âItâs his first time abroad.
Heâs having a hard time adjusting to the weather here.
In fact, heâs been plagued by vomiting and diarrhea all day, leaving him exhausted.
So heâs currently resting upstairs,â she explained.
He nodded thoughtfully.
Pouring herself another cup of tea, Lucinda suddenly looked up and noticed that he hadnât left.
Rather than departing, he returned and stood before her.
Perplexed, she asked, âDo you want another cup of tea before leaving?â
Kyson smiled, bent slightly, and pointed to his left cheek.
âBefore I leave, I have one final request.
Give me a ki*s!â
Her eyes turned icy, burning with fury.
Without hesitation, she emptied the remaining tea in her cup onto his face.
âAre you sober now? If not, I still have an entire pot of tea here!
I could even heat up a kettle of water to help you wash your face!â
Yet, he didnât get angry.
Instead, a mischievous grin adorned his face.
âThe tea you drank tastes so good!â
His flippant remark reignited her anger.
Clenching her fists, she shouted, âGet out!â
âAlright, Iâll leave.
â
Kyson grabbed a tissue from the tea table, wiped the tea off his face, and leisurely made his way to the door.
âYouâre quite the hot-tempered beauty.
I find myself liking you more and more!â
He laughed heartily, opened the door, and stepped outside.
âKyson! You are a pervert!â
Gritting her teeth, Lucinda hurled the teacup in her hand directly at him.
But he had already shut the door, and she missed.
With a loud crack, the teacup shattered into pieces against the door.
As the car engine roared to life, his laughter faded into the distance.
Lucinda promptly summoned the maid he had arranged.
âChange the sofa cover and the whole set teacups.
Clean every corner of the Living room to get rid of Mr.
Chapmanâs disgusting scent!â
