I sighed and rubbed my temples in annoyance. Elder Amanda looked rather annoyed with me too.

"Let me get this straight," I said. "You want me to file a false report saying Leader Triple X abuses Agent 72? Do you really think the Council is so dumb to figure out the truth?"

"Well I know they're not dumb which is why I need you to fill out the report. You or one of your men will take the fall and I get one step closer to being with George," Elder Amanda said. She seemed way too confident that her little plan might work.

"And how does this get you one step closer to being with Agent 72?" I asked.

"Leader Triple X's reputation will take a hit and people will be trying to convince George to leave him. I'll swoop in and convince people the Leader Triple X isn't a bad guy and his reputation will be restored," Elder Amanda explained. "And then George will be indebted to me for a favor and I'll tell him to marry me!"

My jaw dropped in disbelief. When I regained my composure I couldn't help but laugh at this absurd plan that I know for a fact will not work. I've seen it time and time again where people have made false reports on a congregation leader and their reputation doesn't take a hit. If anything it improves it. That's because when people find out that someone's filed a false report they see that the congregation leader isn't a bad guy and they'll be more pissed at the person who wrote a false report.

Elder Amanda frowned. "That's not funny Ronda! My plan will work! I'll see to it that it does!"

I gave her a tightlipped smile and nodded. "Uh-hmm… So what do I get out of this?"

Elder Amanda paused and that made my jaw drop at her entitlement. She rolled her eyes. "You work for the Council. You have plenty of resources and get paid double than what a normal Agent gets paid. Surely you don't need to be paid for this?"

"Wow you're entitled. Let me guess if I don't do this for you you'll let all my 'allies' know that I'm working for the Organization and derail the Organization's plan?" I said.

Elder Amanda nodded. "Yeah pretty much."

I snorted. "Go right on ahead and derail the Organization's plan. Just know the moment you walk out of here I'll report you to the Council. And I'll be informing my 'allies' as to who's really fucking things up."

Her eyes went wide. "You wouldn't dare!"

I glared at her. "Try me. Now I'll ask this again, what do I get out of this. If you give me an offer that I can't refuse then I might be more inclined to help you. If you got nothing then our business is done and you'll be reported and most likely Court Marshaled for filing a false report. Or I could just put a bullet in your head and be done with it."

"But you won't be able to get away with killing me!" Elder Amanda said. "I'm an Elder after all."

I gave her a sarcastic snort. "We'll just see about that. So what do you have to give me for doing your dirty work?"

Elder Amanda gave me a look of disbelief showing just how entitled she is just because she's an Elder. She stood up. "Since you want me to pay you for your service even though you get paid by the Council I got nothing to offer you. And don't worry I won't derail the Organization's plan. Not yet not if it jeopardizes my plan to be with George."

Without another word she left the room.

I was called into work on my day off and I was kind of annoyed. I mean who wouldn't be annoyed, it's my day off and I shouldn't have to be worried about work until I get back to work.

When I got to Elder Lewis's office I was told to sit down on the couch in the office.

"I'm sure you're wondering why you're here on your day off but the Interviewer Agent will be here soon," Elder Lewis said.

I paused. "Huh?"

There was a knock on the door. "Come in!"

Someone walked into the room dressed in their military uniform for formal events. The military uniform for the Reds Congregation is black pants and a green suit jacket with the symbol of a red flag on the shoulders. The young man wore a beret that also had the symbol of a red flag on it. He saluted Elder Lewis. "Elder Lewis, I am an Interviewer Agent, my Agent ID is Agent 1444. And I need to interview Agent 72 alone. Don't worry everything will be recorded like every interview is and you'll have access to it if you want to review it. It's because you're on the Council and all."

Elder Lewis nodded and left the room. Once Elder Lewis the Interviewer Agent closed the door and sat down on a chair across from me. He took out his cell phone from his suit jacket and a small stand for it to sit on. As he pressed record he said, "This Interviewer Agent 1444. I'm here to interview Agent 72 whose real name is George Harriman. We shall begin the interview now."

I blinked. "Okay what is this about?"

"Has Leader Triple X ever abused you in any sort of way?" The Interviewer Agent said.

I paused. "I'm sorry, say what now?"

"Has Leader Triple X verbally abused you?" The Interviewer Agent asked.

I shook my head. "No."

"Has Leader Triple X ever been physically abusive towards you? Has he ever hit you or held you against your will?"

I shook my head again. "No."

"Has Leader Triple X been mentally abusive towards you?"

"No."

"Has Leader Triple X ever been sexually abusive towards you?"

"No," My eyes went wide as I figured what this interview was about. "Triple X has never been abusive towards me in any way shape or form. He took me and my kid in and helped me raise my kid as if they're his own. He still does that till this day. If anything he is kind and caring towards me. He is-"

The Interviewer Agent raised his hand and smiled. "I can see that the report that's been filed is false judging by your reaction. The reason why we interview people separate from their abusers is because we get to see their side of the story that way. And the way that you just defended Leader Triple X, I can tell how good he is to you."

