Raina POV
Once Harry saw him, his scare started burning. I got ready to attack while Draco screamed and ran. As he came closer to us, I stepped in front of Harry and backed up along with him. He tripped on a rock and I tripped on his feet, so we both fell backward as Voldemort hovered over us. Before he could get any closer though, I heard hooves behind us, I clovered Harry as a centaur came and scared away Voldermort. Voldermort is still very weak to fight anyone so he flew away. "Harry Potter, you must leave. You are known to many creatures here," Firenze said. "The Forest is not safe at this time. Especially for you," he continued.
"Raina, you are supposed to keep him out of here, why is he here?" Firenze asked me as I got up "It wasn't my choice. McGonagall gave him and three others detention and they had to serve it tonight with Hagrid and me. Up to me, they would all be studying for finals as detention," I said and saw Harry getting up as well. "What was that thing you saved us from?" Harry asked "A monster," I said "It is a terrible crime to slay a unicorn," Firenze said as he approached Harry "Drinking the blood of a unicorn will keep you alive even if you are an inch from death," he continued. I made my way to the unicorn and shed tears on it as I used the spells I learned from the earth dragon and buried the poor creature. "Because you have slain something so pure, once the blood touches your lips, you are to live a half-life. A cursed life," I said as I got up and stood next to Firenze.
"Who would choose such a life?" Harry asked, "Can you think of no one?" Firenze asked as I got on his back. "Do you mean to say that thing that killed the unicorn...was Voldemort?" "Do you know what is hidden in the school at this very moment, Mr. Potter?" Firenze asked and he nodded "The Sorcerer's Stone," Harry said and right then and there Hermione, Draco, Ron, and Hagrid showed up with Fang. "Firenze, do you think you can carry me to the edge of the Forest? I don't think I can make it there without falling to the ground and crying," I said and he nodded. I mumbled a thank you as Hagrid greeted him. "You guys go ahead, I know my way," I said to them and they started walking. Once they left I got off of Firenze and went to where I buried the unicorn. I started singing a song as the creatures of the forest surrounded me.

When I finished all the creatures place one flower over the dirt where I buried the unicorn. I got on top of Firenze again and he carried me to the edge of the forest. Once there I got off and turned to him "Thank you Firenze. Call me if you ever need anything," I said and I left for Hagrid's. I grabbed the gift he was giving me and thanked him. I put the gift in my pocket dimension and left to go to my dorm. Once there, I fed my animals and went to sleep. I had to get Kronos a bed because he was getting too big for my bed.
The next day, after my routine, I went to the cafeteria and ate breakfast. Today was exam day so I had to be fully away and I have had to have eaten. By the end of exams, the golden trio and I were on our way to study hall until we heard Hagrid playing the flute. "Of course," Harry said and started walking towards him "What is it?" Hermione asked as we walked with him "Don't you think it's a bit odd that what Hagrid wants more than anything is a dragon and some stranger turns up who just happens to have one? I mean, how many people wander around with dragon eggs in their pockets?" He clarified to us and then I knew what had happened. The stranger was Quirrell, probably in disguise, and I can only guess that Hagrid had started talking about Fluffy and accidentally told the guy how to get past him. I had to be sure about this so I decided to listen to Hagrid and see if I was right.
After listening to Hagrid, he ended up telling the three how to get past Fluffy. He has to learn how to keep things to himself. "You guys do what you gotta do and I'll meet you guys later. Snape summoned me earlier so I have to go to him," I said and walked in the direction of his office until I made a turn and went to Dumbledore's office. When I got there, there was a letter for me on his door. I opened it and read it. It said that he wasn't in the school at the moment and that he wanted me to check if my ice seal's had been broken. I put the letter in my robes and went to my dorm. Tonight I had to get to the stone before Quirrell does. He now knew how to get past Fluffy, the only thing keeping him out of that door now is my ice and I had to buy myself enough time for me to get to it first. I knew that Harry and the others were thinking the same thing as me so I decided to go to them after I got all the things I needed.
