They sat like this for next one hour. Maanveer freed her from his hold and leaned back. She too removed her hands from her torso
"Am I forgiven" she asked making innocent face,she knew it's his weak point
"Let's have dinner,you have to take medicines too" maanveer said and stood
"Veer,I said sorry. Please don't ignore me" she said holding his elbow
"Aashi,we will talk talk later. As of now let's go" maanveer said and removed her hand and left
"I know I hurt you veer" She said looking his retired figure
Maanveer and Aashi reached dining area. Everyone looked at them smiling. And why not they are doing dinner together after almost a week. Maanveer sat on his king seat and Aashi sat beside him. Soon they started their dinner. Dinner went in comfortable silence,sharda made aashi's favorite dishes and dadisa made sweet as she loves sweets. Aashi was glancing at him time to time but he ignored her and ate in silence. He stood up after joining his hands towards plate
"Aarav report me at seven in the morning, and don't be late" maanveer ordered him and left without hearing his side,Aarav's jaw dropped
"Bhabhisa,why this early" he asked to Aashi
"How would I know, he's your bhaisa ask him" Aashi said shrugging her shoulders
"This is wrong bhabhisa, how will I wake up early...." he was arguing but dadasa coughed, getting his point to stay silent aarav zipped his mouth making upset face. Aashi giggled
Dadisa and sharda shared a happy look after seeing aashi's smile. Soon everyone started leaving. Mishka took kiaan from cradle and about to go but Aashi stopped
"Umm mishka,can I...I ask you for something" she asked hesitating
"Yes bhabhisa" mishka said softly
"Can..can..I take kiaan with me tonight...can..he..sleep with us tonight" Aashi was hesitating,she knew mishka has no problem with kiaan sleeping with Aashi and maanveer,but still she is his mother
"Why are you hesitating bhabhisa,kiaan is your child too" she said handing kiaan to Aashi,she smiled looking at mishka "but please wake me up if he bothers you,he generally wake up in mid night so" mishka warned her
"It's okay mishka,I will handle kiaan baby" she said looking at kiaan,who giggled
"Bhabhisa,please do me a favor, please don't let bhaisa wake up before eight" aarav said making puppy face
"Okay aaravbanna,you go and sleep. Don't worry about him" aashi said smiling
"Thank you" aarav said and pulled mishka by her waist, she widen her eyes
Aashi coughed "Let's go kiaan" she said looking at kiaan and then looked at them "enjoy" Aashi said and smiled mischievously
"Thank you" aarav said and winked,Aashi left giggling
"Have some shame aarav,she is your sister-in-law" mishka said removing his hand from her waist
"It's okay mishka,she is my sister too" aarav said and winked
"Hatiye yaha se" she said and pushed him gently and left, aarav followed her

Aashi entered in room and saw him watching movie on television, he saw her with kiaan with side eye but kept his neutral face. She locked the door and sat infront of him blocking his view from television and put kiaan on bed,kiaan stared playing with her pallu
"Please move aside,I can't see screen properly" maanveer said in his ignorant tone looking at screen
"See kiaan,bade papa isn't happy seeing you here,he wants to see the movie" Aashi said adjusting kiaan's clothe
"Kiaan,you know na how much your bade papa loves you" maanveer leaned down and kissed his cheek
"Fine bade papa loves kiaan only,not badi maa" Aashi said making pout,maanveer ignored her and continued caressing kiaan's hairs
"Fine" Aashi said and stood,turning her heel she tried to see him with side eye but he was still busy with kiaan,she thought he will stop her but he didn't. She went closet for changing her clothes. Coming back she found kiaan laying on bed maanveer kissing his feet, She smiled looking at them. She then placed her hands on her stomach, tear slipped from her eye "we are so sorry baby" she whispered. Removing her tears instantly,she sat beside them on bed
"Kiaan,don't you want to sleep" she leaned down and placed Kiss on his forehead,she then glanced at maanveer who was busy talking with kiaan
"Kiaan,I'm talking to you" she said louder looking at maanveer
"Your words and actions aren't matching" maanveer said still looking at kiaan
"It means you know I'm trying to talk to you" she said narrowing her eyes
"I know whatever is going in your mind, you brought kiaan here so that I can talk to you" he said caressing kiaan's cheek
