It was around 11pm right now and I was starting to get tired. We had watched about two episodes and on the third one my eyes started drifting closed. Mari looked real interested in the show though.
"Im going to bed. Can you come with me?" I said softly because I was so tired. I don't even know why.
"Of course, mami." He grabbed the remote from off of the coffee table in front of us and shut off the tv and then stood up after removing my legs from his lap gently.
I got up and we walked to my bedroom. He's gonna have to start bringing clothes over here if he wants to continue to stay over. Because I really don't like having outside clothes in my bed but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt since he probably thought we were gonna fall asleep on the couch or he didn't plan on staying over.
"You're going to have to start leaving clothes and a toothbrush over here if you plan on staying over here frequently. I don't like having outside clothes in my bed."
"If it makes you feel any better, I showered before I made my way over here." He said as he took off his hoodie and pants, leaving him in his boxers only. Even though it wasn't very bright in here because I usually leave the lights dimmed in here, I could see the tattoos that covered his chest and torso.
He was so fine.
I didn't want to sleep with these heavy sweatpants and sweatshirt on me but at the same time I didn't want to sleep practically naked in front of him... yet.
He got into my bed as I walked into the bathroom across from my bed and changed into an airy oversized t-shirt and some very short shorts.
I turned off the bathroom light and exited the bathroom. I slid into my side of the bed and pulled out my phone. I was just going to check my notifications before I went to sleep.
After doing that and then putting my phone on the charger, I turned to face him. I moved closer to him and placed my head on his bare chest. He was very comfortable if I do say so myself.
I traced one of the tattoos on his chest. It was a grandfather clock surrounded by flowers on the side where his heart was.
I eventually started drifting off but then I would wake back up and see that he was still awake.
"Stop fighting the sleep, mami."
"But you're still up and I want you to fall asleep with me." I said softly. I don't know why I want him to fall asleep with me but I didn't want to go to sleep on his chest while he was still awake.
He put his phone down on the nightstand on that side of the bed and readjusted himself to where he was laying beside me but facing me so we were face to face. He had his arms wrapped around my hips and his hands were resting on my lower back, right above my ass.
He kissed me softly but didn't let it go any further since he knew that I was pretty tired.
"Go to sleep."
I shuffled closer to him and placed my head in his neck before falling asleep.

I woke up to someone kissing on my neck. I groaned and tried to move away from him. I don't know why people think it's okay to disturb my sleep all the time.
"Mami, wake up. Im getting bored and I want you to get ready. I have a surprise for you."
I moaned and shoved my head into my pillow. "I don't want to get up yet." My voice came out muffled.
He started kissing on my shoulder. "But I have a surprise for you. You don't wanna see what it is?"
I groaned loudly and turned over. I immediately scrunched my eyes from how bright it was in here from the sun shining through the big ass windows I have in here.
I got up slowly to go brush my teeth because I didn't want to kiss him or talk to him face to face with my morning breath.
"What are we doing?" I said as I walked into the bathroom.
"It wouldn't be a surprise if I told you, Aysia." His voice got closer to me as he was speaking so I assumed he was making his way over to me in the bathroom.
I rolled my eyes and continued brushing my teeth. "Do you need a toothbrush?" I said after I spit out the toothpaste in my mouth.
He nodded his head. I went under the sink and grabbed him anew toothbrush before passing it to him.
I wiped down my face and went to pick out some clothes. I still needed to shower so I had to wait for him to get out of the bathroom.
Once he finished brushing his teeth, I told him that I needed the bathroom for twenty minutes tops to shower and get ready so he would have to wait in my room or somewhere out of the bathroom.
After taking a shower, I did my skincare and applied some light makeup. Most of the time I only applied mascara and lined my waterline, then of course some lip gloss. That was usually it unless I was going to some big event or something.
I exited the bathroom with a towel wrapped around me and then entered my closet to get some clothes on. I was not changing in front of him.
I got dressed and then went back out into the bedroom.
"You ready?" Mari asked me as he stood up from the bed. He was dressed back in the clothes that he was wearing yesterday.
"Yes."
"We gotta stop by my crib though so I can get freshened up." He said as we started walking toward the front door of the apartment.
"Mk."
Then we left the apartment.

hi guys! this chapter was absolutely horrible so im sorry for it. just think of it as a filler and hopefully next chapter will be much better.
