I watch as Rick, our clubâs resident doctor, wraps the piece of shit DOS prospectâs hand. I donât need this fucker bleeding all over the place.
âKnock me outâ¦â he whines around his gag. Pussy.
âItâs just a couple fingers.â I clap him on the back and lean forward. âYou have eight more. Wait until itâs your kneecaps. Youâll be ready to die then,â I add.
He starts to hit his head against the interior wall of the vanâtrying to knock himself out, I presume.
I roll my eyes. âJesus Christ, that wonât work, dipshit.â I turn to Rick. âGot something to help put the baby here to sleep? I donât want to worry about him for the rest of the night. Iâve had a fuck of a long day already.â
âWill do.â Rick nods, heading to his medical bag.
âThis all has to happen the fucking night before my wedding?â Ax asks as he approaches, acting appropriately annoyed. I know he secretly lives for this shit. He stops to tuck his gun into his holster at his back. âThe rest of the perimeter is secure. I have no idea how this fucker got in⦠but youâre going to tell us, arenât you?â he adds before grabbing the intruder by the hair. âThere couldâve been women or kids out here, you motherfucker.â He bounces his head off the side of the van wall.
I shake my head. Exactly what the dipshit wants.
âWeâre going to get the answers we want out of him⦠but not until tomorrow,â I say, mostly just pissed off that he is pulling me away from my little fixation I was just starting to get to know.
I turn to my prisoner. âYou spend the night dreaming of how loyal you plan to be for a club you donât even belong to yet.â
He whimpers behind his makeshift gag.
âAnd donât worry. Tomorrow, youâll have some company. You play your cards right, maybe youâll live.â I let him in on the little secret weâre bringing in a friend for him.
âWolfe,â Ax says from beside me. âKai is already getting what you want, and the partyâs back on.â
I nod.
âNo outsiders leave here until tomorrow, if brothers want to leave thatâs fine, but anyone who canât protect themselves stays,â I announce, not chancing anyone getting hurt on the way out. My mind specifically goes to the woman I just pushed behind Mason in the hallway. I blink and shake it off.
âItâll be easier to see whatâs what and scope our surrounding woods in the light of day,â I add.
âThatâs going to be at least fifty people,â Ax says.
âItâs fine. We have the space,â I say casually with a shrug. âTell Kai to start letting people know.â
I look toward the back of the van.
âYouâre here for the night; as soon as he starts to stir, give him another,â I say to Rick as he injects the prospect. âHe can stay asleep straight through until after the wedding. This is a tomorrow night problem.â
It doesnât take long for the shot to take effect and the prospect passes out, his head hitting the floor of the van with a sickening thud.
âAnd⦠by the way, weâve got you,â I add, letting Rick know heâll be getting a bonus for keeping twenty-four-hour watch over my prisoner. âYou need a break, Chris has got you covered,â I say
Rick nods, and I signal for Ax to tell Chris.
I check to ensure the fire from Jakeâs pick-up truck is in fact out, and text my contact at the sheriffâs office. The police wonât come out here anyway, unless something astronomical happens but I like to be sure and get ahead of it. If anyone saw the flames, they may have called.
I turn to Ax. âGather the guys, emergency chapel right now, andââI look down to my clothes covered in this assholeâs blood and soot from the flamesâ âthen I need a fucking shower.â
Ax grins wickedly and pulls his dick from his jeans, pissing all over this shit headâs boots that hang out of the back of the van into the grass.
I shake my head and chuckle.
âFucking goon,â I mutter.
Rick doesnât even glance up. Heâs been at our beck and call for years and heâs used to us.
I leave them under the watch of our prospect, Chris, for the night and make my way back inside. I need to see the security footage before chapel and I need a fucking drink.
Itâs going to be a late one, and my little fixation, unfortunately, is going to have to wait.
