Chloe and James we're hanging out by the pool as Chloe turned to him "do you think Kendall's being weird?" She asked as James thought about it "hmm, you know, I wasn't gonna bring it up but now since you have, yeah. He kind of is." James told her and while they were lounging by the pool the other three guys were talking through walkies.
"All agents report. I repeat all agents report. Over!" Kendall told them as Carlos was hiding behind a bush by the pool "you know, I overhear them saying your acting weird and there right you are!" Carlos told him and James and Chloe heard his voice as they turned towards him but he quickly hid so they couldn't see him.
"Logan, have you spotted them as well?" Kendall asked as Logan was at Bitters computer in the lobby "I am unable to hack into Bitters system. And I'm a littler freaked out by his screen saver. Plus can't you just leave them alone, Chloes moved on, you already moved on. Get over it!" Logan told him as the screen saver then showed Bitters head on Carlos's body.
"what are you doing?" Kendall's mom asked "not a covert operation to spy on James and Chloe while they fall madly in love." Kendall told his mom as he knocked over the plans "honey, she's moved on and I thought you did as well, your just gonna have to handle seeing them together all the time and being in love cause he stepped down when he realized you liked her. Giving you your chance, now it's time for James to have his chance so move on!" His mom told him as he got up walking towards his bag.
"Your right mom, thank you, I mean we broke up it's over and technically it was already over by the time we got back from tour when she told me she didn't have a thing for James when she obviously did." Kendall told her as his mom furrowed her brows "that's not what I meant." She told him as Kendall walked out the door "love you mom, bye." He told her exiting the apartment to go meet up with Jo.
Soon Carlos, Logan, Kendall and Jo all arrived at the pool as they all walked over to Chloe and James "hey, guys, weren't you all supposed to get here, a few minutes ago?" James asked as Carlos smiled "yeah, but Kendall was having us spy..." he began as Logan smacked him in the back of the head as Chloe and James furrowed their brows as they looked to Kendall.
"Why?" They asked as he started to laugh as Jo looked to him as well "did he say spy, he meant fly!" Kendall told them as Chloe and James raised their eyebrows "dude, if your jealous just say so." James told him as Chloe nodded as the boy started to nervous laugh again as everyone was looking at him "pfft, no, I'm not jealous, we broke up remember, it's all cool." Kendall told them as James got up, pulling Chloe with him.
"Okay, now that that's out of the way, me, Carlos and Chloe are off to Rocque Records. Where we can..I don't know..make out without Kendall being weird." James told them as Chloe laughed turning to Jo and Kendall "seriously guys, things don't need to be weird, I found my true love and I don't want things to be weird anymore, So, I hope we could be friends." She told them.
"I'd like that." Jo told her smiling "me too." Kendall told her as James then started pulling her away as they went to get changed "bye guys." Chloe told them waving as the two then ran off laughing, Carlos following behind them as Jo looked to Kendall "you know, Chloes not so bad and that ring James got her is amazing, you've seen it right Logan?" She asked as he nodded his head as Kendall started to nervous laugh as both of them looked at him with furrowed brows.
"Well, this isn't gonna get better anytime soon." Logan told them as he then walked away.
Chloe, James and Carlos were now at Rocque Records as Carlos was putting the last bottles of soda down "wboo! Nothing kills wait for Gustavo time like a little soda bowling." Carlos told them as he put the last one down.
"Okay, if I make this strike that means Chloe and I will be together forever and Kendall will stop getting in the way." James told them as he then went to take his shot as Chloe rolled her eyes but watched anyways "hey! What are you doing?" Gustavo asked as James and Chloe turned around.
"Soda bowling for love." Chloe told him shrugging "well don't!" Gustavo told them as James hid the bottle behind his back "go put the sodas back in the pantry, and warm up your voices." Kelly told them as Chloe smiled "yeah, we're gonna pick out some new microphones, and I need my studio a tidy when I get back." Gustavo told them as they all started to warm up there voices.
"La la la la,
mi, mi, mi.""
Then the two walked away as the three heard the door shut "oh there gone!" Carlos yelled as James and Chloe turned around as Carlos put the bottles back down "this is for love!" James yelled as he completely over shot the soda bottles as it rolled right into Gustavos office instead as the door shut behind it as Carlos looked to James and Chloe as they all ran towards the door freaking out.
