After their sweet moments Aashi went to change and maanveer left downstairs
"Congratulations maan,sharda shared a news" dadisa said and hugged him
"Thank you dadisa" he said smiling
Eveyone Congratulated him.his father noticed something off in him but stayed silent. After a while Aashi came and Eveyone Congratulated her too. Her lips weren't ready to leave smile.
After dinner Aashi played with kiaan for some time and handed him to mishka. Glancing at maanveer she gestured him that she is going to their room. Maanveer too replied him that he'll come later through his eyes. Giving him smile she left. Maanveer too left to garden
He was sitting leaning back on bench with closed eyes. Nityam,his father came and took seat beside him. Feeling movement around him,maanveer opened his eyes and found his father sitting on bench
"What happned " nityam straight asked
"Nothing,why" he asked narrowing his eyes in confusion
"I saw you were off since evening. Now tell me" he ordered
"Nothing baba,it's just i'm tired" he said with a weak smile
"Stop showing that you're strong maan. I mean you are but feeling weak and showing it to others will not make you weak" he said putting his hand on Maanveer's shoulder
"Baba,I don't know but I'm not feeling well. I mean emotionally " he finally shared
"Why" nityam asked in concern
"Baba, we were waiting for this moment since long. But today when this moment finally came I don't know why but I'm feeling scared " he and his eyes were conveying worry
Nityam chuckled at his words
"Why are smiling" maanveer asked being confused
"Who won't laugh looking at this tension on your face. I mean the maanveer singh raghuvanshi is scared for the first time" he said faking horror expressions
"Stop it Baba,I'm serious" he said rolling his eyes
"Okay now listen to me carefully. I too felt this feeling when your maasa shared about her pregnancy " he said calmly "even I was more scared than you" he added
"But Baba you're the ideal father. I'm scared what if I fail as a father" he again asked
"You won't and I trust you" he said proudly
"And how can you be sure" maanveer crossing his hands around his arms
"because you fulfilled every duty of yours so sincerely. You're perfect son,a king, businessman and a perfect husband. I'm so proud of you. And I know you'll be the ideal father" nityam said proudly
After hearing this Maanveer's confidence boosted. He wore a smile on his face
"Thank you baba" he said and hugged him
"Now go,your jaana must be waiting for you" nityam said holding his laughter
"Babaaa" maanveer whined feeling embarrassed
"Haha now go" nityam said and pushed him "our maan is going to be a father aarti" he said looking at sky
Maanveer entered without making any noise thinking Aashi might be sleeping but surprised to him she was awaken scrolling her phone sitting on bed
"You didn't sleep" he asked sitting beside of her on bed
Putting her phone on side table she turned and smiled
"Aapke bina nind aati hai mujhe?" She asked securing herselft in his arms.

"But jaana you have to take Care of your health no,specially now" he said caressing her back
"I will veer pakka" she said putting her head on his chest
"Veer" She called out him
"Boliye veer ki heer" he asked matching her tone. She blushed Hard hearing his teasing
(Yes veer's heer)
"I have one question " she said circling on his chest with her fingers
"Ask" he said
"Can baby hear our conversation " she asked out of nowhere
"Ofcource yes. He or she can" he said casually
"Omg now we have to speak only good things. No more back bitching,no gossiping,nothing and no more fighting too veer"she said showing her palms to no one
"But we can talk about our romance no" he said teasingly
"Noooo veer. What will baby learn after coming out" She asked in horror looking into his eyes
"This will help him or her when she or he will get married no" he asked innocently
"How shameless" she slapped his chest with her hands
"Only for you" he said matching her tone
"Accha leave this now answer my another question " she said and put her head on his chest again
"Ask"
"Will baby feel uncomfortable if I sleep on my stomach" she asked curiously. Actually she knew everything as she was with mishka throughout her pregnancy journey. Aashi was asking again and again silly questions to him so that she can talk about her baby more and more
"not now but after some months yes" he said
"Ohh,now I have to take care of myself extra while sleeping too" she said while thinking deeply
