The guys were coming back to the Palm Woods from grocery shopping with Kendall's mom as they rambled on "Don't eat the cereal out of the box." Kendall told Carlos as he scooped handfuls from the box into his mouth as he then gasped, all of them seeing the motorcycle that was for sale "whoa, cool motorcycle for sale." He told them.
"The good boy in me says look away, But the bad boy in me says, hello." Logan told them moving his head away from it then towards it again "you know what? I bet if we all pitched in, we could buy it. And have the big time ride of our lives." Kendall told them as they all began to fantasize what it would be like as the mom soon arrived "are you out of your mind?" She asked as all of them were sitting on it "if I ever see any of you even think about getting a motorcycle, I will..." she told them thinking about it and imagining herself on it chasing the guys.
And soon James fell off the back of it while the others got off it, picking up their groceries "and the mamas boy in me says, run!" Logan told them as they all began to run away back into the apartment as James got back up, dusting himself off "and you..put the helmet back." Mrs Knight told him as James picked it up off the ground smiling as she then headed in the same direction as the other boys, Chloe and Lucy came towards him.
"James? Did you get a motorcycle?" Chloe asked as James began to freak out "I, uh.." he stuttered as Lucy put her hands on Chloes shoulders "cause Chloe her loves motorcycles." She told him as Chloe turned to her with furrowed brows as James looked up intrigued at the two girls.
"Yep, it's my hog." James told them stepping on the for sale sign "huh. I never thought you were the bike type. You know the injury's, wind in your hair." Chloe started as James laughed "ha ha, no, no, you know me, once an a while I like to live on the wild side." He told her as Chloes eyes were wide as she nodded her and Lucy walked away.
"I am not a fan of motorcycles." Chloe told her throwing her hands up as Lucy laughed "yeah, well, we both know he was lying, now look how intrigued he is." She told her spinning her around as they saw James calling someone.
"Oh, yeah we're gonna buy the cool motorcycle." Buddha bob told his plunger as James looked to him "sorry, BB. You guys are too late. Hi, this is James Diamond. Yes, I'd like to buy your hog." He told the person on the other end as both of the men were oblivious to the two teenage girls laughing as they walked away.
James had bought a motorcycle outfit to go along with his lie as he put it on, Katie walked up "oh, tell me you didn't buy that motorcycle." She told him "Chloes into it." James told her "super bad idea. Mom is ballistic about motorcycles, and this is gonna end so badly. I literally can't even imagine how badly this is gonna end." Katie told him holding her arms out.
"No. This is gonna end with Chloe giving me bike kisses." James told her as the two girls came down to head off to lunch and as the two were laughing they saw James "oh my god, he actually bought it." Lucy told Chloe as Chloe quickly turned to her with her eyebrows raised "this is going too far, what happens if he asks to take me for a ride? He could kill me and him." She told her as Lucy looked to James waving as he waved back.
"Well, let's for now see how far he's gonna take this. Which is already pretty far, but let's see what else he's got in store." Lucy told her as they then started walking over to James.
"Hide." James told Katie as she ran away and the two girls arrived "that's some outfit." Chloe told him as she turned to Lucy with furrowed brows, not knowing what to say "she means suit." Lucy told him as the girls laughed "yeah, well, this is some bike. Hey, we should go for a ride sometime." James told her as Chloe tried to keep her facial expressions in.
"James, you know, you should just tell me.." she began but before she could finish Lucy jumped in "how about when we get back?" She asked him for Chloe as she turned to her "seriously you will?" James asked "seriously I will?" Chloe whispered as Lucy turned her back around.
"I mean, uh...cool." James told her as Chloe smiled, laughing "great, lovely, cool, ha ha, we'll be back around two." She told him walking off and once they made it a good enough distance away form him Chloe laughed once more "I'm gonna die." She told her as Lucy nodded her head "yeah, he's really taking this lie a little too far." She told her "but don't worry, maybe by the time we return, he'll get some sense into him and say no and tell you the truth, like a good boyfriend should." She told her nervously laughing as Chloe joined in as both of them turned back to James seeing Katie next to him while he was on the bike.
"Or he'll keep going along with the lie and kill us all." Lucy told her as Chloe eyes were wide "were missing are lunch reservations." She told her pulling her along.
"Keep the bike balanced while placing the kick stand in the ride position." Katie told James and as he did so, he fell over as Katie then turned the page "ignition." She told him smiling, already seeing this was gonna go wrong "and I'll make sure to write your relationship with her a good eulogy." She told him as well.
Meanwhile, Chloe and Lucy were sitting in a restaurant eating their lunch "maybe, telling him you liked motorcycles, was a bad idea." Lucy told her as Chloes eyes were wide "you think? And it's not like I don't but I know him, well enough to know he's not the motorcycle type." She told her as she shrugged and the waiter returned "would you ladies, like anything else?" The man asked as Lucy laughed.
