After Qin Zhiyou finished speaking, he took another look at the necklace, then at her. Her eyes were clear, reflecting his own image, and he curved his lips slightly and added, âItâs beautiful.â
In saying âbeautiful,â he was looking at Lu Weixi, and not sharing any of that compliment with the necklace around her neck.
Lu Weixi felt both sweet and sour inside. Whatever Qin Zhiyou had just said, whether it was sweet or sour, was sincerely meant for her. He was willing to spend money on her, willing to buy her jewellery, stated that the jewellery wouldnât be divided among property assets. Regardless of whether he was teasing or speaking the truth, it was clear that he really fell for her.
