Alex's Pov
"Omg, she did what?" Jessica nearly screams on the phone "yeah" I say, laughing.
"There has to be something going on between yous" Jessica asks as I undress for a shower "no there isn't, anyways I have to have a shower before work I'll call you later" I finish as I hung up the call.
I turned the shower on and put it to the cold to let my friend calm down before work. With what Charlotte did today, I left myself a little bit horny.
And it is not comfortable to ride a bike home with a boner. I'll tell you that.
I finish showering, then I get dried off, then I go and pick out a shirt and dressy trousers. My father was the one who got me this job.
It's a job down in the town that sells suits like come on, man.
He said it would be good for them, because they could sell women's suits now since I have arrived and they actually are doing it.
Who would listen to my father really, though?
I get dressed, then walk down the stairs to my parents "mum can you leave me to work?" I ask as I grab a jacket "why" she asks while looking up from her phone.

"A motorbike, are you serious?" I say excitedly, like a child that got a lolly pop.
"Yeh, I thought since, when you were a kid, you always wanted a motorbike so I gave you that dream" mum said with a big smile, then handed me the keys "thank you so much, oh um I need to get to work but thank you so much" I said as I ran over to my bike putting the helmet on, and driving off.
When I get to the shop, I park my motorbike round the back, then walk in.
"Alex hurry up, you're late" the manager said to me while I was putting my bag into the locker "yes yes I'll be out in a minute" I say as I finish putting my stuff away.
As I walked out to the shop, it was actually very busy.
"Oi Blackwell over here," I heard my manager say. Then I walked over and saw Charlotte.
"Charlotte," "Alex," we say in sync, "you two know each other," the older man beside her asked.
"This was the new kid in my tutor group I told you about," Charlotte said, then looked at me with a smirk.
"Oh right, nice to meet you," he said, shaking my hand "nice to meet you too sir," I say, shaking his hand for a long awkward time.
"So what are you here for today, sir?" I ask him as we walk over to a stand.
"I am here for a new suit, I think I have gotten taller, so I would need to be measured," he says as he stands up on the stand.
I went over and grabbed a measuring tape and a pen from the small table near. Then, when I was walking back, I saw Charlotte sitting on a stool near with, her legs crossed, and a smirk plastered over her face.
As I started to measure Mr Williamson, I kept seeing Charlotte either looking at me or possibly taking pictures.
What is up with her?
"Would you like me to do measurements for a shirt and blazer?" I ask "uh yeah the shirt feels like it's getting small, I've been working out lately, " he says with a proud smile on his face.
"Very good," I say as I continue to measure for a shirt. "Do you work out yourself, Alex?" he asks me. "I would have an odd time, yes".
"Ok that should be it" I say as I stand up and straighten out my shirt and trousers, "thank you, would you be interested in coming over for dinner, you and your family, I would love to get to know you all".
After Mr Williamson asked me that, Charlotte quickly looked up from her phone. "I would have to ask them, but I would love to," I say as I shake his hand.
"Dad, are we going soon?" Charlotte asks as she puts her phone away into her handbag, "Yes, sweetheart in a minute," he said back to her.
"Oh never mind Javier is here I'll see-" she was cut short with "what the fuck are you doing here" oh shit.
I look up to see that stupid boyfriend of hers, does he ever just fuck up jezz.
"Baby lets just go" Charlotte says as she tries to push him out of the place, but it wasn't working.
"Nah we haven't finished this fight of ours" he says walking closer to me "there wasn't much to finish you went off crying with a teacher" I say laughing.
"I'll put you on your ass" he said but more bolder, and it was starting to cause a crowd.
"Get out" I say to him but he's too thick to understand "no" "I said get the hell out" I yell in his face, and the anger boiled in his face, but before I could say anything.
I got a punch to the face, but before I processed it I already had him on the floor with his arms behind his back.
"I told you to get out" I say into his ear, then I stand up and help him up, and lead him over to the door.
"Don't think about coming back here again" I say as I push him out of the shop.
"I'm very sorry about that sir, would you like to pay card or cash" I ask "uh your nose is bleeding" Charlotte says to me.
"Shit uh Robert can you finish this customer I need to clean up" I say as I walk away to the toilets to clean up.
After my shift I went home, but there was a car outside that I didn't recognise, I opened the door and the house was silent.
"Mum, dad, I'm home" I say as I walk into the house, throwing my keys into the small table next to the door.
But I didn't hear a response, "mum" I asked quietly as I walked into the kitchen revealing a back facing me.
"Hello baby sister"....
My body froze, and my blood ran cold.
"Come sit" he says as he pulls the seat out from beside him, but I don't sit in the chair, I sit in the one opposite him.
"What are you doing here, we moved for a reason" I say as I take my coat off, and lay it on another chair.
"Aw baby sis, did you miss me that much".
"No I didn't, I was happy that we moved and you didn't know about it" I say with a pissed off tone.
"Well mum told me as soon as use moved, and I mean there's plenty of room for me to move in" he says with a smirk coming onto his face.
"I've had enough of you" I say standing up and walking over to his seat.
"Aw come on baby sister" he says as he laughs, but I've had enough of his bullshit.
"Nope come on" I say as I grab the collar of his jumper and rip him out of his chair and onto the ground.
"Woah baby sister has grown up" he says as he pulls my feet from beneath me, resulting in me falling on my ass.
"You know as soon as I get rid of you everything will be left to me in the will" he says as he climbs on top of me and starts punching me.
But just then I heard the door open, I was about to yell for help but I couldn't because my breath was getting cut off.
Lucas was trying to choke me, then we started to hear footsteps about to go up the stairs, I had to get their attention, if I didn't I would be choked to death.
I looked over to my left and saw a small table with my mum's vase on it, I had no choice but to break it.
I reached over to grab it but I couldn't reach it, shit.
I tried to move my hips toward it but I couldn't because Lucas was too heavy, that's me I'm gonna be choked to death, without even telling Charlotte how I feel...