"Um, yes, we'd like the dessert menu but also a little advice, when your boyfriend decides to lie and say he can ride a motorcycle but really can't and he keeps going along with it. What do you do then?" She asked as Chloe looked to the man "well, relationships are based on trust, So, lying wouldn't even be something I would've done. But if it's gotten too far, the best you could do is listen for the truth. Now, here's your menu." He told them walking away as they thanked him.
"Well, if we're waiting on the truth, from James that's gonna take a while." Chloe told her as they looked at the dessert menu "well, the chocolate cake looks good." Lucy told her as both of them agreed.
And back at the Palm woods, James still wasn't giving up "how to brake." Katie read as James drove right into the bush "think I'm getting the hang of it." He told her, holding his hand up "So I've been trying to imagine how this thing ends, and here's what I got. Chloe gets on the bike, you admit you can't ride, she tells you she knew that already, kisses you but decides to spend time away from you. Due to all your reckless endangerment activities you've put her through recently. And then my mom kills you for buying a motorcycle. Or you actually go for a ride, you crash, you injure her again and as she's taken to the hospital she says she wants a break and badgers arrive and eat your jacket. And then my mom kills you for buying a motorcycle." Katie shared.
"Not lying, pre truths, because I still have time to learn." James told her "wrong again, because it's been two hours and here comes Chloe and Lucy." Katie told him "wait, what?" James asked as the two girls walked up "this is bad, really bad." Chloe told her smiling to not show fear "yeah, this is really bad." Lucy told her as the two girls arrived.
"Hey. Ha ha, So, about the ride, is there anything you'd like to tell me?" Chloe asked James as the two girls waited near him "hey. Yeah. About the ride.." James told her as he started to laugh, instead of saying any words as the two girls furrowed their brows.
"James! Those motorcycle parts you ordered just came. You know the ones to bore the heads and increase the air fuel mix for max hog power?" Katie told him holding a box as he finally understood as the two girls looked from him to the young girl and then to each other shaking their heads "oh, right, those parts." James told her getting off the bike.
"So, no ride then?" Chloe asked raising her brows and bouncing on her heels "sorry, lady, but you know us bikers..always customizing. So I suggest you wait on that ride. So instead of 3.7 seconds, I can take you from zero to thrill in 1.5." James told her as Chloe laughed once more as did Lucy "wow. Didn't think you were the tools, type of guy. Mr Diamond. I'll wait for that ride." Chloe told him walking off but as she did, she furrowed her brows.
"He called me lady?" She questioned as Lucy laughed "and you hit him back with Mr Diamond? God, this is too much, at this rate I'm gonna be there when this thing falls apart. And that box Katie was holding was so empty." She told her laughing as Chloe joined in "I know." She told her as both of them headed off once more to their apartment.
"Wboo! Good thing I ordered those parts." James told Katie once the girls were gone "it's empty, Genius. And I'm pretty sure Chloes onto you, and really Lady?" Katie told him as she threw the box "right. But hey, this is a lot okay and besides, she called me Mr Diamond? Who am I my grandfather?" James asked her as Katie shook her head "you're the one who's lying and no girl likes to be called lady." She told him crossing her arms.
"Hey, thanks for saving me." James told her as Katie sighed "I didn't save you, I saved her. And everyone else out there from you. And I figured out how this is gonna end. You tell Chloe you had to sell the bike because mom would kill you, if she found out you bought a motorcycle." She told him putting the sign on the bike.
"Fine. I'll sell the bike. Pre truth." James told her taking the sign off the bike as Katie glared at him "she's gonna need a break." She told him as James glared back at her "no, she's not!" He yelled.
And a while later James was still trying to figure it out as he was head first in a bush near the entrance as Katie walked out "yeah, somehow I imagined this ending way worse than this." She told him as James got up "if you've got that for sale sign. Don't even bother bringing that out, missy. Because this biker.." he told her as she threw the sign at him "ow!" He told her but in the end, he put the sign back on the bike.
"Well, there goes my fun idea of spending the day with Chloe." James told her as the two looked at the bike "stop, coming up with dangerous activities you don't like, she enjoys going to the movies, a nice lunch or dinner, she enjoys horseback riding. I mean come on, not everything you do together has to be spectacular. And she'd love it either way cause she loves you." Katie told him as Buddha bob soon arrived once more "ooh! Are you selling the motorcycle?" He asked as James sighed "yes."
"Give us a sec to get some cash from the ATM, and by ATM I mean the coin filled pillowcase under my hammock." Buddha bob told them running away as Katie furrowed her brows and so did James as Chloe and Lucy walked out once more "oh, hey, guys. So, really about this ride." Chloe began as James cut in.
"Hey, Chloe, about that ride.." James began as Lucy smirked as Chloe smiled "if you love you're new motorcycle so much, let's make it a date." She told him as James stuck his foot on the for sale sign again leaning towards her, as Lucy tried to not laugh "a date?" James asked as Chloe nodded "yeah, you can drive me around and we could get something to eat. So, meet you at your place at seven?" She asked batting her eyelashes as Katie made no hand motions behind the two girls.
