Chloe and the guys were in the elevator heading down to the lobby but as it dinged and they reached it a girl was on the other side who Chloe already didn't like as they had a stare off as they walked passed each other and even while the girl was in the elevator and Chloe and the guys were standing outside it, the guys were frozen as Chloe crossed her arms.
Katie soon though came down the elevator as she saw all of them standing there frozen she clapped her hands in there direction and none of them were speaking words as they walked away "thanks, Katie!" James told her as Chloe stomped her foot "unbelievable!" She yelled walking after them.
"That is confidential resident manager information that I can not divulge." Bitters told the guys holding out his hand as Chloe wasn't trying to punch the next person walking by "Money! Money! He wants money!" All the boys yelled checking there pockets and pulling out whatever they had "four dollars sixty five cents and a half stick of gum?" Bitters asked looking at them.
"That's all we have..unless?" James told him turning around towards Chloe who shook her head "no." She said as he turned around "fine, your gonna get the light version. Name, Lucy Stone. Reason in LA to become a rock star. She's eighteen years old and she lives alone." Bitters told them as the boys eyes went wide and Chloe shook her head.
"She has her own place?" They all said as Chloe smacked them all in the back of the head "I have my own place and this girl is not gonna ruin you guys!" She yelled as they all rubbed the back of there heads, Carlos and James pushed her into Kendall who caught her "you call nothing, and you are out." Carlos told him as Kendall looked down at Chloe, then back up at the guys "fine. I just lost a girlfriend to New Zealand, and I don't need a new one any time soon." He told them as he then looked back down at Chloe again who was calming down.
Although someone in a wig then came up to all of them separating them as Kendall held onto Chloe and they all turned around "yo, Camille congratulations..." Guitar dude tried to tell her going for a high five but then got flipped over as Logan looked at her "did you hear that she just landed a part in that new movie, spy high?" Guitar dude told them as he laid back down on the ground.
"Okay, the new girl is all yours. I'm out." Logan told them as he went after Camille "and you, no talky talky to the new girl." Carlos told Kendall as him and James did head and hand movements "what are you guys gonna do both date her." Kendall and Chloe asked "no, that would be weird." James told them as he leaned towards Carlos "that would be weird right?" He asked as Carlos looked to him "it would. So that's why we're gonna let her decide." He told them as they left.
"Why'd you smack me in the head?" Kendall asked Chloe as Bitters was still staying wanting to see what would happen with these two "oh, I don't know! How about whenever a new girl drops into the Palm Woods, you guys all act crazy remember last time? It ruined me and you!" She yelled at him pointing between her and him as Bitters brought out popcorn.
"But it's different now! We trust each other, remember!" Kendall told her as Chloe shook her head walking towards the pool "come on, Chloe!" Kendall yelled throwing his hands in the air as he began chasing after her.
Soon both or at least Kendall was looking at a magazine while Chloe pretended to as she waited for the new girl also known we Lucy to arrive which didn't take long as she soon sat down in one of the chairs next to them "hey." Lucy said to either both of them or just Kendall as Chloe was just directly staring at her with a smirk on her face while Kendall looked from his magazine to Lucy then to Chloe as he then just turned back to Lucy nodding his head.
"What's a matter, can't talk to me?" Lucy asked Kendall as he shook his head, no, "why not?" Lucy asked as Kendall then pointed towards Carlos and James as he turned to Chloe who still hadn't moved "you know, your gonna have to switch your position soon right? Or at least say something?" He asked her as Chloe just turned her head towards his direction.
"Hello there, it's Lucy isn't it?" James began as Kendall still stared at Chloe wanting her to speak "your gonna have to say something?" He asked her, getting frustrated "welcome to the Palm Woods." James finished as Carlos jumped in "we are two eligible bachelors, ready and willing to be eligible." He told her.
"And know that you can..and are encouraged to...choose one of us as your new boyfriend." James told her and they were done and Kendall was fed up with Chloe, he wanted her to move or say something so he threw his magazine at her which missed completely.
"Let me save you some time. Eeny meeny miny no." Lucy told the boys "was that a no to me or a no to him?" Carlos asked as Kendall got up and sat right next to Chloe who still didn't move or say anything as she was stuck glaring at the new girl "perhaps you don't know who we are." James told Lucy.
"Your Big Time Rush. Your on Rocque Records. You have one album out and your music is..cute." Lucy said as Kendall made a face towards her as Chloe turned to him "she said we're cute!" Carlos told James as Chloe and Kendall got up and walked over standing in front of them "no, she said are music is cute." Kendall told them taking off his shades as Chloe kept hers on "it is cute." Lucy told him "it's catchy and danceable, but just doesn't rock." She told them.
