Chapter Twenty Six - Lincoln's Drunk
Milo's P.O.V -
"So Milo." Marco looked at me with sad eyes. "How are you doing?"
I looked up from the table. My mum had finally let me sit in the dining room for dinner instead of me sitting in bed.
"Fine." I mumbled before looking back down.
"Bit of a stupid question." My cousin, Alfredo, grumbled.
"Do not call me stupid." Marco glared at his son.
The rest of dinner was awkward and quiet, my mum was the only one to attempt conversations.
"Milo why don't you show Alfredo your room." She smiled as she cleared the plates.
I sighed grabbing my crutches and slowly standing up. Alfie had seen my room on numerous occasions, he's even slept over once or twice, there was no reason to show him it. I knew this was just my mum's way of talking to Marco about me without me knowing.
I struggled my way up the stairs and to my room. I sat on the end of the bed laying my crutches on the floor.
Alfie flopped onto the bed making the bed bounce up and down. Pain exploded in my torso making me take in a sharp breath before throwing daggers at my cousin.
"Sorry." He rolled his eyes leaning back on the head board pulling out his phone and scrolling through it.
I had never been close with Alfie, or any of my cousins for that matter. Marco had three kids, Alfie was his youngest and he had two older daughters who had moved into an apartment together in new York. Alfie was currently in his senior year of college, he goes to one in California so he was only one state away.
Uncle Roberto has seven adopted children all under the age of eight, he works in an orphanage and seems to keep adopting the kids he grows a strong bond with. He wasn't yet married but he has just got engaged.
"Can you pass my phone?" I asked gesturing towards the bedside table.
He nodded reaching over, pulling out the charger and picking the phone up. He glanced at the screen as it lit up a smirk spreading across his face.
"Your boyfriend messaged you." He started to tap on the screen. Alfie found out I was gay when I started dating Nate and he didn't care whatsoever. He was more focused on teasing me about dating someone.
"Give it here." I held out my hand.
He shook his head reading through the messages. "Aw he misses you." He spoke in a baby voice. "Oh he's at a party, and he's drunk."
"Just give me the phone." I told him in a bored tone.
"He's calling." Alfie eyes lit up as the phone rang.
I gave up trying to get it back knowing he was going to do what he wanted and I was in not state to fight him for the phone like I usually would have.
"Hello." Alfie spoke into the phone. "Sorry it's too loud where you are so I can't hear you."
There was a few minutes of silence, I assumed Lincoln was trying to find somewhere quiet. Alfie decided to put the phone on speaker but told me to be quiet.
"Who are you?" Lincoln asked, his voice was slurred from having drunk so much.
"Alfie." He replied shortly.
"Why are you with Milo?" His voice was slightly angry.
"Oh you got yourself a jealous boyfriend." Alfie looked over at me.
"Yeah." I replied with a slight yawn.
"Milo?" Lincoln asked having heard my voice. "Who is this?"
"It's my cousin." I told him. "He's Marco's son."
"Oh ok." Lincoln responded now suddenly cheery. "Well it's nice to meet you."
"Is he bipolar or something?" Alfie asked me.
I shrugged in response before focusing on the phone call. "How's the party?"
"It's okay." He muttered. "Would've been better if you were here."
Alfie made a disgusted face before standing up. "I can't stand being the third wheel, I'm going to go to the bathroom."
I didn't say anything as he walked out of the room. I began to talk to Lincoln for the next half an hour about the party and plans for the next couple weeks. I finally told him to get back to the party at about half ten.

By one in the morning I was fast asleep as was Alfie who slept on the bed beside me. Marco had too much to drink with my mum and was unable to drive home so they both had to sleep over, as Alfie doesn't have a driving license yet.
We were both woken by my phone ringing in the otherwise silent room. I groaned reaching out and grabbing the phone before it woke up my mum and uncle.
"Hello?" I croaked not bothering to check who it was.
