*Piper*

*A while after the proposal*

"Don't be silly, Jason." I sighed. I had parked the car in front of the bridal shop in the village, but Jason refused to get out.

"I've changed my mind. I don't want to come anymore."

"Jason, come on." Helped Lyla standing with Felicia in her arms. "Yesterday you called yourself the 'wedding dress expert' of the family. Jason got out of the car sulking. He gave Lyla and Felicia a kiss and then followed us into the store. I looked around and saw hundreds of different dresses. Some were tight-fitting and chic and others were big and showy. At once a man with a tape measure around his neck came running towards us.

"Can I help you?" he asked in a cocky accent.

"Yes, we have an appointment under the name: Piper Williams." the man looked at his diary and nodded.

"yes, that's right. Welcome everyone, I'm your consultant Steven." He shook hands with each of us and winked at Jason. Jason blushed a little and took a few steps toward Lyla. He put his hand on her shoulder so the man understood the hint.

"So, do you already know what kind of dress you want?" Steven asked me. I shook my head and looked at Jason.

"No, but Jason claims he's the wedding dress expert, so let him figure something out." I laughed. Jason was terrified and bit his lip. He wanted to fight it, but the store door flew open.

"Piper!" Call out a familiar voice.

"Ella!" Ella came running up to me and flew around my neck.

"I don't see you for a few months and you're already engaged?" she cried. I wiped her tears.

"It was a weird turn of events." I laughed.

"I'm a real whiner. Let's pick out dresses!" She said suddenly a lot more exciting. I walked past the racks and looked at the dresses. I preferred something simple. Not a lot of glitter or beads because I thought that was a bit too exaggerated.

"Piper, what do you think of this one?" Jason said, pulling out a dress. The dress had long sleeves and a kind of turtleneck neckline.

"Jason. That's a grandma's dress." I said as I disapproved of the dress with my look.

"But it does cover you completely. You don't suffer from looking in and you can't see your arms!" He still tried. Lyla pulled the dress from his hands and hung it back. shaking his head, Jason continued.

"And this one?" asked Ella. She showed a tight strapless dress. He wasn't even that ugly.

"No. She doesn't like that." Jason protested. I ignored his comment and looked at the dress.

"I'll fit him in." I said kindly. I gave the dress to Steven who hung it in the fitting room. After a while I had three dresses that I could try on. One from Jason, one from Ella, and then the other I picked myself. We had to wait a little longer for Liam, Eva, Peyton and Adam. They had promised to come, but came later. We got a cup of tea while waiting. Strangely enough, I was very nervous. What if I could never find a good dress? I was quickly brought out of my thoughts by Adam storming in.

"Hey! Let's get this party started!" he cried. Everyone plopped down on the benches and I was led by Steven to the fitting room. First I tried on Jason's dress. The granny dress.

"Jason, are you serious?" I shouted through the closed curtain. Steven zipped up the dress and I looked at myself in the mirror. The dress was full of frills and frills. If I can describe it in one word it will be: ugly. Steven opened the curtain and I saw that most of them were trying hard not to laugh.

"It's not that bad, isn't it?" Jason said "I like it sister. This will be him."

"New!" I turned around again and Steven drew the curtain back. I had to get out of this dress ASAP. the next was Ella's. the tight strapless. I squeezed myself into the dress that was too tight.

"Hold your breath." Steven ordered. I held my breath and the dress just closed. Steven tore the curtain open and I staggered forward.

"Oh, Piper. You're so beautiful and sexy!" cried Ella.

"I also like this dress better than Jason's, sorry." Adam said hitting Jason on the back. Lyla looked a bit dubious and the rest thought the dress was okay. Except Jason, of course.

"Piper, this dress is way too exposed. And it shows your curves, and it can't." Brought Jason against it.

"There's nothing wrong with Piper's shapes, though." Brought in Liam. "Piper, you're fucking sexy." I had heard enough already. I stumbled back inside and when the dress unzipped, I could finally breathe normally again.

"And now the third." said Steven. It was the dress I had chosen. the heart-shaped top was fitted and the skirt flared out. I looked in the mirror and nodded in satisfaction. I felt very beautiful in this dress. The curtain opened again and I walked out. Everyone held their breath.

"And?" I asked uncertainly. I saw Lyla and Ella get tears in their eyes.

"Stop." I said. "I'm going to cry soon too." Lyla set Felicia on the ground and hugged me.

"You are beautiful, Piper." she whispered. Then I was embraced by the rest. Jason sat uncomfortably. I looked at him and my eyes begged for his approval. He got up slowly and put his arms around me.

"I lost my little sister."

"What? No, Jason. I'm still here. You won't lose me." He held me tight, as if he were afraid I would suddenly disappear.

"You are so beautiful, Piper." he whispered. "Luca is a lucky man."

"Thank you, Jason. I love you."

"So is this your dress?" asked Steven. I nodded with tears of joy.

"Yes, this is my dress." Everyone applauded and Adam even cheered. "Now we have to find a dress for Felicia." Felicia babbled a bit in Lyla's arms and everyone laughed at her. They had really super eighties dresses for babies and toddlers in the bridal shop. We finished pretty quickly, because Felicia just looks cute in everything. After we paid, we went back home.

"I want to see the dress!" he cried. Luckily we didn't have the dress with us yet, because it still had to be adjusted.

"My dress isn't here yet, but you can see Felicia's, right, Felicia?"

"Ad." She said. Everyone focused on Felicia.

"Did she say something?" Jason asked. "She must have said daddy."

"Ad." Felicia repeated again.

"Ad?" I said.

"Ad ish."

"Obviously that's not daddy, Jason." said Lyla. "Come on, Felicia. Say Mommy." But again Felicia said. "Ad."

"What does that mean?" I asked curiously. the front door slammed shut and Adam threw the car keys on the table.

"Ish!" cried Felicia. Adam looked surprised at Felicia.

"Did she say Adam?" he shouted enthusiastically. Felicia held out her arms to him and smiled a little. "SHE SAID ADAM! HER FIRST WORD IS ADAM!" Adam shouted euphorically. Adam took Felicia out of Lyla's arms and held her high above his head. Lyla and Jason looked at each other wide-eyed.

"You are kidding me." Jason said incredulously.

"Yes, Jason." Sang Adam. "I think Felicia is a little bit in love with me, isn't Felicia?" Felicia tugged at Adam's hair.

"Okay, then me that's a no." Adam gave Felicia to Jason.

"Felicia will forever be daddy's little princess, right?" Felicia snuggled up close to Jason and everyone melted a little. "It's time for Felicia to go to bed. There's still a lot to sort out."

"And Piper will forever be my little princess." Luca said as he pulled me onto his lap.

"Did you really say that?" I laughed.

"Yup." He gave me a few butterfly kisses on my face and I burst out laughing. "I can't wait until you're officially mine."

"That will take so long!" I cried. I nestled myself against Luca's chest.

"Time will fly by before you know it."
