I woke up with the strong need to pee. I tried to get up from the bed but arms were around me caging me to Amari's chest. I really needed to get up and go use the bathroom but every time I pulled away, he would tighten his arms around my waist. I didn't want to wake him up but I really needed to go and the tighter it held me, the more pressure on my bladder.
"Bubba. I need you to get up." I said softly but hopefully loud enough for him to hear me and wake up.
He groaned and slowly opened his eyes the slightest bit to where if you squinted, you would think they were close. "Yes, baby."
"I need to use the bathroom. Can you let me go?"
He almost instantly let me go and I quickly got up and scrambled to the bathroom. I relieved myself, washed my hands and then came back to bed with him. I didn't lay back on my side of the bed but I laid on top of him, putting my head in his neck.
Amari was still sleeping when I came back into the room but he woke up when I came and laid on top of him. He wrapped his arms around me. I have concluded that he loves having me in his embrace because he is always wrapping his arms around me but I don't mid because it makes me feel good.
"Good morning, baby. What are you up to?" He said with his raspy morning voice before placing a couple of kisses on my head.
"Good morning. I'm just lying down. Can I not do that?" I said not looking at him because my head was laying on his chest and it was comfortable there.
He chuckled softly. "Of course you can but you're lying on me."
"Im sorry. I'll get off." I said as I rolled off of him with a frown on my face. The bed was no where near as comfortable as he was.
"I didn't say you had to get off" he said trying to grab me and pull m back on top of him.
"Yeah but you implied it." I said with my face facing the opposite direction of him and trying to push his hands off of me because he obviously didn't want me on him.
I know I was being dramatic but that was just how I was.
He smacked his lips before putting more effort in pulling me on top of him being successful.
I laid there limp and acted like I didn't want to be on him but I definitely did and I was very comfortable. He started running the tips of his fingers up and down my spine. I liked when he did that.
"What's the plan for today, mami?"
I shrugged my shoulders and didn't say anything.
"Use your words when I'm talking to you."
I sighed before talking. "I don't know but maybe we can go see a movie?"
"What movie?"
I shrugged my shoulders again and he pinched my side. "I. don't. know." I said with a pause in between each word.
"Lose the attitude, Alaysia or we can just stay home all day."
"Whatever." I mumbled because I didn't want him to hear me but I was 99% sure he did. 100% sure when he pinched me again and pushed me off of his chest gently.
There wasn't really any reason for my attitude besides the fact that I just wanted to be bratty and annoy him.
I felt him get up from the bed and I assumed he was going to get ready for the day. I wanted to lay down for a little longer before I got up to get dressed. I grabbed my phone and scrolled on instagram for a bit.
I put my phone down when I heard him come out of the bathroom and then looked at him as he walked towards his closet with only a towel wrapped around his body, exposing his tatted torso. I got up from his bed and walked towards his bathroom so that I could brush my teeth and wash my face.
After I did my business in the bathroom, I went to his closet because that is where we put my stuff the other day when he told me to leave some clothes here.
Amari was still in here and he was only in his boxers at the moment which had me wondering what was taking him so long to get dressed. He was looking around which led me to believe that he was trying to decide what he would wear today.
He was standing right in front of where we hung up my clothes and I couldn't reach any of them but I had an idea of what I wanted to wear so I asked him if he could pass them to me.
"Amari, can you pass me the dark baggy jeans with the huge rips in the knees, the black tube top, and the big jacket that we bought at Zumiez?" (I can't find a picture to match my vision but trust it's cute)
He made a weird face at me before starting to gather the clothes that I requested. I assumed he made that face at me because I called him Amari and not Bubba like usual.
"Hm." He made the noise as he held the clothes out to me. I guess I really bothered him with my attitude earlier.
I got dressed in the closet with him. He barely looked at me and I was starting to regret making him upset. We finished getting dressed at around the same time and our outfits were pretty similar which was cute. Even though he was mad at me, he was still doing couple things.
"Bubba."
He didn't respond to me so I walked over to the side of the closet that he was standing at and put my arms around his neck. "Bubba, I'm sorry." I said softly, looking into his eyes.
"Really?" He said.
"Yes. I'll be nice for the rest of the day. I promise." I said and kissed his lips.
Amari deepened the kiss and wrapped on of his hand around my neck and bit my lip before pulled away.
"You better be." He said with a smile on his face and let me go before walking away and smacking my ass. It wasn't too hard but it caught me by surprise.
I followed him out of the closet and we went downstairs into the kitchen. "You want to go out for breakfast or you want me to make you something?"
"Mmm." I gave it some thought. "Can we go out for breakfast, go see a movie, maybe do some shopping and then you cook something for dinner?" I said to him. I wanted to spend the day out of the house. I didn't necessarily want to spend his money but I wanted to look around and hopefully I would get to pay for my stuff myself if I found something.
"Sounds good, baby."
"Oh and then after dinner, we can watch our show!" I said as I slid my Tims on my feet so I was ready to walk out the door. I wish I had brought my Stanley here because I love that thing and it keeps my water cold all day but I guess I would have to settle for a water bottle today.
He went back upstairs to grab his wallet and put his shoes on and came back down shortly after. We were ready to leave.