"Hey Milo!" Lincoln exclaimed speaking too loudly.
"Why are you calling?" I mumbled not bothering to lift my head off the pillow.
"I'm outside, let me in." He spoke excitedly.
My mum would kill me if she knew Lincoln was in my room overnight.
"No, go home Lincoln." I told him.
"No." He whined drawing out the word. "I'm staying, and if you don't let me in I'll just sleep out here."
"Fine." I gritted out. "There's a key in the plant pot to the left of the door."
"Yay." He cheered before I ended the call.
I could here the door opening and closing before footsteps went through the house. He wasn't quiet whatsoever, he seemed to be stomping slightly and kept bumping into walls and even knocked something over. I wasn't too worried about whatever he may have broke because I knew I could blame buddy for it.
I glanced to the corner of the room where the dog was sleeping in his bed, he had his ears raised as he listened to Lincoln moving around the house. I was worried that he would begin to bark when Lincoln walked in.
The bedroom door finally opened and by now Alfie was scrolling through his phone, illuminating the room. Buddy jumped up letting out a growl as he stalked over to Lincoln trying to stand taller than he was.
"Good doggy." Lincoln smiled patting Buddy's head oblivious to the dogs aggression.
"What's he doing here?" Alfie spoke groggily.
Lincoln looked over to the bed seemingly just noticing us. "What are you doing here?"
"This is my cousin, remember?" I asked him.
"Yeah, but you never mentioned he'd be in bed with you." Lincoln glared at Alfie as much as he could in his drunk state.
"I'm on top of the duvet with my own blanket, so chill out." Alfie told him laying back down.
Lincoln rolled his eyes still slightly annoyed. "So I'm sleeping on the floor then?"
"There's a pillow and blanket in the bottom of the wardrobe." I told him.
"I can sleep on the couch." Alfie stood up from the bed holding the blanket in his hand. "So you two can share the bed and have sex or whatever."
My eyes widened. "No. We don't- No." I stuttered uncomfortable .
"Oh come on." Alfie exasperated. "You don't have to be so weird about it, I've fucked a few guys too."
I looked up at him confused. "You're gay?"
He shook his head. "Don't know what I am, not that I really care. I just sleep with whoever I'm attracted to in the moment."
"Oh ok." I mumbled. "But I'm not lying, Lincoln and I haven't had sex."
My cousin frowned. "Really? Why?" He looked Lincoln up and down.
"Watch it." I warned him.
Alfie chuckled running a hand through his hair. "You don't have to worry, I don't bottom and with him I would have to."
"He's right." Lincoln nodded sitting down on the floor.
"I'm quite surprised I always thought you would be a top Milo." Alfie told me as he wrapped the blanket around his naked torso.
"I switch." My cheeks flushed.
My position depended on who I was dating. With Nate I bottomed, with Lucas I topped and with Ben we switched.
"Not anymore you don't." Lincoln smirked resting his head against the wall.
"We'll see." I told him before turning back to Alfie.
"So, how come you two haven't had sex yet?" He asked curiously.
"Because I'm a virgin." Lincoln slurred reminding me that he's drunk.
Alfie looked at Lincoln surprised. "Oh, so you're one of those people who want their first time to be special." He cringed. "Not that I'm judging you, it just sounds so awfully cliché."
I laughed slightly at his reaction ignoring the pain stabbing my stomach. "Can we go to sleep now?"
Alfie nodded climbing back onto the bed as Lincoln stood and got the bedding from my wardrobe laying it out on the floor. He situated himself beside my side of the bed so that he was able to reach up and grab my hand.
I smiled looking at our entwined hands before drifting off to sleep.

"Stop!" Bella begged. "Please!"
She sobbed as Oliver's dad continued to rape her. I could here the skin slapping together making me cringe each time, along with the deep grunts of the man.
Bella whimpered for a while before suddenly releasing a broken scream. My heart pounded against my chest as I stared at the floor.
