''That's cheating.'' Blair whispered to Luke who said nothing.

''Told you I am the tic-tac-toe champion.'' Luke smirked and did his little victory dance. Blair and Luke continued to play their little game of tic-tac-toe in History class as Mr Harrison kept talking about Lincoln-Douglas debates of 1858. None of them even tried to pay any attention at good-looking professor who today particularly decided to wear tight top while flexing his toned arms.

''What! No fair!'' Blair said a bit louder than she anticipated, causing most students' attention to fall on her. Mr Harrison stopped with his lecture to look at the duo. He crossed his arms over his chest and stood in front of their table.

''Is my lesson interrupting your game?'' Mr Harrison asked, eyeing both of them carefully.

''Actually...'' Before Blair could finish, Luke put his palm over her mouth and answered instead.

''No, no Sir.'' He said ''Please, continue.''

Mr Harrison gave them both the look, and carried on with talking about history. When Luke's palm freed Blair's mouth, she revealed her smirk that was directed to their professor.

''Not you too.'' Luke mumbled, trying not to be heard by professor.

''What?'' Blair's eyebrows narrowed at the boy beside her. Luke raised his eyebrows and nodded towards Mr. Harrison. Blair turned her head slightly at left side in confusion.

''You know, you like like him.'' He said rolling his brown eyes. Blair's eyes widened as she glanced at professor then back at Luke. She turned her head left and pretended like she made eye contact with non-existent camera.

''What? No- Are you okay?'' She asked as Blair had no other words on her mind.

''Every girl here is either into him-'' Luke nodded towards the young professor ''-or Cullens. There's no in between.''

''Who?'' Blair asked, but again she didn't control her voice's loudness causing Mr Harrison to face them again.

''You never heard of Stephen Douglas, Blair?'' Mr Harrison asked her. Blair froze and locked her eyes with teacher.

''No.'' She answered but realised she gave the wrong answer he looked for. ''I-I mean no, I heard of him.''

Mr Harrison nodded and once again continued with saying important information his students need to know.

''So you have been in school for a week and half now and you still don't know who the hell Cullens are?'' Mike asked Blair when he heard Luke and her argue about what happened on History class. Blair closed her eyes, now starting to get annoyed at everyone around her expecting her to know everything about their school social system.

''Yeah, sue me.'' She answered him, sipping the coffee they sell in cafeteria.

''Jessica would.''

''Who?'' Blair repeated her question from before with no amusement causing three boys that were with her to laugh.

''Yo Jessica! Come here we need your wisdom!" Mike yelled towards the group of girls that were sitting not far away from them.

''I never said that!'' Blair said before she saw girl their age with brown hair to run towards their table with big smile over her features. She stopped at their table and immediately sat down next to Mike giggling at him.

''Hey guys.'' She waved at Eric, Luke and Blair who sat across them. When she looked at Blair her eyes light up.

''You must be Blair, I'm Jessica.'' She introduced and stood up, shaking hands across the table with Blair who didn't move from her seat.

''That's me.'' Blair gave Jessica one fake smile before continuing on sipping her coffee. When Jessica turned to boys and led conversation with them, Blair zoned out and her stare went past Jessica's shoulder at the table not far from theirs.

There few tables south, was a table with five students. Same five students Blair looked at every day at lunch. There was something about them that drew her in.

Blair never spoke with either of them even if she shared two periods with the blond one and had a Biology with another one of them. It was clear they mostly keep to themselves and talk only to each other, and Blair wanted to respect their privacy.

''Cullens who my ass. She can't keep her eyes off of them.'' Luke's voice brought Blair back to reality. She blinked few times and shot glare at him.

''You are interested in Cullens?'' Jessica said before Blair could say anything back to Luke. ''Girl trust me, you're just wasting your time.''

''That's exactly what I said.'' Luke said shaking his head and glaring at the table where five students sat. Blair's eyes narrowed at their table then looked back at Jessica.

''That's them?'' Blair questioned, looking back at them. She noticed that so called Cullens stopped talking to each other and they seemed like they were listening to something, which they were.