"We rock." Kendall told her as James coughed "uh, no talky to girl, remember?" He asked him as Kendall held up his hand "in fact, we're working on a new album right now which totally rocks. We rock!" He told her "tell you what." Lucy then tried to step towards Kendall as Chloe stepped between them.
"Okay, that's enough." She told her laughing as she took her shades off "I don't like you." She straight up told her as the guys looked at her in shock "and if you think, that you could just come here with dyed hair and leather clothes with chains on them and act like your a rockstar when your clearly just a girl rebelling against her rich parents cause she didn't want to become a doctor or whatever there dream profession for you was." Chloe was telling her as she threw her hands around.
"And say another persons music is cute? You've got another thing coming cause we're headed to the studio right now.." Chloe started up again and before she said anything else Kendall picked her up and carried her away to Rocque Records.
"Hey, so there's this new girl at the Palm Woods who said that Big Time Rush does not rock, and I say we do rock, and then Chloe said a few other things, so I need the new track to prove it." Kendall told them as Gustavo looked at them "first of all, my name is Gustavo Rocque, not Gustavo doesn't rock." He told them as Chloe and Kendall shook there heads.
"Well, according to every music magazine, BTR is a pop dance group, so in a way, she's kind of right." Kelly told them as Gustavo, Chloe and Kendall looked to her "well, they're wrong ok!" They all yelled "and I will prove it by playing you a sampling of my new rockin track pair of eyes." Gustavo told them and then pressed the button.

Chloe and Kendall looked at him with furrowed brows as they turned to Kelly who had the same look "that doesn't rock!" Kendall told him as Chloe shook her head "not even close." Kelly told him "we totally rock, okay." Gustavo told them as he stood up.
They were in all leather now standing with electric guitars "okay, operation turn pair of eyes into a rockin song is underway." Gustavo told them "we record it, then me and Chloe show the rocker girl..and the world..that Big Time Rush Rocks." Kendall told them strumming on the guitar "okay, guys, I think you're overreacting. Also I don't know how to play the guitar." Kelly told them as Chloe shook her head.
"Guess what. Don't need to." Kendall told her as Chloe looked at him confused "cause all you gotta do is turn it up!" Gustavo told them as Chloe panicked and turned to the drummer "umm, maybe not that loud?" She asked but it was to late as Gustavo started yelling and they put there arms in the air "one, two, three! Rock!" They yelled and strummed.
And soon paper had flown everywhere as Gustavos sunglasses were broken and Kendall, Chloe and Kelly's hair was everywhere "too much rock!" Kelly yelled as Chloe turned to them "I told you not make it that loud!" She yelled since she had ear plugs in "fine!" Kendall told them as he dragged Chloe with him "I'll prove that we rock the old fashioned way." He told them as he fixed his hair and Chloes while she grabbed the guitars off the wall and a tiny amp as they walked out.
"Well at least are hairs back to normal and we don't have giant amps that could be turned up to the highest volume and destroy the Palm Woods." Chloe told him putting the amps down as Kendall knocked on the door in which Lucy soon answered "hey. Did you come here to not talk to me some more? And tell me you don't like me?" She asked as Chloe shook her head "yeah, no, still don't like you." She informed her.
"Me and Chloe here came to show you that we rock." Kendall told her as they both played some chords "nice chord progression, and very cute amp." Lucy told them as Kendall looked at it "cute? That rocked." He told her as Lucy held her hand up "try an e b c g." She told them as she knocked over her boxes showing her amp and pulling out her guitar and played those same notes "that rocked." She told them as Chloe laughed while Kendall was once again frozen.
"Hey, can I see your guitar real quick?" Chloe asked and the stupid, naive girl handed it over "yeah, sure." Lucy told her not thinking anything of it until Chloe began to play it and she was really good but then thought of something else before handing it back "just one second?" Chloe told her smiling and then she took it off and began hitting it against the wall as it started to break or at least the strings did as Katie walked up eyes wide as she saw what Chloe was doing.
Chloe then huffed flipping her hair out of her face and handing the guitar back to Lucy with a smile "here you go." She told her as Lucy looked shocked as she took it and was frozen herself which made Chloe feel proud of herself as she then moved her hand to the door and shut it for the girl "um, you just broke her guitar." Katie pointed out as Chloe nodded "I know." she told her.
As Katie then shook her head not understanding what was going on with all of them and walked off and once whe left, Chloe clapped her hands in Kendall's direction as he unfroze "what? What happened? And why is there?" He began asking questions as Chloe pulled him with her "come on." She told him dragging him down the hallway.
Now back at Rocque Records Kendall had his guitar "what if she's right? What if they're all right? No, no, no. They can't all be right. Right?" He asked them as Chloe shrugged "I don't know but I did show her I rocked and proceeded to then hit her guitar into the wall in the hallway and broke it." She informed them as they all looked to her in shock "when did you do that?" Kendall asked.
