'Renjun changed Mark and freed our weapons?!' Kunhang said.
'He changed the anti-vampire bullets for regular bullets and released one of the vampires. I don't know why he didn't let Johnny go as well, though.' Dejun corrected him.
'So that's why the vampires we shot were completely unharmed...' Chittaphon said.
Kunhang was healing Dejun's wounds and Chittaphon was with them. They were in Kunhang's lab, as Dejun's was way too messy to stay in.
On the other available lab, Sicheng's, Yangyang and Sichend were inspecting Yukhei's body.
He had bruises all over his neck and abdomen, and he had difficulty breathing. The only good thing was that they knew he was alive and his heart was still beating.
'Sicheng... What do we do now?'
'I... I have this thing, though it's for healing vampires we could try... I don't know, I haven't tried it on humans, but the worst thing that could happen is it not making any effect on him.' Sicheng took a syringe and injected a yellowish liquid in Yukhei's arm. They waited patiently for the chemical to spread through Yukhei's veins.
Sicheng started regretting it as soon as Yukhei's body started convulsing violently, his muscles contracting in a painful-looking way. The surface he was laid on shook as Yangyang cursed under his breath.
'Chenle...'
'I said I don't want to eat.'
'Why do you hate me so much..?'
Chenle smiled bitterly.
'Maybe if you hadn't ruined my life I wouldn't.'
'I'm sorry...'
'Say that to my father.' Chenle demanded.
'What? I didn't kill-'
'Jisung, you hurt absolutely everyone around me! People treated me like I was the monster!'
'But I wasn't the one who killed your father...'
'You probably were the one who crashed into my father's car and ran away. You made everyone hate me by hurting whoever got near me, do you understand what you made me go through?!'
'Why do you blame me for everything?'
'You literally killed five people in front of me!'
'That was because they wanted to hurt you!'
Chenle woke up and no one else was in class. He was alone there, the school was probably closed by now. He had fallen asleep in class and no one dared to wake him up fearing they'd be affected by Chenle's curse.
He slowly got up, he was still sleepy. He was sleep deprived, every night he had nightmares as soon as his eyes closed, so he kept himself awake by chugging down an unhealthy amount of energy drinks. He made his way back home, no one was waiting for him anyways, his father wasn't even alive. He used to live alone with his father, and when he lost him he didn't contact any of his relatives afraid of them passing away as well.
'Hey, isn't that the cursed kid?'
'Ohhh~ We got the little demon here~'
Chenle was deep in his thoughts, but as soon as he heard those voices he snapped back into reality. Four guys were seated in the park's bench messily, three of them with a cigarette in hand.
One of the guys motioned for him to get closer, to which Chenle obeyed in fear of being chased down if he didn't.
'So, tell us about that... so called curse.'
'They say your eyes glow and horns grow out of your skull like a satanic demon!' One of them laughed as he mockingly patted Chenle's head.
Another one harshly tugged him by the collar, making Chenle stumble.
'Show me that superpower of yours.' He whispered in Chenle's ear.
Chenle tried to push himself away from him, but the guy was stronger than him and only pulled him closer.
Chenle lost his balance and the guy used this opportunity to pull him by the waist and make him sit on his lap. In no time, Chenle found himself seated on an older guy's lap and surrounded by three other guys threateningly close. Two of them were on each side and the third one was behind him.
His eyes started getting teary, what kind of sick joke was this?
'D-don't touch me!' He yelled as he felt one of the guys behind him, slowly unbuttoning his shirt. He wanted to slap those dirty hands away from his chest, but the two guys who were beside him prevented him from doing so by gripping both of his arms tightly. The hands that were previously on his waist slid down to his ass and he felt an uncomfortable bulge poking him from underneath.
'Or else what? You're gonna curse me?' The guy he was sitting on pulled his face closer and he felt is smokey breath against his lip. Tears streamed down his cheek and his body trembled. His shirt was completely unbuttoned and now someone was taking his time to unzip his pants.
'Look kid, we're not five year olds. We don't believe in your bullshit. We know you just made up this shit to get attention.' The one who was unzipping his pants said.
