behavior! It’s kind of fortunate that you’ve already parted ways with her, Justin. You should realize her true colors while the two of you aren’t married yet.”

The man across the room was silent for a while before finally asking, “Did she really go on a campus tour with Jack?”

“Yes!”

Kelvin was furious. He was about to rant some more when the other man said, “Jack is acting unusual. Keep an eye on him.”

Kelvin was taken aback for a moment. Then, he gaped. “Of course he’s acting unusually, he’s already started wanting to hit on Nora… no, wait, you mean…”

Justin’s deep, deep voice came out slowly. “Nora must have figured something out. That’s why she went with him.”

An indescribable expression appeared on Kelvin’s face. “Why do you keep finding excuses for her? Justin, how come I never realized you’re someone who can’t think straight once you fall in love?”

“Get lost.”

The other man paused before adding, “Don’t get in her way.”

Was he telling her to stay out of his way so he could date other guys?

As expected, Justin was hopeless!

Kelvin took a deep breath and became even more disgusted with Nora.

On the other hand, Nora was casually strolling around campus with Jack, who asked for her contact information. After the two exchanged numbers, Jack left.

Nora narrowed her eyes as she watched him from behind.

As she pondered, she heard a voice directed toward her.

“Lisa?”

Nora turned and saw Oscar approaching. The woman, who was holding a book, followed his gaze and also looked at Jack’s retreating back. She said with dissatisfaction, “You’re here to study, not to fall in love! How can you…?”

She had just said that when the counselor saw them and came over excitedly. “Oscar, Lisa, you’re both here! How timely, because I have news for you. Professor Wilson has already corrected Lisa’s exam, her exams have already been reviewed!”.

Oscar immediately said, “Hurry up and tell us, so we can find out how she did!”