I build up all the strength in me, I move and I get a hold on the table and pull it causing the vase to smash on the floor.
"What was that?" I hear my mum say "I don't know, it sounded like it came from the kitchen, I'll be back in a minute" I hear my father say as footsteps come closer to the kitchen.

As the air from my body kept on decreasing, the footsteps came closer.
"Just fucken die already," he says into my ear.
"Hello-hey get off her!" Dad yells as he pulls Lucas off of me, then mum runs in and comes by my side to calm me down.
"GET OUT OF THIS HOUSE!" Dad yells as he throws Lucas out of the house. "James don't be so ruff" mum yells out to dad.
"Are you ok?" mum asks as I was still gasping for air "calm down your breathing" she says as she puts her hand on my chest.
"Breathe in, then out slowly" mum says as she starts breathing slowly, and I try to copy, and my breathing then slowly starts to go back to normal.
"Here drink some water" dad says as he hands me a cup of water, that I drink in record time.
"I thought we moved away so he wouldn't find us again, how did he find us" dad says as he paces back and forth.
"I gave him the address" mum says barely over a whisper "you what!" dad yells.
"What am I meant to do, James, He's my son," Mum said as she stood up "well he's not my son," dad said as he started walking over to mum.
But I stood between them, "dad don't it was a mistake, don't we all make mistakes, just leave it," I say with a hoarse voice from earlier.
"Alex honey, go have a shower," Mum said, then I nodded my head and walked off to my room.
As I was walking to my room, I heard a ding from my phone.