I ran into them as they were on their way to their common room "Hey guys, what's up?" I asked them and they looked at me "We're going through the trapped door, tonight," he said and I just stared at him. I sighed knowing I could do nothing about that "I would go with you guys but I got to help Hagrid tonight like I always do," I said and they nodded "We understand, be careful in the forest," Harry said and I nodded. Once they were gone, I went back to my dorm "This is a bad idea," I said to myself as I enter the common room "What is?" I heard someone say to me next to me. I got startled and slapped the person. When I saw that it was Lucas I immediately apologized "I'm so sorry Lucas. I didn't see you there nor know it was you," I said and checked how bad it was. It wasn't so bad, it should be gone in the hour. "You'll be fine. Should be gone in an hour," I said and he nodded. "Anyway, what is a bad idea?" I stared at him and sighed "I'm trying to figure out in what order should I study now for my exams. I have potions exams next but I have trouble in transfiguration. I need to make sure I know everything for potions but I need to do the same for transfiguration, so I don't know what to study for right now," I said to him and he smiled at me "I'll help you study for transfiguration," he said and he grabbed my hand and started dragging me to his dorm. I pulled my hand away from him and said "Thanks, but no thanks, Lucas. Remember that I have advanced transfiguration because everything she is teaching you guys is easy for me," he nodded and realization "Alright then, you should study for transfiguration first then since you're having trouble in it the most," I nodded in thanks and went to my dorm. I changed into some comfortable clothes for fighting and then I waited. When it was seven, I put on my robe and went to have dinner. After that, I put on my invisibility cloak and headed towards the third floor.
I knew Quirrell would wait until the halls were empty and Harry and the others were going to wait until everyone was asleep so I have about three hours to get to the stone before they do. I went to the first door and once I was through I sealed the door with ice from the other side. When I got to the door that held Fluffy, I made an ice wall around it once I got through. After I close the door, I sealed the door and summoned my guitar. I cast a spell for it to play on its own while I got to the trapped door. Once I opened it, I grabbed my guitar and closed the door on my way down. I put my guitar back in my pocket dimension and relaxed as I made it to the Devil's Snare. Once through I had to get the flying keys. I petrified all the keys and grabbed the one I needed. Once I made it through the door, I undid the spell I let the key go. I closed the door but didn't seal it because then Quirrell and the other three would know I came here. The next thing was the wizard chess game. I ade clones for the missing pieces and stood away from the bored as I played.
When I finally won, I went to the door and cast a spell on the board so it could fix itself. Once I made it to the other side, I turned to the stairs and saw what I least expected. The Mirror of Erised. I went up to it and once again saw my home. But it was different, for some reason, mom was there too. Natsu started speaking. I couldn't hear but I knew what he was saying "Hey Luce, when are you coming home? We miss you, finish quickly and come home," he said and I started shaking. I started crying and said "I will Natsu. I'll come home when I am done here. I promise you I will. Nothing will stop me from going home to Fairy Tail," I said as I cried. Then I looked at mom and she was smiling "Harry will end up having it. Protect him, Lucy. You must," I saw her mouth those words and the image changed. Now I was looking at my family from this earth. All smiling at me "Whatever you choose, know that we love you, Raina," mom said and I nodded. I then turned away from the mirror and got ready for when Quirrell got here. I will fight until my dying breath to make sure he didn't get the stone. After about two hours, Quirrell finally showed. "W-what a-are y-y-you doing h-h-here, miss R-Raina?" he stuttered and I scoffed. "Don't toy with me Quirrell. I know you are after the stone. And I know that under that turban you hold Voldemort," he seemed shocked but smirked anyway.
"When did you find out?" he asked me and I answered "Since the first quidditch match when someone tried to speak parseltongue to my snake. She was wrapped around you and even bit you, so I knew that you held him because no one else can speak that language. After that, I just had to find ways to prove it to Snape. Since my snake bit you, she found two different blood samples from you. Your's and a blood sample that held unicorn blood. Ever since then I've helped Hagrid in the forest, trying to catch you but the one time I did, you went after Harry and if it wasn't for Firenze then we both would have died," I threw off my robe held onto my whips. I fought him as he threw spell after spell at me. We were both getting tired. I had thrown almost everything I had at him, the only thing left would be to transform but I can't do that in front of him. I can't show Voldemort all cards or he will want to use me and not kill me. After another half hour, I got too tired and didn't notice one spell coming straight at me. The spell hit me and I flew towards the wall. I hit my head on it and passes out.
