I hear clapping noises when I finish my song. "THAT WAS AMAZING," shouted Grace. "Aww thanks Grace". "Hey, do you want to do some gymnastics ,"I say to Grace. She nods "I've been doing it for two years". "Well I've been doing it for 15 years". "You're going to be the best in your class". She grins big.
Were in the backyard doing stunts. "I'm trying out for cheerleading," I tell her. "Really your definitely going to get in ,"she tells me. "Thanks," I say. "So I was thinking of doing this," I say.
I run in and do a cartwheel which a turn into a front flip. I spin and pump my two hands in the air. I don't know what you've been told. I kick my leg high up in the air. Westchester Country Day is good as gold. I do a side leap. Our team is the best. I point to chest with both thumbs and then make horizontal scissor motion with hands at midriff level. We cheer loudest than the rest! I turn in a circle and when I come out of the spin end in a toe touch, back handspring. We're mighty, We're crazy, We're never ever lazy, We'll beat you, defeat you. I do an Aerial and land. I then Jump and do the splits and yell GO EYE OF THE EAGLES!!!!
"That was amazing ,"says Grace "it was short, snappy but really good". "Thanks," I say to her. I check my phone for the time I see it is 3:50 pm. "My friends are coming over in 10 minutes". "Their names are Sophie Lee and Carmen Taylor". "Really, I can't wait to see them". I grin. "Come on," I say. I pick her up and carry her into the house. "Want to come shopping with me tomorrow". "Definitely " says Grace.
10 minutes later
DING DONG DING DONG!!! Grace and I raced to the door. Since I am so nice I let her open the door. "Hey GUYS," I say!!! They had big duffel bags I assume they were going to say over tonight. "Hmmm... Which one of you is Sophie Lee,"." That's me," says Sophie" "and you must be Carmen Taylor," says Grace. "Awww... she's so cute," says Carmen. "Come on girls we better start dressing. We only have three hours."
