Violette POV

“You may k**s the bride.” The pastor said. Cedric pulled her in for a k**s and the crowd went crazy. Little Colette cooed contently in my arms, Viktor holding my hand tightly.

“The tiara suits her well.” Viktor said. I gave him a smile.

“It does, doesn’t it?” I asked. He nodded in approval.

“We should go, the fireworks are about to start.” He said as he got up.

I’d just announced Lillian as the ruler, and she’s already made a change. I love it. I walked over to Beatrice and Sylvia.

“Let me take her. You both go enjoy the fireworks.” Beatrice said with a smile. I handed Colette to her and she quickly took off with Sylvia.

“Ready?” He asked. I nodded.

“More than ready.” I said. We followed Cedric and Lillian out of the main door along with the crowd of people. As if on cue, the fireworks began.

Viktor pulled me to the front of the crowd as we watched.. a bright smile plastered on his face.

“I love you.” He said softly.

“I love you.” I replied. I cupped his face into my hands and pulled him in for a deep k**s.

He pulled away and I turned to enjoy the fireworks.. I’ve never seen them here. They truly bring happiness to my old home. The crowd went silent and I looked around confused, until I turned completely around to see Viktor kneeling down, holding something between his fingers as he stared up lovingly at me.

“I.. didn’t think I would ever find my mate. The first moment I saw you.. I knew I had to take you with me. Not just for revenge.. but something else. Back then, I didn’t understand.. but now.. I know it was the mate bond pulling me to you. I know.. at first I was awful.. and we’ve had our ups and downs.. but I want to spend my life with you.. my Violette.. My love.. my mate. Would you do me the greatest honor, and be my wife? Would you.. marry me, Violette?” Viktor asked. My eyes were wide as I stared at him..

“I..” I didn’t know what to say. I kneeled down to his level, the look on his face full of fear and confusion.

“I would love to marry you, Viktor.” I said. He shined me a toothy smile.

“Not even going to look at the ring?” He asked. I giggled. I looked down at it, a beautiful ring.. with a black diamond in between two white diamonds.. surrounded by small pearls. I let out a gasp.

“Viktor! This is beautiful!” I said.

“You remember the day.. that we went out together? The day we met the seer?” He asked. I nodded in response as he took my hand and began to slide the ring up my finger.

“She gave this to me. Told me to not look at it, and I would know when the time comes. Well.. she was right. I didn’t look at it, but I just knew.” He said. I wrapped my arms around his shoulders as tears poured from my eyes.

“What if it wasn’t a ring?” I asked with a giggle.

“I knew it was.. but it would’ve been awkward if it wasn’t.” He chuckled. I pulled away and he grabbed my face into his hands and smiled. The fireworks continued going off around us as people cheered happily.

“Thank you.” He said.

“For what?” I asked as I furrowed my brows.

“For showing me that there is a thing called happiness.” He said. He placed his soft lips against mine and I melted in an instant.

He helped me stand up after we were done, and I looked around. The crowd of people had smiles on their faces, Lillian stared at us with happy tears in her eyes.

“Congratulations.” She mouthed to me.

“Thank you.” I mouthed back.

We sat for an hour just enjoying the fireworks.. it was the most spectacular evening.. as we walked to our room for the night, Viktor picked me up and carried me.

“I can’t wait to marry you.. for you to be my queen.” He said. I lay my head on his shoulder and took a deep breath.

When we got to the room he lay me down on the bed, Beatrice and Sylvia were sitting on some chairs surrounding the crib.

“She’s alseep.” Beatrice said softly.

“Thank you, ladies.” Viktor said. They both nodded and rushed out of the room.

“If i didn’t feel so awkward with Colette in here.. I’d make love to you.” Viktor chuckled as he walked to the crib.

“We can always sneak into the room next to us.” I smirked. He looked down and Colette and smiled softly. He took a moment to stare at her before turning around with a devious look on his face.

“Should we call them back in here, then?” He asked.

“We could just lock the door.. the rooms are connected.” I said. He nodded once in approval before walking over to me.

“Good.. cause I need to put more pups in you.” He said. I held back my giggle as he picked me up and wrapped my legs around him.

“Do you think.. I’ll make a good queen?” I asked. He furrowed his brows as he walked me to the door and locked it.

“Of course.. the best queen there is.” He said. He walked us through the room to the other door and opened it, then slowly closed it, leaving it just slightly cracked.

“Are you certain?” I asked. He lay me down on the bed and smiled at me.

“Yes. And I will show you just how much of a queen you already are..” he said. He placed k****s on my neck, untying the string between my breasts and pulling my gown down.

“Goddess.. everytime I look at you, it’s like you get more beautiful..” he growled lightly.