Third Person POV
After Quirrell knocked out Raina, he looked in the mirror and tried to figure out where is the stone. It didn't take long after that for Harry to show up. He saw Quirrell instead of Snape and Raina knocked out on the floor. "You? No, it can't be. Snape, he was the one..." Quirrell interrupted him "Yes, he does seem the type, doesn't he? Next yo him, who would suspect..." he faked his stutter "p-p-poor s-stuttering Professor Quirrell?" Harry was confused "But that day, during the Quidditch match, Snape tried to kill me," Harry said as Quirrell shook his head "No, dear boy. I tried to kill you! And trust me, if Snape's cloak hadn't caught fire and broken my eye contact, I would have succeeded. Even with Snape and that girl over there muttering the same countercurse," Harry seemed shocked "Snape was trying to save me? And Raina knew?" He asked as he nodded "Those two have had it in for me since the Quidditch match. Though miss Malfoy hid it better than Snape did. I only found out a few hours ago that she knew all along about me. It was because she had she snake come out and bite whoever tried to kill you. The damn beast is only loyal to her so I could it off of me," Quirrell said as he pointed at Raina.
"I knew you were a danger to me right from the off. Especially after Halloween. But I didn't expect a Slytherin child to also be a danger to me," Harry started realizing things "Then you let the troll in!" "Very good, Potter, yes. Snape, unfortunately, wasn't fooled. while everyone else was running about the dungeon, he went to the third floor to head me off. A child followed him but I don't know who it was, though I have my suspicions now that it might have been her," he said nodding his head towards Raina. "He, of course, never trusted me again. He rarely left me alone. But he doesn't understand. I'm never alone. Never. Now, what does this mirror do? I see what I desire. I see myself holding the Stone. But how do I get it?" he growled and then a voice hissed. "Use the boy," it said and Quirrell turned to him once again.
"Come here, Potter! Now!" Harry went to the mirror "What do you see?" Harry looked and saw himself holding the Stone and putting it in his pocket. Harry checked and gasped. "What? What do you see?" Quirrell urged on. "I'm shaking hands with Dumbledore. I've won the house cup," Harry lied and the voice hissed exactly that. "Tell the truth! What do you see?" Quirrell yelled and then the voice spoke again. "Let me speak to him." "Master, you are not strong enough." "I have strength enough for this," it hissed and Harry backed away as Quirrell took off his turban. Out popped another face "Harry Potter...we meet again," Voldemort said "Voldemort," Harry said and he nodded "Yes. Do you see what I've become? See what I must do to survive? Live off another. A mere parasite," he yelled as he got angry. "Unicorn blood can sustain me, but it cannot give me a body of my own. But there is something that can. Something that, conveniently enough, lies in your pocket," Harry tried to run "Stop him!" Voldemort yelled as Quirrell snapped his fingers and fire surrounded them. "Don't be a fool. Why suffer a horrific death when you can join me and live?" Voldemort asked and Harry shook his head "Never!" he yelled. Voldemort laughed "Bravery. Your parents had it too. Tell me, Harry, would you like to see your parents again? Together, we can bring them back. All I ask is for something in return," Voldermort said and took out the stone "That's it, Harry. It is no good and evil. There are only power and those too weak to seek it. Together, we'll d extraordinary things. Just give me the stone!" Voldemort said and tried to convince Harry. "Don't!" a yell came from Raina as she slowly got up "Harry don't do it. He's lying. Nothing in the world can bring back the dead. Nothing at all. There are things that can't be changed Harry, and it will always stay that way," She said as she made her way to him. He looked at Voldemort again "You liar!" Harry yelled and I stood in front of him "Kill him!" Voldemort yelled and I threw ice at him to keep him back. "Harry, break the stone now. You must!" she yelled at him as she kept Quirrell away.
When Harry was about to break it, Quirrell made it past Raina and pushed her on the stairs. Then he went to Harry and started choking him as he landed on the stairs as well and dropped the stone. Harry then touched Quirrell's hand and it started to disintegrate. Raina got up again as Quirrell back up in fear. "What type of magic is this?" he yelled and Harry looked at his hands. "Fool, get the Stone!" Voldemort yelled. Quirrell moved to get the Stone but Harry touched his face as Raina crystalized the Stone making it easy to break. Quirrell started to disintegrate entirely. Raina grabbed the crystalized Stone and gave it to Harry "You break it," she said as she handed it to him. Then she saw black smoke coming off of Quirrell's body and turned into a face. She saw it head straight for Harry so she pushed him away and took the hit. She was once again thrown to the ground and landed on the stairs. Her head once again hit one of the steps and she passed out. Harry was so tired that he also passed out when Raina pushed him, leaving the stone intact.
