After this thought popped into Xanderâs mind, he suddenly lowered his head.
He slowly walked back into the room. After closing the door, he suddenly wanted to know what the brothers were doing. He sat on the bed, logged into his Facebook and called Cherry.
The other party quickly answered. âAre you going to apologize to my mom?â
Xander: ââ¦Yes, I apologize, what are you doing?â
He blinked his light eyes and looked at the phone curiously. Then, he heard Cherry say, âWeâre discussing how to deal with a little demon!â.
Xander was stunned. âA little demon?â
Cherry nodded. âThatâs right. Heâs my fatherâs son with another woman. From the looks of him, my mother must be very sad. We canât let her be sad. Motherâs health is not good. If sheâs in a bad mood, she wonât be able to sleep well.â
Xander pursed his lips. âBut itâs not her fault, is it?â
The other party was silent when Xander said this.
Xander looked straight ahead, stunned. His eyes, which were identical to Justinâs, were twinkling with confusion.
He said in a daze, âMaybe he doesnât want to be so hated. He never intended to take his place away from Pete. He just wants⦠to have a homeâ¦â
Xanderâs voice suddenly became very, very low as he said the last four words.
gⱯlnÏνeðsâ¤com is your update hub Indeed.
He had wanted a home with parents since he was young. In the basement, he had seen a mother kiss her son several times through the window. He had also seen the father several times hoist his son onto his shoulder and let the boy ride him like a horse.
But he had no such experiences.
All he had were his rabbits, kittens and puppies.
Xander put his head down. Then, I hear Pete say, âMaybe, so weâre hesitating.â
Cherry suddenly said, âActually, heâs Dadâs son, which means heâs my brother. Besides, I donât hate him that much. Now weâre already in a quandary. How good would it have been if he had never shown up? That way, Dad and Mom wouldnât have had to worry about him.â
Xander: ââ¦â
If he had never shown upâ¦.
It seemed like no one in the house wanted him.
Xander suddenly said quietly, âI understand.â
Cherry asked curiously, âWhat do you understand?â
She understood that they didnât like him.
Xander suddenly smiled. âItâs nothing. Donât worry, that big problem will go away soon. You two will go back to your old lives.â
Cherry cocked her head to one side. âHow do you know?â
Xander stared at his phone. He suddenly wanted to ask, âIf I were Xander, would you still want me to leave?â
However, he didnât ask.
He just asked, âCherry, can we be friends?â
âOf course!â Cherry quickly replied. âArenât we already friends? Although you always curseâ¦. Youâd better change that bad habit! My mommy wonât let me play with bad boys.â
Xander was stunned.
When he heard the question, âArenât we friends already?â, he couldnât help but smile.
Actually, Cherry was the first friend in his life.
At the time, he was bored out of his mind in the basement. He downloaded Facebook and searched for people nearby.
He didnât have high hopes when he searched, but he didnât expect to find Cherryâs profile.
The two added each other as friends and he finally had his first friend. Whenever he was bored, he would tease Cherry.
She was very smart and had a sharp tongue. The two of them would often chat and argueâ¦.
He was very talkative and treated Cherry like his sister.
But now, his sister wanted him to go away and disappear. How could he not go away?
If only to restore his sisterâs peace of mind, he had to leave.
Thinking about this, she lowered her head and suddenly said, âCherry, can we talk often in the future?â
âAs long as Iâm not playing games, itâs all good!â
Xander laughed again at this response. Even if she left, he wouldnât have lost this friend, would he?
Xander hung up quietly. Then he jumped out of bed and examined the room he had been living in for a few days.
It had originally been a guest room, but he had received a lot of stuff in the last few days.
Justin was someone who avoided gossip and didnât interact with it much, but he had always taken care of it.
There was a Lego model he liked placed on the table. There were also stuffed animals that he likedâ¦.
Xander touched them one by one and said goodbye.
He looked at the Lego model and sighed. âAfter I leave, Cherry will probably put them together properly.â
Then he looked at the kittens, puppies and toys next to him. âI wonder how puppy #5 is doing. When I got here, he had a broken paw. He must have spoiled me and probably needs me badly.â
With that, he seemed to be talking to himself. âSo Iâd better get back! My bunnies miss me too! Iâve never been separated from them for so long.â
As if he had convinced himself, Xander smiled.
Then he grabbed his small bag and walked out in a cheerful mood.
He opened the door and looked down at the people below who were busy preparing for their birthday party. He stood on his tiptoes and walked out.
He was very clever and avoided the stares of the butlers and nannies. He sneaked out of the villa and ran towards the entrance.
When he reached the door, he turned.
âCherry, Pete, Goodbye!â he said in his heart before picking up his little bag and running out without hesitation.
She was fine. Even if he left this place, he could still live an exciting life! Xander silently encouraged himself as he walked.
However, when he actually reached the Huntâs garden, he turned to look at Justinâs villa. A slight reluctance suddenly ran through his heart.
His steps became slower and slower.
He sighed.
Would the tyrant and Cherry be sad to see him go?
Actually, he was a little reluctant himself.
As Xander thought about this, he lowered his head. His little body shriveled instantly. He turned around again and was about to leave when, suddenly, he saw a familiar figure appear in front of himâ¦.