"Oh, I'll be there." James told her as Chloe leaned in giving him a kiss on the cheek as both girls walked away and once they were further away, they started to burst out laughing "oh my gosh, it's never ending, it just keeps going." Chloe told her laughing as did Lucy "I know." She told her as both girls headed off.
"I can feel you glaring at me. And it's not helping." James told Katie, having watched Chloe and Lucy leave as Katie had her arms crossed "yeah, and the two of them are laughing over hmm, let me think, oh yeah, over the dumb boyfriend who's lie is going a little to far." She told him as Buddha bob dragged his coins over.
"There you go. One motorcycle please." He asked him as Katie looked up at him "the bike isn't for sale anymore." She told him as both of them looked to James who shrugged.
And soon Chloe got ready for her date and Lucy tagged along with her as she knocked on the door to the guys apartment as Kendall's mom answered "hi, um, we're here to meet James." Chloe told her as both girls smiled "oh. Both of you?" She asked as the girls nodded walking in "oh yeah, we have a very good feeling about this one." Lucy told her as Katie furrowed her brows at them and then her jaw dropped as she realized they knew what was up, even though she's made jokes before.
Meanwhile James was outside on the bike as he looked at the time on his phone as it was 6:58 "all right, Diamonds, you got this. Just, you know, drive around the parking lot a couple times and then pick up Chloe. Okay." He told himself as he revved the engine "now to put it in gear..uh." He told himself, looking at the bike.
The four of them were waiting in the apartment as James then drove through the wall as Mrs Knight screamed, while Chloe and Lucy's jaws dropped as they then tried to hold back their smiles and laughter "7 o clock right on time." James told her.
As Chloe started to laugh "I'm sorry, I shouldn't be laughing but I just can't help it cause you've lied to me all day and I thought I would get the truth before you went and injured yourself. So, with that I think me and you need a little space from each other, first the snake, now, this? Your making me nervous. I'm sorry." She told him, finally stopping the laughter as she turned and walked away as Lucy followed.
"I knew I couldn't have imagined how bad this is gonna end. I mean, who could have predicted this? He must've gone up, what, two flights of stairs to pull this off?" Katie told her mom as she had her arms open "I'm gonna kill him!" She yelled as James then finally fell over "I think the separation from his one true loves gonna do it for you." Katie told her.
And soon night had come as Chloe had packed a few boxes up of stuff that reminded her of James as she laid on the couch covered in blankets as horror movies were playing in the background as Lucy held the boxes in her hands "I'll be right back, okay." Lucy told her as Chloe didn't respond except for moving her hand to hers and dropping her ring in it as Lucy sighed "okay, then, I'll pick up snacks too, then." She told her walking out with everything.
All the guys were now back in the apartment as they all were hanging out "sorry we hit you and crushed wagonie." Kendall told them "don't be sorry. It was the greatest crash of our lives." Carlos told him as his arms were in slings and so was one of Logan's "wagonie would have wanted to go out that way." He told them kissing the wheel he had as James held ice on his knee and looked at the guys.
"And it looks like James had an interesting ride." Jo told them as the man next door looked into the apartment from the hole in the wall "don't worry. Maintenance will be up shortly." Katie told them as a knock was then heard at the door as James felt hopeful that it was Chloe as Katie went to answer the door, looking through the peephole she saw Lucy with a bunch of stuff "no, no, no. I'm not getting the door. It's not happening. Why do you have to ruin everything!" Katie yelled as everyone looked to her as she ran away into her room.
Kendall then looked to everyone and nobody seemed to want to get it as he sighed "fine, I'll get the door. Thanks Kendall, that'd be great." He told them as he got up and opened it seeing Lucy who started to laugh "well, this isn't awkward but here, it's Chloe's stuff from James that since their taking a break she doesn't want anymore right now." She told him and as Kendall took it his eyes went wide and so did everyone else's in the apartment "what!" They all yelled as Lucy moved back.
"James didn't tell you?" She asked as Kendall shook his head as Carlos ran over to them "they can't be taking a break." He told her as Lucy nodded "they are, the snake, mixed with the motorcycle it just all became too much for her I guess. Which is why, I have to go. So, tell James she's really sorry, I think theres a note in there somewhere but it's only for a little while. Okay, bye." She told them, running away as they all turned to James who looked sad.
"She broke up with me." James told them as Kendall looked at him "pfft, she didn't break up with you, it's just a little break." He told him as Carlos laughed "yeah, I mean, it's not like, she's rethinking all of her decisions and handing over the ring and debating on if she even loves you anymore." He told him as Kendall dug through the box for a note, finding it.
"See, this should explain it all." He told him handing it over and as James opened it he read the letter as something clanged down on the table as it fell out.
Dear James
I love you, so much, you made me feel like the princess I always thought I was and that I had finally found my prince charming. But somewhere along the way, I feel we lost ourselves. You wanted to make me happy so badly that you were injuring yourself in the process and also possibly me. I never wanted to write this letter or ever wanted to let you go but I think for us to see if we truly belong together we need time apart.
Cause if two people our truly meant to be together they'll find there way back to each other.
Once again, I'm truly sorry