Charlotte:
Hey, I'm sorry about Javier. Today, he gets jealous very easily, and seeing you there, he just lost it.
Me:
Hey, um, it's fine he didn't hit me that hard anyways so I'm fine.
Charlotte:
That's good, so uh, have you asked your parents about dinner, I would love to have you over.
Me:
Oh no, I haven't. Sorry, we got into an incident today, so I didn't get time to.
Charlotte:
Oh, that's ok, but can I ask what happened?.
Me:
My brother came over today and tried to uh choke me, but thankfully, my parents came home.
Charlotte:
WHAT, omg, are you ok.
Me:
Yeh, just a bit sore and a few bruises, but I should be okay.
Charlotte:
Would you like me to come over and help you, or we could meet up somewhere.
Me:
No, no, it's fine. I can clean it up myself.
Charlotte:
Please let me help.
Me:
Okay, do you know where that small grocery store is just outside town, meet there.
Charlotte:
Okay, see you soon.
I put my phone back in my pocket, then I walked back downstairs, walked out the door to my bike, and drove off to the small shop.
Once I got there, the only car I saw was a BMW. I don't know if that's her or not.
I turned the engine off, then took my helmet off and just waited, then a few seconds later I heard the door to the BMW open.
"Your more fucked up than I thought" someone said then started laughing then I turned around and it was Charlotte.
"Thanks I'm flattered" I say as I get off the bike "so you've upgraded from a bike to a motorbike" she says as she looks around it.
"Yeh why did you like me coming to school on a bicycle?" I say with a smirk.
"Yeh you looked sexy on it but I think you look even sexier on that" she says then kisses my cheek, and walks into the store leaving me dumbfounded.
After a few minutes Charlotte comes back out of the shop with some cotton buds, rubbing alcohol, and a small first aid kit.
"Ok so this should have everything in it" Charlotte says as she hands me the first aid kit.
"Do you know what you're doing?" I ask Charlotte "yeh I know some things from my brother getting in fights when he was younger" Charlotte says wait I never knew she had a brother.
"I never knew you had a brother" I say and Charlotte looks down at me as I was sitting on the curb and she was standing.
"As you said there's a lot of things you don't know about me" she says then a smirk comes to her face "oh really" I say and she laughs.
Her laugh is so cute.
"yeh really" she says as she sits down beside me, she then grabs my chin to make me look at her.
She soaks the cotton bud in alcohol, then dabs it on the cut on my nose "aw god" I say quietly.
"Sorry, it will be sore" she says sincerely as she looks into my eyes, they were a gorgeous dark green.
I feel Charlotte moving her hand to my neck, but when she puts a little pressure on it, I let out a small yelp.
Charlotte quickly removes her hand "I'm so sorry, did I touch a cut" Charlotte asks as she pulls the hoodie down from my neck, then she lets out a little squeal.
"Omg your neck, is this what happened from him choking you" she asks with a scared look in her eyes.
"Uh yeah" I say as I look down "how did your parents know you were in that room" Charlotte asks.
"Oh there was a small table near that had my mum's vase on it. I couldn't reach it at first then I thought of yo- I mean, how young I am" I say trying to cover up my mistake.
"Right uh I'll continue cleaning your face" Charlotte says as she starts cleaning the cuts on my face.
After a few minutes Charlotte had finished cleaning the cuts and we were now just talking.
"Would you like to go on a walk?" I blurted out "uh yeah sure where would we walk" Charlotte asks "we could take Apollo for a walk" I ask and Charlotte's face lights up.
"Omg Apollo, yes, I love your dog, come on, come on," Charlotte says jumping up from the curb.
"Ok ok ok" I say laughing while getting up "follow me on my bike to my house, and you can park down the road so my parents don't see your car" I say as I hope on my bike, and turning the engine on, then driving off.
As we were getting closer to the house, I signalled to Charlotte to slow down, then I pointed somewhere, where she could pull in so mum or dad won't see her.
I drove into the driveway, then parked my bike, and ran back down to where Charlotte parked, I ran quite quickly, since a girl like her shouldn't be walking the streets at night alone.
"Hey" I say as I open the drivers side "hey" she says then gets out and we start walking towards the house.
"We can go through the back door, hopefully my parents won't be there" I say as we walk round to the back.
I opened the door slowly, trying not to alarm my parents, but it didn't work.
"Alex, is that you" I hear from mum. Also steps coming closer "hide" I whisper to Charlotte and she looks around looking for something "hide under this" I whisper again as I throw my coat over her.
"How are you feeling, why is your coat laying on the ground" mum asked as she was about to lift it "I'll put it in the closet in a minute, I'm very tired, so I'll just be off" I say as I try to walk away.
"How are you feeling though, I see you have also cleaned your face up" "yeh I'm fine, can I just go to bed I'm very tired" I say.
"Ok goodnight" she says as she walks off, and I let out a sigh.
"Ok come on" I say as I take the coat off Charlotte, we walk up to my room and Charlotte jumps on my bed.
"Aw so comfy" she says "don't get too comfy" I say as I pick out a pair of tracksuit trousers and a t-shirt, then I walk over into the bathroom and change.
"Come on" I say about to walk out, but I felt something hit my head.
"Put a jumper on, you'll catch a cold" Charlotte says as she walks out ahead of me.
We then got outside with Apollo, we decided to take her car to go to a park close by.
When we got there Charlotte lifted Apollo out of the car and put the lead on him, and off we went for our walk.
We walked around the whole park. It was probably a half an hour walk.
We talked and got to know each other. I learnt that Charlotte has an older brother that is called Oliver and a little sister called Brianna.
As we finished the walk we got back to her car, and she let me drive her home.
We pull up to her house and the gates automatically open, as I drive in.
"I guess I'll see you Monday" I say as I help her out of the car "yeh I uh I really enjoyed tonight thank you" she says as she gives me a hug, that catches me off guard.
"You're welcome" I say as I hug her back, then we pull away.
"Goodnight" she says then kisses my cheek "goodnight" I say as I kiss her hand, that she laughs at, with a blush.
"Goodnight you" she says then disappears into the house.

Hey everyone, so sorry I haven't posted for about two weeks, I have been very busy with school and sports, and also with getting injured, sadly but I will try and at least add an hour of writing everyday, to get more chapter.
