The Wicked Wench splashed onto the sea, after their time on the Moon Chaser's island, The Wanted Dead pirates needed to reorientate for the island they were on was moving.
With two plates, Motz the new cook brought Tiga and Ruby food.
Motz: Please, enjoy.
Ruby:?
Tiga:(mouth waters)
Victor: I hope you made some for the rest of us...
Motz: Uh-huh, yeah yeah, it's in the kitchen. You all have hands so go get it yourself.
Motz: Anyway...
Jade:(clears throat)
Motz: Hm?
Jade:(polite smile)
Motz:....
Jade:(smiles)
Motz:....
Jade:(glares)
Motz: I-I'll bring your plate as well, my lady!
Jade: Why thank you, Mo-Mo~.
Metana: Can you bring me a plate too-
(SLAM)
Metana: How did you get him to bring you food?
Jade: He'll come to know our etiquette.

Tiga and Davy leap into the sky as Victor fires at the object. However, before any of them could land a hit, the object slid aside, landing beside their ship.
(SPLASH)
Davy/Tiga: Eh?
Now in the water, the crew could see the object that was falling towards them was another ship with a black flag and a lion jolly roger.
Jade: Oh?
On the ship, the crew sees a man with red hair and loose clothes look confused at the Wanted Dead pirates.

Leo/Davy:...
Davy: A-hoy! You almost landed on my ship, jackass!
Jade:(mumbles) And so... He meets another Oncoming Storm...
(Opening Theme)
The two pirate ships dropped anchor beside each other allowing the captains to chat without needing to scream across the sea.
Davy: Billions of miles of open sea and you almost land on my ship!?
Leo: Hmmm... Oh! You're the New Oncoming Storm.
Davy: Huh?
Leo: I heard of you.
Davy: Who are you exactly?
Leo: I'm Leo. A Storm like you.
Davy: Leo? Right... Scales mentioned you.
Leo:(glares) Scales? Tch.
Davy: He also told me to kick you right between the legs. Tempting honestly...
Leo:(sigh)
Leo: Listen, I don't know what that jackass told you. But, for what it's worth, sorry.
Leo: Our... I guess you can say, mentor sucks at flying the ship.
???:(giggles) Hey! No one got hurt!
Davy and the crew notice a tall brown brown-haired woman standing on two small clouds, floating into the conversation.

Jade:(smokes pipe)
Jade: Your brain is a cloud, like always.
Sky: Oh?! Jade!!
Floating over to Jade, Sky bellyflops onto her old crewmate.
Jade: Watch it! You could have broken my pipe!
Sky:(giggles)
Davy/Leo:...
Leo: Can I offer you a drink? It would be nice to make Scales an unreliable guy for information.
Davy:(shrugs) At this point, why not?
Hopping over to his ship, the captains enter Leo's cabin for a private chat, leaving the rest of their crew to interact.
Motz: My lord... I've truly found my lucky ship!
With hearts in his eyes, Motz stares across at the other ship to see two Mink-like girls.

Ripa: What are you gawking at!?
Motz: Your beauty!
Ripa: Keep staring and I'll claw out your eyes!
Spotta:(giggles)
Victor: I'm going to go take a nap...
As Victor heads inside, Shin scoots over to Ruby.
Shin: So... What do you think the odds are we aren't going to brawl?
Ruby: Let's hope it's high... Because I don't know if I have it in me to deal with that.
Tiga: Brawl? Who are we brawling?
Shin: No one!
Tiga: Hey!
Ripa/Spotta:?
Tiga: Do you wanna spar!?
As Tiga tried picking a fight, Metana stared at Sky, something about her, was oddly familiar.
(Meanwhile....)
Davy: So... You're the second Oncoming Storm who's invited me for a drink... Is this an unspoken rule or something?
Leo: A coincidence. I promise.
Davy: If you're looking for info on my "Locker" you ain't getting squat.
Leo: Fine by me. I have no interest in that.
Leo: I'm more interested in our Helllords.
He places a glass in front of Davy before sitting across from him. Digging his hands into his big baggy sleeves, Leo sits down with his legs crossed.
Leo: One is one. Two is a coincidence. Three is a pattern.
Leo: Why do all three Oncoming Storms have a Helllord?
Davy: Who can say? What are the other Helllords doing?
Leo: No clue. It feels like yesterday when they were all the craze in every newspaper.
Leo: But they've gone silent. And it can't be because we outshine them.
Davy: Dude... We just met and you're trying to unload your conspiracy theories on me?
Leo: It came to me once Sky ran over to your Helllord. And you should realize that this might be something big.
Davy: Big?
Davy: Sorry, my standards for "big" have been warped. What exactly do you think they're doing?
Leo: Something that the Helllords themselves need help with.

Davy: No matter what, me and my crew will not be forced into anything we don't want to be part of.

He glares out a window to see the two Helllords talking.

