Let's take his blessings too Nath, before getting married. I wish he too should participate in our union, as my pithasree "Chakradhari grinned euphorically and accepted her parameswari's appeal."Ha Mahalaxmi! Did I ever deny your wish?"Both set off for sage Bhrigu's hermitage, and was about to enter. Suddenly, to Laxmi's consternation, Bhrigu maharishi came out with frowning eyes,"Stop right there Laxmi"Laxmi felt exhilarated as soon as she had seen her father after a thousand years, she tried to embrace him, but Bhrigu didn't let her."Laxmi! You have gravely deceived me. Even Narad too! Narad was teaching you this? My biggest enemy Narayan's devotion?", he smirked, "What's his mistake even? He was following the orders of his lord! Narayan, this is your sketch right, to spoil my happy life entirely? You have separated me from my beloved wife initially, and from my daughter now! What a great god you are!"Laxmi interrupted ," Pithasree! What are you talking? He's the Jagatpitha Mahavishnu. Why would he think to devastate one's life?? We are loving each other, we came for your blessings, we hope you conduct our marriage."" No!", Bhrigu shouted in anguish, " He's the one who ruthlessly killed my wife Kavyamata with his sudarshanachakra even though she hadn't commit any mistake. How do you think Narayan, I'll hand over my daughter in your hands?"Laxmi amazed at his words, she perceived the Kavyamata's death incident through her divya-drishti(power of vision). Laxmi expounded his father in a soft tone,"Father! My Nath didn't do it intentionally. He had to, inorder to save gods. Please understand"But Bhrigu didn't pay heed to her words, he's still in wrath on Vishnu. He uttered in anguish,"He wasted your thousand years. Leave Vishnu even now! I'm ordering as your father. I'll grandly arrange your marriage with another "Laxmi and Narayan sighed at each other, they felt that time came to open sagw Bhrigu's eyes and clear his misconceptions, they immediately expanded themselves across the sky in their ananth Jaganmata- Jagatpitha forms. Jaganmata spoke," I'm not only your daughter, Rishi Bhrigu, but also the mother of this universe. I and Narayan uphold this universe , Laxmi-Narayan is the base of source for lives of everyone, without which the entire universe will be collapsed. Our union is very much essential for the welfare of humans and everyone. Don't separate us and be the cause for destruction of the universe. It's not my order but a humble plea as your daughter Bhargavi. I was born to you to fulfill your wish, it has been fulfilled. Now please send me to my original destination "Bhrigu puzzled as he had forgot that his daughter was incarnation of Jaganmata Mahalaxmi, but he slowly remembered his penance for Laxmi Devi and her boon to him. She then promised him that she'd be born as his daughter so he got her as daughter.Keshava added,"Rishi Bhrigu! I can understand your love towards Kavyamata as her husband. But, I, Narayan, never do injustice to any one. You have knowledge about everything in the world right? Don't you know that whoever died in the hands of mine would get moksha-prapti(union in me). I united Kavyamata in myself, that day itself. Yes, you're absolutely correct, Kavyamata didn't do any sin intentionally, she's a benevolent mother and dared to sacrifice her love for her refugees. I pierced sudarshan chakr, as I had no other alternative to save gods, but because of her virtuous nature, she is enjoying my union now."Sage Bhrigu exhilarated after knowing that his wife went to heaven. He realised his mistake, he repented for hating Narayan till then. He hailed him joining his hands,"Hey Bhaktvatsala! You're really eminent, my wife is very fortunate to get moksha from your hands. Excuse my grave sin Prabhu! I have misunderstood you profusely. Laxmi Mata! You made my life blessed by borning as my daughter. I won't restrict you, and please accept my heartiest gratitude to both of you, for asking me to take part in the wonderful union of Jaganmata-Jagatpitha. But Laxmi mata, please stay here until your marriage. I love Laxmi the most among my daughters, I want to spend some time with her "Narayan accepted his wish gleefully, the marriage muhurta was fixed two days later, by Brahmdev.Marriage Ceremony of Laxmi-Narayan began in grandeur, Devi