Norman walked out and was about to follow Ai Xi when his phone rang. He frowned when he saw the familiar number.

“Your mission has been completed. If you still want to help me, we can continue working together!” Jian Qi smiled wickedly.

However, Norman’s eyes darkened. “Where did you bring Ai Xi? If anything happens to her, it has to do with me!”

“Don’t worry. Even if she were to die, no one would blame you for it!” After Jian Qi said so, she stopped talking to him. “It’s all thanks to you!”

Then, Jian Qi hung up the phone.

“Hello?” Norman asked.

He was furious when the other party hung up the phone again. However, he realized that there was nothing he could do.

He wanted to see who this person was.

But he didn’t expect her to be so cunning!

Meanwhile, Ai Xi came out of the cafe and walked toward Jian Qi carefully.

Jian Qi smiled and sat down calmly.

“Miss Ai Xi, who do you think I am?” Jian Qi smiled. “Is it your superior, Steve, or your lover?”

At that moment, Ai Xi knew that she had been tricked.

The handwriting on the note was probably copied by the girl in front of her. It was not from Steve.

Ai Xi got up and was about to leave when Jian Qi leaned against the back of the chair. She seemed relaxed, but there was a dangerous aura about her.

The woman chuckled. She seemed to be joking, but her tone was laced with murderous intent.
