Maanveer and Aashi reached to the garden area where all the guest are gathered. They being a king and queen greeted them wholeheartedly. After some time pooja started in the center of hall. Aarav and mishka along with baby set infront of pandit ji(priest). Maanveer and Aashi set beside them. And rest of them set behind of this four.
"The name should be from latter k" priest stated
"Panditji, he don't have any bhua( father's sister) can I named him as I'm his father's bhua" Nandni asked
Aarav rolled his eyes. Maanveer stayed silent so as everyone.
"Yes you can" priest said
"Bhuaji,who said I don't have sister, I mean yes I don't have biological sister but I have sister " Aarav cleared his throat
"Who" dadisa asked this time
"Aashibhabhisa" mishka said smilingly
Nandni's expression changed to annoyed. Dadisa had neutral expression. Maanveer's dad and uncle had smile so as his aunt.
"N..no how can I,let bhusa.." Aashi was denying but maanveer hold her hand
"If aarav is saying then do it" maanveer said
"But hukumsa,bhusa wants to name him" Aashi said worrying
"Bhusa,do you have any problem " maanveer tilted his head towards his aunt and asked
"N..no I don't have" She replied wearing fake smile
"Happy now. Now be fast we don't have time" maanveer said smilingly
"But" Aashi was confused, she didn't know Aarav will tell her to name hid child.she don't have any names in her mind too
"Ranisa,first tell the name to the baby's ear" priest said
"Ji" saying this she took baby to her lap,bending little she said something to his ears and baby giggled
"Seems like baby already liked the name" mishka said
Aashi looked at maanveer,maanveer raised his eyebrow gesturing her to say the name loude.
"Kiaan singh raghuvanshi " Aashi said looking at Maanveer smiling maanveer too smiled
"Wow bhabhisa this is so unique yet elegant " Aarav said
"Yes bhabhisa we loved the name" mishka joined
"Thank God we didn't let bhusa name him orelse she would name him kachra" aarav said to mishka's ears and she chuckled
Everyone had a smile on theirs face expect Nandni
"How's the name" Aashi asked to maanveer in his ears
"Hamari Aashi ne rakha hai,accha to hona hi hai" maanveer said squeezing her hand
(It's perfect afterall my Aashi named him)
"Now let's go and attend the guests " dadisa declared
Everyone stood up. Aashi gave kiaan to mishka.
"Aashi, I gave you gold coins yesterday, get it we have to give to the guests " dadisa said to Aashi
"Ji dadisa" saying this she left to her room. Maanveer went to garden area for attending the guests
Maanveer was taking to some of his business partners and he noticed Aashi standing alone and lost somewhere he excused himself and approached Aashi
"What happned jaana are you okay" he said tapping her shoulder but she didn't react
"Aashi" this time he called her out little louder
"Ye..yes..aap kab aaye" She asked
(When did you come)
"When you were lost somewhere " maanveer replied
"N..no..no I wasn't actually I was thinking something " She awkwardly smiled
"Aashi,are you hiding something " this time his voice sounded serious
"No..nothing veer,I said na I was thinking. Actually dadisa told me to give gifts to the guests so I was thinking about that" She said without meeting his gaze
Maanveer was about to say something but someone called him
"I know Jaana you are hiding something afterall in all this years i have been with you day and night but Don't worry I'll find out" he said and smiled at her and left
Aashi stood there stressed
Aftet some time the ceremony ends. Raghuvanshi family was biding them. Maanveer was glancing time to time at Aashi. She had a fake smile on her face which wasn't went unnoticed by maanveer. He was waiting every guests to leave so that he can talk to Aashi. But it was Raghuvanshi family we are talking about,they have many connections all over the country. Maanveer loose his patience. Excusing himself from everyone he grabbed aashi's hand and started taking steps towards their room. Dadisa tried to call him but he ignored everyone.
Reaching to their room he made Aashi seat on couch. Aashi wasn't reacting because she knew this will come. After locking the room maanveer set on his knees infront of Aashi. She looked directly in his eyes.