Parvati, Devi Shachi (wife of Indradev), Devi Saraswathi along with all goddess, came to sage Bhrigu's hermitage for HALDI CEREMONY. Devi Parvati hugged Laxmi tightly in rejoice."I am delighted to see my dearest sakhi Sati, after a long time", Laxmi exhilarated.Parvati brought Laxmi out from hermitage. Laxmi glimpsed the ravishing decorations of ashram for the marriage made by her father. She felt very pleased. She overjoyed. Instantly Bhrigu too came out. Bhrigu Rishi was crying inside badly as his daughter would leave him after marriage, he tried to hide his emotions, but she's Devi Laxmi. She understood her father's worriness, went near him, hugged him to her heart and pacified him,"Pithasree! My marriage cannot separate us. Even though I go to Vaikunth, you can come at anytime to see me, you have that right as my father. You'll also allow me to come to my beloved father's home hainna, whenever I wish? "Bhrigu grinned joyfully and said, " Haa Puthri"Parvati came hastily and hurried as time arrived for haldi ceremony. Laxmi took sage Bhrigu's blessings, and went for Haldi ceremony, but her mind drowned in thinking about her friends,"If my friends Jaya, Priya and Subhangi are also there here, then it'll be more pleasing for me. Subhangi is the reason, I have met sage Yagnavalkya and fulfilled my wish. Jaya, Priya too had supported me a lot in my struggle. But, thousand years went away, they might have died by this time"" Sakhi Laxmi", Laxmi astounded to hear the voices of Jaya, Priya and Subhangi from back, she turned around and extremely amazed to see them, "How's this possible?" Narayan gave her reply through mind-voice," Sakhi! Jaya, Priya and Subhangi played the most significant role in our union, they had supported you always, stood beside you, felt your pain as theirs. They did these as they considered you as their dear friend, their friendship is inspiring to everyone, they gave a message to humans that whoever wishes good for others will always be blessed by lord. I gave them moksha as they are the most cherished friends of my endeared consort Laxmi too."" PranaVallabha! You're such an understanding husband, you have already thought that I'd wish them in my marriage, so you have send them. You are inspirational for every husband Nath, Hail my lord", she thanked him. Parvati and Saraswathi applied haldi (mixture of turmeric and sandalwood) on her face and prepared her for henna ceremony. Whereas in Vaikunth, Lord Shiv and Brahma completed Haldi for Vishnu.Laxmi finished her mangal snan, the most enthralling ritual. Parvati did holy bathe to Laxmi with tumeric water. Kamalanayana, Brahmdev and Kailasapathi began for Bhrigu's hermitage as the muhurta had been approaching. Madhava was in sheer delight.Bhrigu applied tilak on Vishnu's forehead and welcomed everyone inside delightfully. Bhrigu was in immense ecstasy, he was going to be the head priest of the divine marriage along with Lord Brahma. Brahma took Vishnu near Vivaah-Homa (the sacred wedding fire) and made him sit there. Meanwhile, Umadevi brought the bride. Everyone amazed at the divine beauty of the bride in her charming marriage saree. She's looking splendid, infact, she is the most beautiful bride in the world. Bhrigu began chanting mantras as Vishnu took Laxmi's right hand in her left hand and accepted as her consort. Laxmi blushed with shy, she jubilated and was on cloud nine. Vishnu identified the shy of Laxmi and smirked at her. Bhrigu instructed them to do sapthapadi. Immediately after they both stood up, Brahma tied the groom's dress with bride's saree. They walked around the fire with the bride leading, they revolved around the fire seven times, promising each other that they'll always stand beside one other in prosperity, long life, nourishment, harmony, progeny, strength and happiness.Final moment, the most awaited moment had finally arrived, drums and oboes were vibrated. Every one danced, sang and rejoiced. Narad hailed the primitive couple Laxmi-Narayan through his hymns. Narayan applied tilak on Laxmi's forehead and tied the mangalasootra around her neck finishing the ceremony. Laxmi and Narayan finally got married.Bhrigu's hermitage was filled with smiles of people and salutations of lord. Narayan and Laxmi took Bhrigu's blessings and left to vaikuntha. THE END...