(Outside....)
Interested, Metana tried to interact with Sky.
Sky: Uhm, Hi.
Sky/Jade:?
Sky: Oh? I love your outfit! I used to wear the same thing all the time!
Metana: Oh... Thanks! It belonged to my mom.
Jade:(mumbles) That's right...
Sky: Really? Who's your mom?
Jade:(facepalms) Sky darling... Two and two.
Sky/Metana:(tilts head) Two and two...?

A cloud forms under Jade's couch and begins lifting the two into the air.
Metana: Oh?
Sky: Jade, you wanted to talk in private right?
Jade:(sigh)... Might as well. There are certain things we should go over...
Metana: Oh, uhm... Bye?
Walking up to Metana, Ruby places a hand on her shoulder.
Ruby: I think I got what she was trying to say...
Metana: What's that?
Ruby:....
Ruby: Yeah... I don't have the heart to say what could be a guess at best.
Motz slides up to the tiger sisters as Metana continues to stare up at two Helllords.
Motz: May I offer you two fine Mink's a frosty beverage?
Ripa: We aren't Mink!
Motz: Oh? Then what are you two? Zoan users?
Spotta: Close. We've genetically altered children through the use of artificial devil fruits.
Motz:....
He turns away from the two.
Motz: I see...
Motz: If it means anything... You two got the good end of the stick.
Motz: Because it could have been worse.
He leaves them alone, and suspicious as to what he knows. The sisters join the rest of their crew on the other side of the ship.
Metana during this was climbing up the Wicked Wenches mast, determined to be around Sky to get to the bottom of why she felt a connection with her.
But by doing so, she ended up hearing a bit of the Helllord conversation.
Jade: How is your Storm brewing?
Sky: They're invincible!
Jade: Good... Then... Maybe we should put everything in play.
Sky:(giggles)
Sky: "To Kill the Law..."
Jade: "Is to Plunge the Sea into chaos..."
Jade/Sky:(smirks) "But Choas is nothing but a fancy word for freedom".
Metana: Hm-Ow!?
Trying to get closer, Metana pricks her finger on a splinter. Losing her grip, she falls.
Metana: Whoaaaaaa!?
(poof)
A cloud catches her and slowly lowers her back on the main deck. Jade and Sky soon drop beside her.
Jade/Sky:...
Metana:(awkward laugh)
Jade: Metana honey... I have to break the news of one loss. Did you want to make it two?
Metana: Huh...?
Sky: Yeah... What are you talking about Jade?
Jade: Sky... This girl is your daughter.
Sky: EHHHHHHHH!?!
Sky: But she's so big! They were babies the last time I saw them!
Jade: You're horrific with time...
Sky: But she said those clothes came from her mother...
Jade:(facepalms) Those. Are. Your. Cloths.
Sky:(stares at Metana)

Jade:(turns to Metana) YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO WEAR SOMETHING ELSE!!

Jade: Anyway... Sky, I have bad news about your other daughter.
Sky: Oh no... Did she spend all the treasure I left?
Jade: She's... Dead...
Sky:....
Sky: I know I haven't been around. But I know she's alive.
Metana: Huh?
She pulls out two pieces of paper.
Jade: "Vivre Cards"?! You were decent enough to get them for your kids!?
Sky: You make it sound like I don't care about my kids!
Metana: W-wait, what do you mean you know Azriel is alive?
(Meanwhile....)
Davy: Oi.
(slap, slap, slap)
Leo: Zzzzz...
Davy:...
Davy: Wh-what the hell!? You give me an ominous and foreboding speech, then fall deep asleep!?
Davy: No wonder Scales says you're an asshole....

He kicks Leo in the crotch.

Davy: Wow, really? Pfft.
Crew: DAVY!!!

He kicks open the door to quickly rush out of Leo's cabin.
Davy: What is it!? What's wrong-oof?!
Tackling Davy, buck naked, Metana looks up to Davy with great luscious hope.
Davy: Metana? Why are you naked? I respect the choice if that's what you want, but...
He notices the others surrounding him.
Metana: Look!
She holds out Azriel's Vivre card.
Davy: A piece of paper...?
Ruby: It's a Vivre card. It's tied to Azriel, and since it's not ash. It means...
Metana: She's alive!
Davy:!?!
Motz: Not only that... That piece of paper can point us towards her.
Davy:!!!!?!
Davy: Alright! Pull up the anchor! We're setting sail for Azriel!
Davy: Metana!
Metana:?
Davy: We're getting your sister back!
Metana: Hmph!
Davy: And cloths....? Seriously. Why are you naked, did you get too excited or..?
She points at Jade who makes a crying Sky watch her old clothes burn.
Sky: Noooooo!
Jade: Only fire could cleanse those wickedly stained clothes...
Victor:(tilts head) What the hell did your mom do in those clothes to warrant burning them?
Davy: Whatever the reason, I'm sure Az will be grateful they've gone. Then kill us all for seeing Metana nude.
Davy: So let's keep that last part to ourselves, and go get her!