"Oh, when you were frozen." Chloe told him causally as Kelly looked at her wide eyed "you broke her guitar!" She yelled at her as Gustavo pointed at her "nice one! BTR rocks. And I have the proof. Because last night I changed pair of eyes into a far more rockin song." Gustavo told them but all he did was change the lyrics to rockin eyes as Chloe and Kendall shook there heads.
"You just changed pair to rockin." Kelly told him as he seemed so proud of it "I know." Gustavo told them "and it still doesn't rock." Kendall and Chloe informed him "I know!" Gustavo yelled at them as they leaned back and then Chloe played a few notes on her guitar as they looked at her in shock once again "all I did was play e b c g." She told them as Kendall smiled while Kelly knocked Gustavo out of his shock "Get the band here and get them in the studio because BTR is gonna rock!" Gustavo told them "yes." Chloe and Kendall cheered.
And so Kendall once again knocked on the new girl, Lucy's door as Chloe stood next to him along with Gustavo and Kelly "aww. You brought your mommy and daddy here to tell me you rock." Lucy told them as Chloe looked to Kendall "no we brought our totally rocking new song that rocks to tell you we rock." Kendall told her as Chloe furrowed her brows "yeah! That song which is called Pair of eyes." Gustavo told her.
"Cute title." Lucy told them as Kelly furrowed her brows "cute? What do you mean, cute?" She asked "see? That's what I'm talking about." Kendall pointed out as Chloe nodded her head "it's just not a rockin title." Lucy told them as Kendall got more mad "Well, where's you're rockin CD with your rockin titles, Miss rock expert?" He asked her as Chloe looked at him "what are you even saying?" She asked as Kendall looked to her "I don't know." He told her as Lucy pulled out her CD which Kendall took "teenage anarchy." Gustavo read out loud.
"Eat my dog?" Kelly read next and then Kendall "cut it off and.." he read as they all then gasped at her "yeah, that last one shocks a lot of people." Lucy told them as Chloe wasn't frozen unlike the others "now, you, I would say you owe me a new guitar but I liked your riff and your style of choosing to smash it into the wall after." Lucy told Chloe which made her laugh "I still don't like you." She told her as Lucy now laughed "to bad cause you're my new friend and speaking of friends, I have a date with two of yours by the pool." She told her as she left.
"I still don't like you!" Chloe yelled down the hallway to get her point across as Katie arrived taking money from Gustavo before clapping her hands bringing them back as Gustavo screamed "why does everybody keep getting paralyzed?" Katie asked as Kendall then got wide eyes "paralyzed. It's not pair of eyes. it's paralyzed." He told them.
"Now, that is a rockin title." Kelly told them as Chloe smiled "anything's better then pair of eyes." She told them as Gustavo yelled "to the studio!" And they all headed off "thank you baby sister." Kendall told Katie as they left.
Chloe and Kendall decided to bring Lucy a house plant but when they arrived Carlos and James were frozen at the girls door as they knocked "oh, what?" Lucy asked but when she opened the door she saw the plant "what's with the plant?" She asked as Kendall handed it over "it's a house warming gift. And we just wanted to tell you that Big Time Rush will be performing our new rockin song, paralyzed, on the news tomorrow at 8:00 am. You might wanna check it out." He told her as Chloe nodded her head.
"Are you singing the tracks on their news stage?" Lucy asked as Kendall looked to Chloe "oh, no, we're gonna be on the news for the whole world to see." Chloe told her as Kendall turned around standing in front of James and Carlos, clapping his hands "oh, she got us again." Carlos said as James also complained "friend zone..what?" He asked as Chloe rolled her eyes grabbing the boys and walking off as Kendall followed them.
It was early in the morning as they all were in a van headed towards traffic to stop it as everyone then got out, Chloe grabbed her guitar as she got up on top of it with them to play.

Everyone was sitting in Lucy's apartment now watching the news "and finally, tonight, no charges will be filed against the band Big Time Rush for there impromptu downtown concert this morning because according to police chief Stevens everyone had a good time, and BTR rocks." The news anchor said as they all cheered "the cops were right. BTR rocks." Lucy shared.
"Thank you." Kendall and Chloe told her as Lucy then looked to Carlos and James "and thank you two for helping me move. My place looks great now." She told them "friends zone. Yay." Carlos and James cheered as Chloe shook her head.
"Hey, it is gonna be cool having a friend with her own place who actually lets us in." Logan mentioned as he turned to Chloe who held her hands up "hey, my apartment is expensive, I can't have you guys breaking anything." She told them as Camille looked around "it is a little snug in here though." She mentioned as everyone agreed "let's go hang out by the pool." Lucy mentioned as they all agreed and struggled to even get out of the apartment.
