****Alex's Point of View****
"DADDDDDYYYYY!!!" I heard coming from the living room.
"What what's wrong?!" I came flying out with my toothbrush in my mouth and towel around my waist.
"IT'S SNOWING!!!" Ria said gazing out the window with the most awed gaze on her face.
"Oh my god I thought you were in danger or hurt!"
She giggled and came over to grab my hand then dragged me to the window.
"Isn't it beautiful?!"
"Yes you are baby girl," I said with a kiss to her head.
"Nooo daddy the snow!"
"Uh yea. And cold," I said squeezing her hand.
"Wait you don't like snow?!" She said looking like I just said the most hurtful thing to her.
"It's too cold and wet. I'm sorry baby girl." I said turning to go back to the bathroom.
"But daddy!! It's so much fun!" She said following me.
"I wanna go play in it! Let me show you how fun it is" She said pleading.
"Or how about you come cuddle me where it's nice and warm?" I said swiftly carrying her to the bed.
"Nooo daddy," she said giggling as I kissed her neck. "Play outside!" She said jumping ontop of me.
"Ugh noooooo its so cold" I said
"But then we can cuddle and warm each other up afterwards," she replied
"You're not going to let this drop are you?" I replied with a huff.
"Nope!" She said smiling ear to ear.
"Fine," I said, "but you owe me 10 million kisses first!"
"YAY!!!" She said attacking my face giving me kisses.
"There you go daddy!" She said hoping off.
"Imma go get dressed now!"
"Hey you still owe me about 9.80 millon kisses!!" I called after her but she was long gone into her bedroom.
I slinked out of bed and put on my warmest clothes and boots. I just wanted to wear flip flops and shorts. Curse the snow. How did I get roped into this again?
"Daddy I'm ready!!" She said coming back in with her cute snow overalls and puffy coat. Her eyes poking out under her hat and scarf.
"Out side! Outside!" She started chanting.
"Yeah yeah outside" I said with sarcastic enthusiasm.
"Wait daddy can we get the others and see if they want to join us?" She asked as when we to the elevator.
"Sure why not. Anything to keep us inside longer," I said giving her a smack on the butt.
"Hey I saw that eye roll missy" I said pinning her to the wall.
Her face flushed and she bit her lip.
"Sowwy daddy" she said pretending to be innocent
"Mhm sure you are. Don't make me take you back upstairs and strip you down," I said kissing her passionately.
"Ewwww get a room uncle Alex!!" Little voices said behind a giggle as the elevator doors opened.
"Hey!! We were just coming to find you!" Ria said to Eloise, Gwyn, Dean and Leah.
"Yea we wanted to go sledding!" Eloise pipped in.
"Yes so Daddy brought some grownup hotchocolate!!" Dean said handing me his thermos.
I took a small swig and let the liquor warm me up.
"Dean you are brilliant," I said taking another swig.
"Daddy can I have some?" Ria asked me
"Nope. Only for adults not littles!" I replied handing the thermos to Leah's out stretched hand.
Ria pouted slightly then grouped up faster to Leah and Gwyn and getting giggly and whispery.
"Ashton! Avery! Are you ready to go play in the snow?!" Eloise asked seeing the two littles and Cole.
"YEAH!!!" They screamed running over to the group.
"Nooo!" Cole said with the same enthusiasm as his littles.
"Don't worry dude we have stuff to make it better," Dean said passing over the thermos.
"Mmmm okay yep that works for me!" Cole said taking a big drink.
"Come on lets go!" Ria said leading the pack to the cold cold cold outside.
"Ugh I need another drink," I said taking the thermos.
"We're going to need more of this," I said feeling the cold wind cut through me.
"Dude I've got us covered," Dean said with a grin opening his bag to 3 more thermoses.