"But why would someone file a false report?" I asked.

"It's simple," the Interviewer Agent said. "Once someone becomes a congregation leader they automatically have enemies on all sides."

"And what would happen if the report was true?" I questioned.

"Then Leader Triple X would be made to step down and the one that he abused would be made to take his place as punishment," The Interviewer Agent said.

"Yeah no way in hell would I want to become a leader!" I said. "I'm still relatively new to being an Agent anyway and to be thrust into a leadership position. No way! Nope I'm good! Has that actually happened before?"

The Interviewer Agent nodded after he stopped recording. "Yup, it happened to the former leader of A-Circle Leader Dominic. Although based on the story some of the Elders on the Council are of the thought that Leader Dominic planned it all. He was dead set on having Lieutenant 32 be his successor. Even after Lieutenant 32 ran away instead of having an Enforcer sent after her, Leader Dominic asked Queen Amorie to pardon Lieutenant 32 after revealing the abuse that he put her through. He knew that once the abuse had been found out Lieutenant 32 would be forced to take his place."

"Oh," I said.

"Yeah but don't worry Leader Triple X isn't going to lose his job anytime soon from what I can see," The Interviewer Agent said. As he started packing things up he said, "That's everything for the interview. You have a nice day."

I nodded. "You too."

The Interviewer Agent left the room and left me pissed off that anyone would dare to file a false report against Triple X. I have a feeling about who it was but with no proof I can't say anything about it. Whoever it was that filed the false report will pay. I just need to get proof first.

When I got home I found out that not only had someone filed a false report against Triple X but they had also filed a false report against Branden! I was shocked and pissed at the same time.

I went down to the personal gym that was at the house and decided to start punching the punching bag.

"And what did that poor punching bag do to you?" I heard Eve say with amusement in her voice.

I narrowed my eyes when I saw her. "Don't you dare go challenging me to a fight because my answer is absolutely not!"

Eve laughed and put her hands up in mock surrender. "Okay, okay I didn't come here to challenge you. Besides, Levi would kill me if I did at this stage in my pregnancy. I don't feel like falling off any rooftops while I'm six months pregnant."

I snorted. "How many times do I have to apologize for that?"

"It's fine George," Eve said as she sat down by a nearby bench. "It's just that you're going at that punching like you're angry at it. I know what angry fighting looks like when I see it."

I took a seat next to her and sighed, "Somebody filed a false report on Triple X and Branden saying that I was being abused by them. I'm so pissed right now so I'm staying away from them until the investigation is over. And thankfully it will be over on Monday."

Eve shook her head in dismay. "I can't believe someone would do that. If someone did that to me or Levi I'd be pissed. As a matter of fact I'd be tracking that asshole down and make them pay for that."

"See that's the thing," I said. "I have an idea of who it was but without any proof I can't do a damn thing about it."

Eve's went wide in realization. "Remember when Fate told us that the war won't stop until the one scheming to win the heart of the Second Knight is dead? And then she gave us the name Elder Amanda? You think it's her?"

"Yeah that's why I said without any proof I can't accuse her of writing the report. Who knows, she could've had someone else write it for her?" I said.

"Hmm, I wouldn't put it past a woman like her to do that. Didn't you say that she gave you a thank you gift for taking her virginity because you were ordered to?" Eve said. She shook her head. "Yeah is about the weirdest thing the Organization has Cadets and sometimes Agents do. At least now that I'm married I'm exempt from that. But knowing the Organization they can order Levi to get me pregnant as many times as possible. I don't mind it gives me a year off of work but I do mind at the same time because I tend to get antsy because I'm not at work."

"Oh don't worry I have a feeling you'll be out on the job soon enough and knowing the Organization, they'll want to space out your pregnancies," I said. I paused. "Sorry for asking this but how old are you now?"

"Now? I'm thirty-eight and getting ready to be thirty-nine soon. Why?" Eve asked.

"You won't be fertile for very long. Don't women usually stop being able to have kids after the age of forty?" I said.

Eve smiled. "Normal women would stop being fertile after the age of forty. Women who are Agents like me stop being fertile after the age of fifty-five."

My jaw dropped. "Wow."

Eve nodded. "I know right? Uncle 42 wants to make sure that the Organization gets as many children as possible." She suddenly looked down and frowned. "You're injured. Here, give me your hands."

I raised an eyebrow. "Huh?"

Eve took my hands and a flash of green light appeared around them. When the green light disappeared I noticed that my hands were bleeding from punching the punching bag so hard. She stood up and grabbed a nearby towel and handed it to me. I wiped my hands and whatever bleeding there was, it was gone.

"Don't worry George, everything will work out just fine," Eve said. She started for the door when she turned to me. "Now, let's go grab some lunch. I don't know about you but I'm hungry."

I nodded and followed her out the door.