"Fucking leave her alone." I finally managed to say.
Everything suddenly stopped as a pair of footsteps walked over to me. Oliver's dad stood in front of me naked other than the shoes he still had on. I refused to look up at him.
"Don't you dare fucking talk to me." He gritted out. "Unless you want the same treatment as her, but I bet you'd enjoy that."
He slapped his dick on my face. "Wouldn't you fag?"
"No." I whispered.
He grunted before turning and walking back over to Bella to continue her torture.
I sat up quickly making me wince in pain as I looked around, I was relieved to find I was in my bedroom and not back there. I took a deep breath to calm myself down.
I reached down beside my bed grabbing my crutches using them to stand up. I struggled to get past Lincoln without him waking up before making my way out of the room. I got down the stairs entering the kitchen to get a glass of water. I stopped suddenly when I saw a shadowed figure stood in the doorway.
"Hello traitor." Oliver's dad stepped closer to me making his face clear. "What have you found there?"
"What?" I blinked a few times.
Lincoln stepped into the kitchen allowing me to see him. "I said, are you okay?"
"Oh." I mumbled looking down at my shaky hands. "I'm fine, just thirsty."
Lincoln nodded taking a slow step forward swaying slightly as he moved.
"Are you still drunk?" I asked him as he reached me.
"No." He smiled.
"I think you are." I poked his chest.
He shushed me. "I'm a werewolf, I don't get drunk."
"Right." I commented. "You definitely seem sober."
"Thank you." He gave me a lob sided smile.
He lightly placed his arms around my waist kissing me. Despite being incredibly tired I kissed back for a few moments before pulling away. Lincoln frowned slightly before leaning in to kiss me again but I gently pushed his shoulder away.
"Come on." He mumbled attempting to kiss me again.
"No." I told him although I kept my voice soft. "I'm really tired Lincoln, I just want to go back to sleep."
"But." He muttered. "I was thinking about what Alfie said and I think we should."
"Should what?" I asked before realizing what he meant. "Sex? You want to have sex right now?"
He nodded. "Yeah, why not?"
"Maybe because I can hardly move without being in pain." I huffed. "Or maybe because we're in my kitchen with my mum, uncle and cousin upstairs, or maybe it's because you're so drunk you can't walk straight!"
"None of that matters." He reached up placing his hand in my hair.
"Of course it matters." I spoke in annoyance pushing his hand off me. "I thought you wanted to wait for the right moment and when you're ready."
"Well maybe there are things more important than me being ready!" He raised his voice surely waking up everyone in the house.
"I don't think there is Lincoln." I spoke quietly.
I noticed my mum step into the doorway but Lincoln didn't seem to notice her. She looked between the two of us in anger and was ready to say something when Lincoln started to cry.
"What's wrong?" I asked him concerned.
"Please." He begged tears running down his face. "We need to complete the bond, that way if something happens I'll know if you're okay."
I bit my lip not sure what I could say.
"I didn't know what they were doing to you, you could've been dead and I wouldn't have known." He broke down completely, his sobs were so strong he struggled to stay on his feet.
"Lincoln, I'm fine." I told him. "I'm fine now, nothing else is going to happen."
"But that's not true!" He gritted out in anger. "There's still someone out there who wants to hurt you and you won't tell me who it is!"
"I need you to trust me when I say that he does not know who I am." I spoke truthfully.
He shook his head crying harder now. "I didn't know what I would do if they-"
He couldn't finish his words and that's when my mum stepped in pulling him into a hug.
"Milo go upstairs." She told me as Lincoln sobbed into her shoulder.
I hesitated, I should probably help to calm him down right? However, I wasn't sure what to say. I had never been good at cheering people up.
"I know exactly how he feels, Milo." My mum looked at me with watery eyes. "I know what he needs to hear."
I nodded using my crutches to leave the room. I made my way up the stairs and into my bedroom. I climbed into bed beside a still sleeping Alfie and closed my eyes.
