In this case, it would refer to the first meaning.

[2] 狗血[gǒuxiě]- dog blood/Melodramatic. Firstly, it could be describing trite and highly predictable movie or Tv drama scenes. Secondly, it could be relating to ludicrously unrealistic movie or TV drama scenes. Thirdly, it could relate to or characterised by schmaltz, dramatised sentimentalism, as in TV shows and movies. Lastly, it may be relating to life events that are ridiculous or infuriating.

[3] CP- Couple. The internet slang is often used to describe couples in movies or TV series. Sometimes it is also used to describe real life couples.

[4] 心里一堵(xīn li yī dǔ) – to feel sad and frustrated as if there is a blockage in her heart.