"Don't worry. It's not a problem as long as the soda doesn't.." James told them as the soda then exploded the cap flying off as they watched from the outside everything get broken as they screamed as the cap soon came flying out and landing by there feet as they all screamed again, quickly running into the office , seeing the wreckage.
"So, this is bad. But we can fix it, right?" Chloe asked looking to James as they all then looked back at the wreckage as James hugged Chloe but Carlos looked left out as they let him in on there hug.
Kendall and Jo were still relaxing by the pool as they listened to the radio.
"Do it like nobodies around."
"That was Big Time Rush's latest hit and now, here's Chloe Hart and James Diamond." The radio caster told them as the song started playing.
"Mmm, yeah
I got a lot of things
I have to do
All these distractions
Our future's coming soon."
Kendall heard the song come through as he then changed the radio station where the song was still playing but the ending instead.

And then he changed the station again as a news caster came through "your listening to news all the time except for Chloe Hart and James Diamonds newest hit, I just wanna be with you." He told them as before the song could even start Kendall picked up the radio throwing it into the pool as Jos jaw dropped "I think I'm gonna go get my MP3 player." He told her as she nodded as he walked away.
Chloe, James and Carlos were now trying to fix the office as Carlos was cleaning off one of the records as Chloe and James worked on the shelf "Gustavo said not to soda bowl in the studio. We did. And we're dead." Carlos told them as he put the record back up as it then slid off the wall falling to the floor breaking "we can fix this. Watch." James told them as he put the thing he was holding back on the shelf as him and Chloe smiled to Carlos but then the shelf broke and so did the thing they put back together.
"We gotta tell em the truth. Just come clean and accept the consequences like men and women." Carlos told them as Chloe and James started to walk over "you're right. We gotta tell em the truth or.." James told them as Chloe furrowed her brows "what's or?" She asked and soon James brought three chairs in and a rope as Chloes eyes went wide.
"Your not serious?" She asked him as he nodded "I'm serious. We tie ourselves up, and when Gustavo and Kelly come in, we tell them that we got robbed, now everyone sit." He told Carlos and Chloe as she sighed "this is a bad idea." She told him as he started wrapping the rope around her and Carlos "no, it's a good idea and we won't get in trouble." James told her as he finally tied them up "ha, there now we just wait." James told them as Chloe and Carlos couldn't move as they looked to James standing in front of them.
"And what about you?" Chloe asked as he then realized the flaw of his plan "oh, darn it!" James yelled as he then untied them as he then sat down as they all put the rope around them again tying themselves up.
Soon Kelly and Gustavo came back to the studio as they looked around "hm, wonder where Chloe and the guys went?" Kelly told Gustavo as they walked towards his office "they probably went to soda bowl for love somewhere else!" Gustavo told her as Kelly then opened the door seeing Chloe and the guys tied up "we were robbed!" They all told them through muffled voices, as they then started to try and move as Kelly's jaw dropped and so did Gustavos as the three mumbled again as Gustavo screamed.
Soon the three were untied standing in the hallway as Gustavo called the police who arrived fairly quickly "my worlds angriest producer award, my everything bigger in Texas mug..you have to find this guy!" Gustavo told the commissioner as Chloe, James and Carlos all looked to each other "which is why we need to know what did this robber looked like?" The Commissioner asked the three.
"What did he look like?" They all asked as they started talking over each other "he looked like." They told him as they all did different heights with there hands "cowboy." James told them "Pirate." Carlos told them "fairy." Chloe added "a cowboy pirate fairy?" The Commissioner asked as they all nodded there heads "uh huh." Carlos told him "yep." James told him as Chloe laughed "yeah, he had a hat, wings and everything." She told him doing hand gestures.
"Put out an APB on a..cowboy pirate fairy." Commissioner told one of his officers as he turned to Gustavo and Kelly "and you two, I need to see a list of all the items destroyed." He told them walking into the office as Gustavo yelled as Carlos looked to James and Chloe "I feel so guilty lying." Carlos told them as both of them turned to him "shh." They told him.
"Don't worry about it, all right? This case is gonna remain unsolved, and were gonna remain un in trouble." James told him laughing as Chloe did the same "cause where on earth are they gonna find a cowboy pirate fairy?" Chloe told them throwing her hands up as they all laughed.
