Chapter 3914 Arvos
"Vartin city," I said as the city came into view. I have been traveling here for
It is a big city with Peak Sky Sovereigns as its lord. Though, I am not going to stay in the city.
I am here for the teleportation gate, which will take me to the headquarters of the Arvos.
Thud!
A few minutes later, I landed in front of the city and flashed my badge, the same way Ranis would have.
The guards bowed and let me in without stopping.
A minute later, I sensed the woman coming through the gate, flashing her badge as I did.
She had been following me for days. She didn't even stop in the past day since I had entered into the territory of Avros.
As she entered the city; the runes of the city inside her began to shift, while other runes started to come out, becoming a completely different seed.
From the clear connection, it had turned extremely faint.
For the five months, I had worked on the seed. Studying the changes in their constitution and the past five days, I made an even bigger change.
Earlier, I only had saved meta-scans; with her, it was live.
I was able to test a few things and made a change according to it.
Now this seed hides deeper into her; it will be seven times stealthier than the seed earlier.
All my seeds are hard to detect, even by soul sense, but I have worked especially hard on this one.
I used my medical and runic knowledge and also the data from the scan. The Prime Aevith did on me. Creating a seed, I hope, that not even Prime wouldn't discover.
I don't know, how good they are, but I hope. They will work.
The seeds will be my greatest asset in finding out what the hell is happening in the Arvos.
If they get discovered and find out, there is forbidden power. Avros will be the last of my worries.
I pushed those thoughts and walked toward the teleportation that had called me to the headquarters directly. If I had been to Earth Sovereign, I would have needed to go to the Governor's office, but Sky Sovereign changes things.
Avros is a Sky Grade organization, and I am Sky Sovereign. One breakthrough took me to the top tier.
It comes with privileges.
Soon, I reached the gates and walked toward the second, which was for the members of the organization.
There is one, that is for Sky Sovereigns.
"A few cultists had infiltrated the organization; the higher-ups have increased the security," replied the man. He didn't seem happy about it.
I understood a minute later as we stopped in front of the fortress, which is even more magnificent up close.
Though, before we were able to pass through those massive gates. We needed to go through the three checkups before we were able to enter inside.
There is a completely different world inside. It is spatially enlarged and filled with thick energy.
Though, even thick energy couldn't compare to the one, I have in my suite.
It used to be Silver Prime at its peak, while Tor is a Silver Prime.
More powerful than what Arvos was at its peak.
We walked inside and stepped into the teleportation gate, before walking some, before stopping in front of the bronze gate.
Knock Knock
The Earth Sovereign knocked. "Come in," came a moment later.
I pushed open the door and entered inside. There is a Wolf Beastman who looks to be in his mid-thirties; he is handsome as well as powerful.
A peak Sky Sovereign.
"Sky Sovereign Tardon," I greeted. "Take a seat, Ranis." He said, and I nodded and sat down.
The seat is small, but it was immediately adjusted to my size.
"First of all, congratulations on your breakthrough. With another Sky Sovereign joining us, our organization would become even stronger," he said.
"Thank you, Sky Sovereign. I will not let the organization down," I said, and the man smiled.
"You must have heard about the infiltration of the cultists?" he asked, and I nodded.
"It made us tighten our security policies. Including those who had returned from the break of year or longer," he said, and a frown appeared on my face.
"It is not we don't trust you, but it is a new policy that everyone needs to follow,"
"So, there will be some tests aside from the report and several rounds of questioning," he explained.
"This feels a little too much," I said with a clear displeasure, and the man nodded.
"It is, but they are the orders from above and we will have no choice but to follow them," he said, shaking his head.
"Fine," I said with a sigh.
"I know you will understand, Ranis," he said, and I nodded, but I kept my expression a little angry to tell them, I am not happy with this.