''Do you see another weird group of people around here?'' Mike asked as he also gave the Cullens a look. Blair glared at the blonde boy in front of her, biting the inside of her cheek to stop herself from saying anything she would regret later.

''Um yes, us?''

''But they're extremely weird.'' Jessica pointed out, glancing at them then back whispering to Blair "And extremely handsome.''

Blair sighed as she couldn't say anything else but nod with her head and continue to look at them. But her breath was caught in her throat as the blond one locked eyes with her. He mostly kept his eyes glued at the ground, but he usually felt when particular newcomer was looking at him so Jasper could not resist to look back at her.

''They're fascinating, no?'' Blair mumbled, mostly to herself making the blond boy's mouth twitch. ''Like, what are they hiding?''

''You're just gonna get your hopes down.'' Tyler said causing the rest of them to nod at his statement. ''Like you're ever going to talk with any of them.''

Tyler's words made Blair smirk as she imagined herself actually meeting them and having great friendship with at least one of them. Blair pulled her hair behind her ear and raised one eyebrow at Tyler.

''Is that a challenge?'' Luke's eyes widened as Blair's words left her mouth. He jumped like someone put firecrackers in his ass and placed his hand on Blair's shoulder.

''Blair they think too high of themselves, you're probably going to embarrass yourself and I'm telling you this as a friend.'' Luke said and actually looked concerned for his new friend who was about to threw herself to lions.

''I just don't understand what's so special about them?''

''Well for starters if you haven't noticed they are God-like beautiful.'' Jessica said as she squeezed Blair's hand ''Also they are all adopted by town's doctor, so no one is actually related.''

''Wait, they were all adopted? But they look so similar to each other.'' Blair's voice was high as she didn't believe in information she just received.

''I know! So the blond chick and the one with huge biceps, you see them?'' Jessica started making Blair nod ''They are dating, crazy right!''

''Oh that's weird, kind of.'' Blair said, biting her lip ''I don't know they're not related.''

''But still, it's weird!'' Luke interfered in their conversation, Blair only nodded a little understanding where their arguments come from. It is weird indeed to be with someone who is considered your sibling, but then again there is no blood relation.

''Those are Emmett Cullen and Rosalie Hale, then we have-''

''Wait, I thought they all were one family?'' Blair interrupted Jessica. She opened her mouth in surprise thinking how she still hasn't heard anything about the family they were talking about.

''They are, but there are the Hale twins and the rest of Cullens.'' Mike explained, making Blair let silent 'oh'.

''Rosalie's twin is Jasper.'' Tyler added, clearing everything for Blair. Blair's eyes once more left her friends and landed on the blond twin. He was listening to something his sibling was saying.

''And then we have Alice and Edward who is absolutely gorgeous.'' Blair's eyes rolled at Jessica's words. She glanced at her wrist watch and realised lunch will end soon so she started collecting her stuff from the table.

''Well thank you for this refreshing info-'' She said as she stood up and put on her jacket ''-but I will be going.''

Blair was heading towards the doors of cafeteria, which meant she have to pass Cullen's table. As she was nearing it, most of their eyes were placed on her. Blair only looked at the blond one named Jasper and sent him a kind smile as she passed him and exited the school cafeteria.

Jasper's cheeks hurt a little as he tried his best not to smile at passing girl. He could not help himself as he turned his head after her a little watching her long hair sway from side to side as she was walking away.

''Gee you smell that?'' His sibling, Emmett asked smirking at Jasper. Jasper turned back around to face the rest of his sibling who had worried looks on them, all expect Alice who was smiling.

''You're getting attached Jasper, and you still haven't exchanged any words with her.'' Edward said as he read his brother's thoughts.

''This is crazy. Why would Jasper even think about human girl?'' Rosalie asked her sibling in hope someone will give her good explanation.

''I wonder why she went the opposite direction from where her next period is?'' Alice asked ignoring Rosalie's words and staring at the door where Blair was seconds ago.