But soon they were down at the station looking at a bunch of cowboy pirate fairies as they all stood there in shock "okay, so which one is it?" The commissioner asked as James, Carlos and Chloe all looked to each other "is it cowboy pirate fairy number two?" Gustavo asked pointing to one of them "or is it the one with the parrot? And really sparkly wings?" He asked.
"Or is it all some Big lie?" The commissioner asked taking off his sunglasses as Chloe, James and Carlos looked at each other once more "okay, look the truth is.." James began as Chloe jumped in "we.." she tried as Carlos then pointed "it was number two!" Carlos yelled as officers came in taking the man away as he looked at them shocked as Chloe and James mouthed "sorry" turning to Carlos.
Back at Rocque Records Carlos was laying on the couch eating while James and Chloe didn't want to do anything not even kiss "we can't enjoy snacks, we can't enjoy a kiss. Because of us, cowboy pirate fairy number two is in jail." James and Chloe told him as he sat up "we can fix this. All we have to do is prove that the studio bandit wasn't him." Carlos told them.
"Okay, but that means confessing that we broke all of Gustavos stuff." James told him as Chloe nodded as Carlos sighed "or.." Carlos told them Chloe threw her hands up "here we go again." She told them and before they knew it they destroyed the room and sat on the floor throwing the rope over them.
And by the time Kelly and Gustavo walked in again they were met with the three tied up and mumbling there words once more "we were robbed again!" They all told them, trying to move as Gustavo screamed again.
Gustavo then called the police again as they arrived as the three were untied once more "okay, I guess this means that cowboy pirate fairy numeral dos is innocent." Carlos told the Commissioner "and can be set free." James told them as Chloe smiled "great job, Commissioner." She told him sending a thumbs up.
"I'm not so sure. It's starting to look like an inside job." The Commissioner told them as he looked right at Carlos, Chloe and James as they got worried and looked to each other as he was handed a file "Gustavo Rocque, you're under arrest." He told them "what?" Gustavo asked "what?" Kelly asked as Chloe, James and Carlos followed as well "what?" They all asked.
"Your fingerprints are all over both crime scenes." Commissioner told them showing the prints "he works here, genius." Kelly told him as Carlos, James and Chloe motioned over to him "uh, yeah, why would I rob my own studio?" Gustavo asked as the commissioner looked to him "zip it punk." He told him getting in his face as Chloe and James got scared.
"Don't worry, guys. He's going away for a very long time. Get him out of here." The Commissioner told them as Gustavo began to yell as Carlos looked to Chloe and James "wait, it was us! We did it!" They all yelled as thye turned around.
"We were soda bowling for love, and a bottle broke." James began as Chloe continued "and it exploded and broke everything." As Carlos then added onto it "and then we made up that story because we didn't want to get in trouble and we're sorry just take us." They all then held out there arms to get handcuffed as they all looked away.
"And that's how you get a confession." The commissioner yelled as James and Chloe turned back "what?" Carlos asked as Chloe furrowed her brows "huh." Her and James said as the Commissioner laughed high fiving his officers "whoa, wait, wait. You knew it was these three the entire time?" Kelly asked "yeah. Just wanted to see how far they would take it. And you three did not disappoint." Commissioner told them laughing as did Gustavo.
"Wait, wait. You had nothing better to do but fake this whole investigation?" James asked as they all had furrowed brows "to teach us a lesson about lying?" Carlos asked "well, it's was a slow week." The commissioner told them as James, Carlos and Chloe all looked to each other as they then headed to PalmWoods park.
All three stood behind Kendall, James on the left, Chloe blocked by Kendall and Carlos on his right to him it looked like they were on his shoulders "well, I guess we sure learned our lesson." James told them "yep. Honesty is the best policy." Carlos told them as Kendall tried to wipe them off his shoulders "oh, not you guys too." He yelled running off as Chloe then stood there arms crossed as the other two walked towards her.
"Is it just me or is he going crazy? And what is with those pants?" Chloe asked them as she started to laugh "yeah, I'd like to know the same." Carlos asked as James turned to Chloe "yeah, well at least, I can do this." He told them as Chloe and Carlos furrowed their brows as James then dipped Chloe as he kissed her and she kissed him back as Carlos watched "okay, I'm gonna go now." He told them waking away as the two stayed there kissing each other.