A hand crept into his inner thigh and squeezed hard, making him let out a whimper.
'Come on, don't say you aren't enjoying it.'
'You wanted attention, didn't you?'
'You should be grateful were giving you what you wanted.'
Chenle was paralyzed. He felt hands everywhere, on his head, on his chest, on his waist, on his thigh, on his arm, on his ass.
'Stop!' He yelled he wanted to fight back, but they were restraining him to the point he couldn't even move his arms.
'Why should we?'
'Because I'll fucking kill you.'
Chenle's eyes widened as he heard a familiar voice behind him.
'J-ji!'
One of the guys smirked.
'And who might you be?'
Jisung growled.
'That doesn't matter. I'm giving you exactly five seconds to let him go. Five.'
None of them moved a single muscle. Jisung walked closer towards them, glaring at them with a sharp gaze.
'Four.' His first victim was the one who had his hands on Chenle's pants. The vampire took a hold of his head and twisted it, making cracking sound when his neck snapped. The body landed in front of the bench.
The three remaining guys froze.
'Three.' Jisung went on the right part of the bench and smashed another guy's head against the bench's surface. Blood splattered everywhere as the humans looked at him in pure horror. Jisung, though, could only smile satisfactorily at the sight of it.
'Two.' The guy on the left let Chenle go and tried running away.
'Wait, Hyunjin!' Chenle was thrown off the guy's lap. He landed on the corpse that was in front of the bench, but before the guy could get up, Jisung jumped on the one who was running away and smashed his skull against the ground, leaving a bloody puddle.
'One.' Jisung turned around to face the remaining guy.
'W-wait! I let him go, see?' The guy pointed at Chenle, who was shaking on the floor, staring at the corpse underneath him, horrified.
Jisung walked threateningly towards them. He placed his hands on each side of the guy's head and crushed his skull with his bare hands. Without noticing it, the vampire was smirking evilly as he contemplated the red artwork displayed around him.
The vampire licked his bloody fingers and felt a wave of pleasure as the liquid went down his throat, his instincts screaming...
Thirst.
Chenle broke down right after, seeing the bloody mess around him. He crawled away from Jisung and closed his eyes, too scared to face the vampire.
Jisung took slow small steps towards Chenle, the human retreating as he did so. The smell of blood that invaded his nostrils made his mind go crazy. Soon, he was laughing maniacally, scaring the human to death.
Chenle shakingly got up and ran while he wiped his tears. He ran as fast as he could. He wanted to go home. He wanted to wake up. He needed to wake up from that nightmare.
Fuck. Fuck. Fuck!
'Chenle...' That was the last thing he heard before feeling a body slamming him against a wall's surface and his hands being pinned above his head.
A couple of sharp fangs sunk into his neck, piercing through his soft skin.
'N-no!'
No response. His so-called friend wasn't even listening to him.
'P-please stop!'
His heart was beating at a fast pace, he didn't want to die. Not yet. He tried to push the vampire away, but he was much stronger and didn't move an inch. The merciless creature kept on sucking his blood, it was sweet, addicting. The pain he felt on his neck was practically unbearable, he felt like he was going to faint.
'P-lease...'
Having his blood sucked out of his body was literally draining the life out of him. His limbs didn't respond to his orders anymore, he felt numb. Nonetheless he still fought to survive. He screamed with the strength he had left.
'Someone, please. Save me!'
Jisung's eyes widened as he snapped back to reality.
What am I doing?
He let go of Chenle immediately, the older collapsing on the ground.
What did I do?
He almost killed the love of his life, what was he thinking of? Jisung knew he messed up. He messed up so badly. He left the human behind and ran away, determined not to cross paths with Chenle ever again.
Jisung left the room, almost in tears once again. He was ashamed of what he did, and he wanted to fix it. But how could he fix it?
The plate with food was still on the floor, next to Chenle's bed, completely untouched.
Admin right here :D
This shit came out longer than expected srry :')
I actually thought of splitting it in two, but then it would be harder to understand.
Also, having the flashbacks all scattered over the story might be a bit confusing. Should I make a chapter where I put it all together or..?
Have a nice day ð¤