"If you know then why are you not paying attention to me" she asked in her anger,which was actually not anger
"My attention is on you only,you're wearing purple light weighted saree with white blouse,hairs in bun,simple nuptial chain on neck,no makeup only sindoor on forehead,light weighted anklet on ankles and pair of bangles " he said looking at kiaan
Aashi's jaw dropped,she was glancing at him since she came back but he didn't glanced at her still he knows everything
"Belive me,you have my whole attention" he said looking at her
"Then why are you ignoring me,yes I hurt you but I needed some time for healing" she said with teary eyes
Maanveer saw tears in her eyes,he pulled her closer to him and kissed her forehead,he then wiped her tears
"I was not upset because you were not letting me come inside,I was upset because you didn't take care of your health. Belive me jaana, for me you and your health are important. Tell me if something would've happen to me,would you like it" he asked cupping her face,she shook her head in no
"Then think about me,agar aapko kuch ho jata to hum kya karte" he asked
"I'm sorry" she said and hugged him
"We will heal together jaana" he said caressing her hairs
Their moment was disturbed with kiaan's louder cry. They jumped back. Aashi took kiaan in her lap and started patting his back
"What happened baby,why are you crying" she asked in concern,he stopped crying
"Nothing,he just want you attention" maanveer said and rolled his eyes
"Haww see badepapa is calling you attention seeker" Aashi said to kiaan to which he giggled
"See I told you" maanveer said
"Baby,you're getting naughty just like your bade papa" Aashi teased maanveer
"Oo hello,atlest I'm not attention seeker like him,i don't seek anyone's wife's attention" maanveer got offended
"So what,he wants his badimaa's attention, and nothing is wrong in this" Aashi said kissing Kiaan's forehead, kiaan showed tongue to maanveer
"See jaana,he is showing me his tongue" maanveer said in amusement
"Don't lie veer,he even don't know what we are talking about" Aashi said not believing in him "Now let me focus on my kiaan" she added and started talking with kiaan anything
Maanveer smiled looking at Aashi,she was giggling, making faces and laughing with kiaan. He felt peace in his heart after seeing her like this,he missed cheerful Aashi. His eyes were not ready to blink for a moment
"What happened" Aashi Waved her hand infront him
"Nothing,was admiring my kiaan" he said and took kiaan on his lap
"Only kiaan" she said frowning her eyes
"Yes,who else" he teased her
"Hunhh,do whatever you want to do. I'm sleepy now" she said and turned to seat on her side
Maanveer hold his elbow and pulled her back,she tried to remove her hand but failed
"now what" she asked in her cute anger
"Where are you going" he asked
"To sleep" she said not looking at him
"Accha okay but atleast smile na" he said
"No I won't" she denied
"Are you sure" he asked moving closer to her
"Yes" she said holding kiaan's hand,so that he can not fall down from Maanveer's lap
"Pakka" he asked trailing his hands on her hands
"Haa" she said ignoring him
He started tickling her stomach, she was giggling, laughing and begging him to stop
"Veer...please...stop" she said between her giggled
Kiaan too laughed looking at her
"Should I stop baby" maanveer asked kiaan
"Veer...how..can..he...tell...please....stop...na" she said while laughing
Maanveer stopped her and she composed herself
"Now sleep" she ordered and he nodded. They made kiaan lay between them. Maanveer switched off the lights. Aashi sang lullaby for kiaan patting his chest. Maanveer's hand was also on kiaan's chest,after some time she tilted her head and saw both of them sleeping soundless. She smiled looking at them,kissing kiaan she moved towards maanveer and leaned down to kiss him but he opened his eyes
"You were awake" she whispered
"Were you trying to kiss me without my permission" he asked whispering
"Yes,I was kissing my husband and I don't need any permission" she said and kissed his cheek,he smiled and kissed back. She then leaned back,maanveer started patting her head
Maanveer knew she was doing acting of being happy,but he stayed silent as she is atlest smiling with kiaan. She knew that maanveer knows about her acting but she was happy knowing that he is upset with her. They knew they will heal soon,they will heal eachother by staying by eachother's side.
