Amos fed Eudora dutifully for the next two days in the hospital. Finally, when she woke up on the third morning, she realized that she could see the lights vaguely.

Felix couldn’t hold it in any longer. He pulled Kesha to the bushes behind them.

Kesha shouted, “Felix, don’t… um…”

Felix covered her mouth and tore off her clothes.

“Didn’t you say that you love me? You must be dejected that you couldn’t visit me over the past few years. It’s okay. Now, let me make it up to you.”

Kesha’s eyes widened and she stared at Felix with tears falling from the corners of her eyes.

She was supposed to be the future chairman’s wife, and she would get married to Steven sooner or later. In order to be with him, she had already whitewashed all the things that she had done in the past, but she didn’t expect that she would be humiliated by Felix yet again.

All of a sudden, they could hear footsteps coming from afar. Kesha bit Felix’s palm in an attempt to escape.

Felix grimaced in pain, but he didn’t let go of her. Instead, he leaned over and whispered in her ear, “Didn’t you want to be Mrs. Granger too? If someone sees us like this, do you think that Steven will still marry you?”
