Paul had already done some thorough research on his way here.
Cherry had claimed that her mother was Nora Smith and her father Justin Hunt. At first he had thought Nora was nothing more than a tool Justin used to silence the general public, but unexpectedly, he had defended her when she went to save her fiancé.
Paul understood roughly what was going on the moment he thought of her beautiful face: Nora might be Justinâs mistress.
Although he didnât quite understand why Justin would allow his mistress to have a fiancé, none of that was important at the moment.
What was important was that he had to get the Quinn School of Martial Arts to defend him.

He dared not enter the training gym, so he could only stand outside and cry his eyes out.
He was already in his thirties, which made him quite unbearable to watch.
Lucas couldnât help but ask, âWhat exactly happened to you Paul? You should know that Master never deals with outside matters. You can talk to me if something has happened.â
The sobbing Paul said, âTen of my men have been killed!â.
Ten people dying all at once was no trivial matter!
Luke was stunned. He sounded grave as he asked, âWhat happened?â.
Even Quinn, who was inside the room, stood up with a frown.
Nora and Justin exchanged a glance upon hearing that ten people had died, and both frowned.
Justin had used a very measured amount of force in the fight. Aside from Winston, whose wound had been more serious, possibly preventing him from possibly continuing his role as a man in the future, the wounds of the other dozen people had only seemed serious on the surface. He had not intended to kill them at all.
Why did they die?
While the two were silent, Quinn had already left the room. He said, âTell me what happened.â
Seeing Quinn, Paul was increasingly certain that the Quinn School of Martial Arts would defend him. He wiped away tears and said, âMy men had a little conflict with Mr. Hunt. I didnât expect him to be so ruthless.â
Quinn hesitated for a moment. He glanced around the room and asked, âMr. Hunt?â
âYes, it was Justin Hunt!â Paul stepped forward and knelt in front of Quinn. He said, âMaster, you are too ruthless! You are showing no respect to the Quinn School of Martial Arts.â
Quinnâs jaw tensed. âWhat kind of conflict was it exactly?â
Paul paused. Then he answered ambiguously, âIt was just a minor conflict. Originally, they had already fought. According to the rules of the pugilistic world, achieving the desired effect should have been enough, but I didnât expect him to be so ruthless! Heâs slapping the Quinn School of Martial Arts in the face! Master, you have to do something about it. Otherwise, would the sect have any prestige left in the pugilistic world?â
Paulâs every word made Quinnâs expression grow more and more horrified.
Justin was the most favored disciple of that sneaky scum at the Irvin School of Martial Arts. This identity of his had already made Quinn instinctively dislike him. It was only because of Pete that he had allowed him in and out of the Quinn Martial Arts School.
But, unexpectedly, that guy showed not a shred of mercy when he fought with the disciples of the Quinn Martial Arts School.
Was he not thinking about the Quinn Martial Arts School?
He was furious.
Quinn looked around the room again. His voice was icy as he said, âJustin, donât you owe me an explanation for this?â
Paul was stunned. He looked around the room in amazement.
Since Quinn had already spoken, Justin could no longer stay out of the matter.
He looked at Nora, silently asking her if she was going to go out with him.
Nora, however, merely raised her eyebrows and leaned against the wall, showing no intention of going out.
Because of Paulâs arrival, everyone training inside the Quinn School of Martial Arts had moved closer. With so many people outside, she was not to go out. Otherwise, a lot of trouble would await her in the future.
Seeing that she had no intention of moving, Justin could only walk out the door quietly.
Paulâs pupils shrank at the sight of him. He hadnât expected to see him on the cultâs premises. Was he here to apologize?
Paul frowned. He immediately adopted an aggressive posture and said, âJust in time Mr. Hunt. I was about to look you up to ask you something: What exactly have Winston and the others done to offend you and cause you to take such ruthless action against them? Weâre talking about ten lives.â
Quinn also frowned and asked, âWhat exactly is going on?â
Justin explained, âI didnât kill anyone.â
Paul didnât expect him to say that. He immediately scoffed, âSurely youâre someone who doesnât have the guts to own up to your own actions, right Mr. Hunt? Theyâre already dead. If you didnât kill them, are you saying they killed themselves?â.
A sharp, fierce look filled Justinâs dark eyes. His voice was low and deep as he said unhurriedly, âThat possibility is very small. However, I didnât kill anyone. I just knocked them unconscious.â
Paul scoffed, âIn other words, you admit to knocking them out, donât you? After that, a huge fire broke out in the room, Which burned them all to death! Yes, you certainly didnât kill them directly, But itâs also true that you murdered them indirectly!â
The police had already checked the scene. They had indeed been burned to death alive.
One can only say that they were unlucky. There was a gas tank in the room, and its valve had been opened because of the fight, but the people inside hadnât noticed. After Justin left, someone had pulled out a lighter to light a cigarette because he was simply in too much pain.
The place had just exploded.
Justinâs pupils constricted, his keen senses picking up on something. Had there been a big fire? Was it a coincidence or a deliberate act?
Next to Paul, Lucas said, âIn other words, this is all really a misunderstanding, isnât it? Mr. Hunt didnât kill them; it was just a coincidence.â
Paul let out a sigh. âYes, it was indeed a coincidence, but is Mr. Hunt off the hook just because he didnât kill them with his bare hands? If he hadnât knocked them out and if they hadnât fought back there, how would this have happened?â
Quinn was also angry after hearing the events so far. After all, it was a lot of young lives. He looked at Justin and demanded, âWhat exactly did they do to make you so angry that you knocked out so many people?â
Quinnâs fury made Paul breathe a sigh of relief.
The old man had always been protective of his own, so he would definitely take his side this time.
Even though it was impossible to make Justin pay with his life, it would still be worth it if the cult could force him to give in and give him some compensation.
With that in mind, Paul took the initiative to say, âOne of my men just took an interest in his mistress and wanted to get his hands on her. Isnât it very normal for young men to lose control of themselves and try to snatch a woman from another? Mr. Hunt was simply too ruthless.â
The moment he said that, it was Quinnâs turn to gape. Suddenly, he glared at Justin angrily and demanded, âYou have a mistress?â
What the hell?
His first, newest and most favored disciple had already given birth to his children, and he still had the fucking guts to have a mistress?
Quinn grew even angrier. âTell me, whatâs her name?â
Paul became even more excited to see Quinnâs reaction. So, he further embellished the story and said, âHer name is Nora Smith. She belongs to a well-to-do family, but she likes to act haughty. She found even Winston Myers beneath her, so she cozied up to Mr. Huntâ¦â
As soon as he said that, a silence in which only a pin could be heard filled the entire courtyard.