"Aarav,kiaan will disturb their sleep" mishka said worrying in his arms
"It's okay mihka,bhabhisa will handle him" aarav said caressing her hairs
"Did you see the smile on bhabhisa's face after she took kiaan in her hands" she said smilingly
"Yes,our kiaan is so lucky that he got love of two mothers" he said smiling and looking at ceiling
"And two fathers too,bhaisa also treats him as his own" she said
It was two in night,maanveer and Aashi was sleeping holding eachother's hands on kiaan's chest. Kiaan started crying. They woke up with jerk
"what happned baby,why are you crying" Aashi instantly took him in her arms
"Jaana may be he is hungry" manveer said after switching lights on
"Veer,there's his milk bottle on table" Aashi said pointing
"Yes" maanveer said and came out from bed to grab bottle,he gave bottle to Aashi and sat beside her
Aashi laid kiaan in her lap and placed top of bottle in his mouth,he started sucking it. She smiled looking at maanveer
"Who gets hungry at this time" maanveer said caressing kiaan's forehead
"Kids are always like this,they'll get hungry at anytime" she said chuckling
Soon,kiaam drifted into sleep,Aashi again laid him between them. Maanveer switched off the lights and they slept putting their hands on kiaan's chest. They were looking perfect happy family
Next day,Aashi felt tinny palms on her face. She opened her eyes and saw kiaan playing with her nose pin,she smiled looking at him. She tilted her head and saw maanveer staring at her. She sat on bed and kissed kiaan's cheek
"You awake" she asked and he nodded, "then why didn't you take shower,you must he getting late for office" she said looking at clock
"I had another important work" he said taking kiaan in his lap
"What" she asked being confused
"Kiaan ke badimaa ko niharna" he said with affection in his eyes

She blushed at his statement "kiaan will be offended" she teased
"Let him" he said and she chuckled
They heard knock on their door. Maanveer after handing kiaan to Aashi went and opened the door. It was aarav
"Good morning bhaisaa" he wished
"Good morning" maanveer wished back
"Kiaan didn't bother you,did he" aarav asked looking at kiaan
"No no,but yes he wanted my wife's attention" maanveer complained
"What can I do bhaisaa,he wants my wife's attention too" aarav said wiping his invisible tears
"Stop backbitching about my baby" Aashi said and came forward with kiaan
"Hunn you baby is so notorious" aarav said and Aashi chuckled "give him to me bhabhi,mishka wants to give him bathe" aarav said and Aashi handed kiaan to him. He then left
Maanveer locked the room and turned. Aashi looked at him with awkward smile
"Wanna cry" he asked holding her shoulder, she didn't said Anything "Jaana,let it be. Cry if you want, but this should be last time" he said and Aashi hugged him,she cried. Maanveer was caressing her hairs,she cried for fifteen minutes
"Shhh,now stop please,I can't see you crying anymore it hurts me" he said in soft tone. She pulled herself back
"Jaana,it was our nightmare. We will start our new life,okay" he said cupping her face,she nodded
"I will handle myself until you're with me" she said looking at his eyes
"And I'm always with you" he said and kissed her nose. He then joined his forehead with hers
"Veer,can we...can..we go to the doctor" she asked with hesitation
"Doctor said you're fine now,but if you want we can go" he said still joining his forehead with hers
"No...I was talking about gynecologist" she said closing her eyes,he pulled back
"Jaana,not now please" he said sternly, caressing her cheeks
She nodded her head not angering him
"I'll take bath" he said and left After kissing her forehead, she stood with watery eyes
