Alyssa
I returned to the shared room with Vincent, sat on the bed, and started thinking about the magic I had cast. I felt the sensation all over my body from the spell. It was good to get a little breather from all the questions about me being the golden dragon and my bond with Vincent. Except for Jeffery, all the others seem nice. I put on my golden dress for the ball and soon heard a knock on the door. âCome in!â I said.
Izzy walked through the door, and I was at a loss for words. I was used to seeing Isabella in tight little outfits, but she was no less beautiful even though she showed less skin than usual. Her green floral dress flowed down her body and complimented her every curve.
âI take it you like my dress?â Izzy said. âYouâre staring, honey,â
âSorry, itâs amazing. Iâve never seen you in anything like this,â I said. âGreat, I feel underdressed.â
âYou are beautiful. I wanted to know if you wanted me to style your hair for you,â Izzy said. âI want Vincentâs mouth to drop when he sees you,â
âSure, whatâs the harm in styling my hair. I do want to look my best for Vincent,â I sat on the chair in front of the mirror, and Izzy got behind me. âMake it into a braid, I want to see how it looks,â
Izzy worked quickly with my request; she gently twisted and curled my hair together to make a single long braid that I could have on my shoulder or my back. It was beautiful. âThanks for the help, Izzy,â I said.
âAnything for you babe,â Izzy winked. âIâll be at the ball waiting for everyone else, Iâll see you later,â
I checked myself in the mirror to see if I looked presentable to everyone. I look good. Thereâs no need to be nervous. âWow!â I heard Vincent next to me.
âVincent!â I turned to my left, and Vincent was in an all-black suit for the ball. Of course, he looked terrific. Vincent wore a black dress shirt that hugged his body neatly, allowing me to see the form of the chest beneath it. Over it was a tailored black jacket that perfected the look.
âAnd just like Izzy, you look like a god,â I scoffed. âGoddess kill me now,â
âIâve never seen such perfection. Youâre beautiful,â Vincent kissed my cheek.
âI donât feel like it. This dress sucks,â I threw my hands in the air, and Vincent eyed me. âStop eyeing me like that, thatâs not making me feel better,â
Vincent then removed a white box from the closet and placed it on the bed. âOpen it,â Vincent said.
I picked up the white box and opened it. Inside were two beautiful dresses. I couldnât imagine what this had cost. âTry them on,â Vincent smiled.
There was a golden and deep blue dress with soft white lace running down the side. The craftsmanship that went into these dresses is immaculate. I chose to wear the blue dress, and it fit me perfectly. âHow did you know my size?â I asked.
âI asked the woman who helped you choose the traveling attire. You deserve the best and I intend to give you the best,â Vincent kissed my hand.
I suddenly felt a chill throughout my body. It made my hair stand on edge, and I felt my heart race. I took a few deep breaths, and the feeling went away. I joined Vincent in the hallway and followed him to the ballroom.
âSomethingâs wrong, Alyssa. I donât what it is, but somthing is not right,â Dahlia shivered.
âWeâre safe here, Dahlia. Try not to worry; letâs spend some time with Vincent and Astarot.
Vincent and I made it to the ballroom, and the ball started with Gloria saying a few words, and the music started. There was a buffet full of delicious food from the kingdoms. I tasted almost everything on the table; then Vincent dragged me to the dance floor. We started slowly dancing to the music.
âYou do realize I have never danced like this before,â I laughed softly.
âFollow me lead,â Vincent smiled. Vincent placed his hand on my back and pulled me in as soon as the music started swaying in beat. He had done this before and made it look effortless. I was trying not to step on his toes. âYouâre doing great. How are you liking this so far?â
âItâs overwhelming, but Iâm enjoying it and spending time with you,â I smiled and looked into his eyes. They quickly switched from blue to white, but I knew Astarot wanted to dance, too. Again, a slight shiver went through me, and I tried to ignore it. Whatâs going on?
âAlyssa, are you alright?â Vincent said with concern in his voice.
âI donât know. I think I need some air,â I said.
âFollow me,â Vincent gently grasped my hand, led me outside, and took me down a path leading to the forest. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed Alexandria and Rory walking somewhere. What are they up to?
âWhere are we going, Vincent?â I asked.
âTrust me on this one. Walking in the forest in heels isnât easy, but bear with me. It will be worth it,â Vincent smiled.
We walked briefly, and Vincent helped me walk in the woods. We stepped into a small grove in the forest, covered with flowers of different species. A small stream ran through the middle, and next to it was a large tree. A bunch of red roses grew on the tree trunk and branches, and about a half dozen lanterns had been hung up, giving the grove a soft, warm light.
I noticed a basket full of strawberries on a small blanket. âVincent, what is this?â
âHappy Birthday, my love,â
âWhat?â I was shocked.
âIsabella told me it was your birthday last Tuesday. So I decided to give you a small surprise,â Vincent explained. âWhy didnât you tell me?â
âIâm surprised that Izzy remembered; I told her two months ago when my birthday was,â I said.
âIzzy never forgets birthdays, itâs her superpower,â Vincent joked.
I thought it wasnât the right time with everything going on,â I said.
âYou donât decid when your birthday is, Alyssa,â Vincent said.
âItâs hard, Vincent; I shifted on my nineteenth birthday, and it was also the day my mother was killed. My mother always took me away on weekend trips, just the two of us. I havenât thought about celebrating,â I turned away from Vincent.
âYou have to remember the good birthdays with your mother. But that doesnât mean you canât celebrate now,â Vincent hugged me.
âI canât believe that you did all this for me,â I gestured to the blanket on the ground.
âItâs not every day that you turn 21. You can legally drink in the States now. I want to make you happy. I love you, Alyssa,â Vincent said.
âI love you too, Vincent,â I told him.
I watched Vincent sigh like he had held his breath for a while. A big smile appeared on his face, and his lips claimed mine.
âYou have no idea how happy I am,â Vincent said as he broke the kiss.
Vincent scooped me up and carried me over the mall stream. He gently laid me down on the blanket, putting the basket to the side. I lay on my back, with him hovering over me. He lowered his head and kissed me again, and his hands supported him. I found my hands sliding up his body, unbuttoning his shirt.
âHappy Birthday, my mate,â
Vincent got up and took off his shirt. âAre you sure you want this?â Vincent ask.
âLove me tonight, I want you,â I said.
Vincent took off his dress pants and boxers to reveal his cock. He then helped me out of my dress and laid me back down.
My body was on fire with desire as Vincentâs skilled hands and lips roamed over my curves. I moaned in pleasure as Vincent kissed my neck and chest, his tongue flicking my nipples, sending shivers. Finally, unable to take it anymore, I reached down, wrapped my fingers around his hardened length, and allowed him to enter me. He groaned at my touch, thrusting his hips forward. We moved together in a feverish rhythm, our bodies slick with sweat as we climbed higher and higher toward our climax. We reached the peak of our passion; I let out a cry of pleasure, my body shaking with ecstasy as Vincent gave a final, powerful thrust and spilled himself inside me. He collapsed on top of me, our bodies still trembling from the intense lovemaking.
Vincent and I lay naked on the blanket and continued to cuddle close to each other.