"What happned Jaana, I know something is bothering you" maanveer said calmly cupping her cheeks
Aashi didn't said anything, not getting any response from her side he hold her hands
"You trust me right, then why are you worrying alone" he said in soft tone
In return Aashi's eyes get teary. Wasting no time she hugged him tightly and started crying
"Aashi what happened, aap Dara rahe hai hame"
(You're scaring me) maanveer said rubbing her back
She didn't said anything but continued crying
"Jaana,please tell me what happened " maanveer again pleased her
"Veer,give me divorce " Aashi said clutching his arms tightly
Hearing this maanveer expressions changed into disbelief, he broke their hug and hold her shoulders.
"I..I guess I heard something else,please repeat " maanveer asked
"No veer,you heard it right. Please give me divorce and Marry someone else" Aashi said between her sobs
Maanveer left her shoulders. His eyes got shot red. Rage started making its way in his body. He never in his life thought to leave his Aashi.
"What's the matter" he said calmly. Aashi didn't said anything so he again asked
"What's the fucking matter Aashi " he yelled this time
Aashi first flinched but then she looked at him
Flashback
Aashi was on her way to garb the gifts with staff. Nandni came from nowhere and stopped her. Aashi noticed another lady too. Aashi gestured staff to leave and they left.
"Aashi,she is my old friend. Sunita" Nandni introduced the lady
"Ohhh, namaste auntyji" saying this she bend to touch her feet but suitable stopped her
"Aree don't do this formality " She said and hugged Aashi ,she too hugged back
"Sunita,where is your daughter-in-law" Nandni asked when Aashi and sunita broke thier hug
"Ohh actually my son gave divorce to her" sunita said
"What,why" Nandni asked
Aashi wasn't interested in this conversation, she wants to leave but she thinks it will be disrespectful to leave so she stayed
"Actually she had complications in pregnancy, she can't conceives " sunita said little loudly
This time Aashi tilted her head towards them in shock
"What" Nandni asked faking innocence
" Yes actually she only told my son to get divorce,she said he deserves someone who can give him heir. We denied many times but she didn't listened. And at the end they got separated. And next week we are having my son's marriage " sunita said
"Ohhh it's so sad but she is right though " Nandni said and smirked
Aashi was in some deep thoughts after hearing this nonsense story of sunita. She remembered how maanveer was happy with kiaan. How he used to teas her about babies after thier Marriage. Her mind got blank. The only thing Aashi can imagine is Maanveer's happiness right now.
"Aashi beta,you go you have to give gifts to maa no" Nandni said smiling (which was fake)
"J..Ji bhuasa" saying this she left and Nandni smirked looking at her retired figure
Aashi sat on couch of their room. She looked at the picture where maanveer was holding kiaan in his hand when kiaan was just 3 days old. Tears started rolling from her eyes. Maanveer is a king and he deserves heir to continue their kingdom. Aashi tried to convince him for surrogacy but he denied. Aashi wants maanveer to be happy. And for that he have to give divorce to her and marry someone who can give him a heir.
Flashback ends
Maanveer eyes are darken now after hearing this. Aashi was continually crying from the starting. Maanveer clutch his hand and jaw clenched. He hold aashi's wrist tightly and started dragging her outside of the room. He unlocked the door and made a thud.
"Veer,please stop" Aashi said trying to get out of his grip but he didn't listened and continued dragging her
"Veer please stop" She again pleased but maanveer didn't stopped. He quickly wiped his tears which was just rolled down.
Reaching to the hall he left her hand abruptly. Luckily she didn't fall
Every guest left. Raghuvanshis are entering in the hall and saw this scene
"What happend maan" his dadasa asked but he didn't said anything and continued looking at her
They hurriedly reached to them. Mishka put kiaan to cradle and went near to Aashi who was crying looking down, she hold her arms
"Bhabhisa what happened " She asked to Aashi but Aashi didn't said anything
"Maan,what happened " this time his dad asked
"Ask her baba" maanveer said calmly but dangerously looking at her only
"Aashi what happened" this time dadisa jumped into conversation and asked
"I'm sorry hukum" only word left from her mouth that too looking down
"No Aashi, Don't be sorry. You have asked me something and i guess I should give you" maanveer said
Aashi looked at him in horror
"Let's go" he hold her hand but she stopped
"Don't you want it now" he asked raising his eyebrows
Everyone looked at them in confusion