"Don't worry I'm here to take care of you and our baby day and night even if you're sleeping" he said and kissed her hairs
"Awww here an award of best baba goes to you" she declared
"And what about best husband " he questioned
"Umm let me think" she acted tapping her index finger on her chin,maanveer shook his head on her antics
"Yeahh this award also goes to you" she said and gave cheeky smile
After this her question answer session continued. Maanveer put blanket on her body when she drifted in sleep. Kissing on her forehead and on her belly he too slept cuddling her
Next morning Aashi woke up yawning. She noticed empty room. Thinking maanveer would be in bathroom she sat on bed
"You up" maanveer came and sat beside her with glass of juice
"Yes but where were you" she asked and noticed glass
"Making juice for you and my baby" he said smiling
"Whatt, you made this" she asked in horror
"Yes I made this why" he asked raising his eyebrow
"But you toh even don't know how to turn Gass on" she asked
"There's no need of gass for making juice " he said and rolled his eyes
"Awwww this baba wala concern " she said and pulled his cheeks
"Not only baba wala, husband wala too" he said and kissed her forehead
"Okay now let me brush first then I will drink" she said and he nodded
"Okay" maanveer said and she left. After brushing she came and sat. Maanveer placed glass near her lips and she took a sip. Maanveer was eagerly waiting for her reaction. Aashi made upset look
"What happned " he asked narrowing his eyebrow
"Sugar is less" she said pouting
"What how can...let me check" she said and took a sip "It's perfect jaana" he said confused
"Accha let me taste it again" She said and took a sip
"Hmm now it's perfect " she said playfully
Maanveer understood her flirting. Placing glass on table he locked her neck with his hands
"Trying to flirt with husband " he asked raising his eyebrows
"Why can't I,my husband all the day flirts with me. I learnt this from him only" she said teasingly
"Your husband knows other things too very well,want to learn" he asked teasingly
"Veer shame on you,hatiye" she pushed him in horror And stood up
"Accha okay on a serious note I want to ask you something " he said seriously
She saw his serious face and felt he genuinely want to talk to her on some topic. So she sat again
"Yes"
"Now I have to learn no how should we feed babies and Many more things about babies,right" he asked
"Yes" she said confusingly
"We should know how to give them bath too right " he again asked
"Yes"
"Then let me learn no" he said innocently
"Means" she asked being confused
"You have to take bath right,let me give..." he was saying but Aashi slapped his lips gently
"Shut up veer,you're becoming Shameless day by day,no hour by hour" she said in cute anger
"Haww I just want to learn something " he said innocently
"Then go and give bath to kiaan,it will be more helpful to mishka" she said with a tight smile and left. Maanveer started laughing but soon his laugh ended with a phone call. His eyes shot red after looking at the screen. Jaw cleaned. He recived the call
"Say" he said short in his dangerous tone. He listened silently whatever the person said from the other side "Meet me today" he said and threw his phone on bed
"Accha veer suniye" Aashi called out him coming from closet with two pairs of sarees in her hands. Maanveer's eyes got soften after hearing her voice,he wore a genuine smile and turned

"Suniaye" he said matching her tone and shr blushed
"Today I have to go to temple, to perform some pooja. But i'm confused between these two sarees" she asked pouting
"Umm this one " he said after thinking for a while and Point out one
"Ahh because it's your favorite colour " she said teasingly
"May be,but whatever every colour suits on my jaana" he said dreamily
"Haha thank you" she said blushing
Maanveer turned when Aashi turned her heels to move but Aashi made him turned abruptly and kissed on his cheeks and ran inside the bathroom. This happned so quickly that maanveer couldn't process anything. He smiled like a kid when he understood what Aashi did
"Aashi this is not fair. You can't kiss me like this" he said sticking to the bathroom door and banged
"Everything is fair in love and war hukumsa" she said and laughed
"You'll pay for this" he said smirking
"Yeah yeah,we'll see" she said and again laughed
Maanveer came back to his room,sitting on his bed he smiled
"Thank you so much God for giving this happiness to us,specially to my Aashi. She deserves the world" he mumbled
