Chapter 16: Chapter 14

Daisy was finally going to do it after a year. She walked into the cafeteria of the new year and new grade. She had changed a lot during the summers. Unlike her usual summer dresses or crop tops, she wore a loose fitted shirt with her top buttons opened. She wore black parallels with white vans and had her dirt blonde hair cut very short.

Since Emily was with Mason now, she had almost forgotten about Daisy and the fact that she was her bestfriend once. Yes Daisy hung out with them but Emily mostly spent her time with Mason now that they were together. They were the hot couple of the school.

It was the first time since morning Emily noticed Daisy. She gasped at her appearance as she got up from her seat.

"Daisy?"

"So you remember me?" Dasiy rolled her eyes at Emily.

"What- oh I'm sorry.." Emily trailed off.

"Not now. I have to say something" Daisy cut off Emily.

She got on the top of the table and took a deep breath. She closed her eyes as the welcoming words of her uncle to whom she came out to during the summer flooded her mind. She remembered how Harry and Louis hugged her and accepted her wholeheartedly.

"I have- I have- I have something to say to you all" she looked down upon everyone staring at her. Her nerves got high. "I am, I am- I am coming out as gay" she said before letting out a deep breath.

"Ew"

"I knew something was wrong with her"

"So weird"

"That's so nice"

"Proud of you"

"Amazing"

She got down the table upon hearing mixed responses and walked over to her usual table.

"OH MY GOD DAISY!!! THAT'S SO AMAZING. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME EARLIER"

"Because you never had time for me" she shrugged before grabbing an apple and leaving the cafeteria, not wanting to hear the mutterings about her.

Emily's face dropped as she frowned upon the retreating figure of Daisy. She saw how much Daisy had changed but realized how beautiful she looked. Without putting any effort to her outfit or any work on her face, she managed to look her best. Emily wanted to make-up for the time she had lost with Daisy and apologize in an acceptable way.

"wow didn't see THAT coming." said Mason.

"I kind of did. I don't know why but I just knew-"

"that something was wrong with her? yeah"

"what's wrong with her?" Emily asked with an offended face.

"Em, you misunderstood" Mason rolled his eyes.

"then make me understand" Emily shrugged with a hard look on her face.

"well- her way of life is different..... its nothing wrong but-"

"but?"

"but its different"

"you are right its different. By the way, did you know I like different and not the same old typical high school jocks?"

She said as she grabbed her bag and stormed out of the cafeteria angry on the fact that her boyfriend might be homophobic.

Mason sighed and put his head down on the cafeteria table before getting up and chasing after Emily.

"Emily! Wait!" He yelled after her.

"what?!?!" She turned around to face him, her hands folding in front of her chest.

"I am sorry. I didn't mean it like that. Its just new to me you know"

"Well if you want to be with me then you have to get used to it. You know my parents are a gay couple, right?"

"Yes... but I've never met them or any gay person for that matter. Its new to me. If it means to you that much, how about I meet your parents?"

"Yes it does mean to me a lot. But- but we can't do the parents thing"

"Why? Please I'm willing to try my best. I really really like you"

"They are really private Mason. I'll have to check in with them plus my papa usually stays out. I mostly live with my dad" Emily shrugged.

"Oh. Whatever you like. I just want you to know that I'm not homophobic, just new to all this"

"Yeah Mason, I know. Its okay. I'll talk to my parents... if they wanna meet you"

Emily put her copy of the key in the lock and entered her empty house. She sighed before going over to the refrigerator and getting the food out to heat it in the microwave. Her dad was out again and her Papa was in L.A. as usual. Miss Catherine left the job as her husband didn't want her to babysit anymore. Since Louis was always around and Emily had grown up, they thought they didn't need to hire someone else.

Emily was eating when the door of her house opened abruptly and she turned her head around to see her Papa shutting the door behind him as her Dad was eating out his face.

"Fuck Louis, I missed you so much" Harry moaned in Louis's mouth.

"I missed you too Harry, I missed you too"

"When's Em gonna be back" Harry asked hurriedly.

"She has dance practice" he breathed out.

"Dance practice got cancelled" she called out, keeping her eyes averted to her food and pretending to gag.

"FUCK EMILY!" Louis jumped away from Harry's arms.

"No, fuck Papa" she raised her eyebrows in a sarcastic manner.

"Young lady, that's a very inappropriate way to talk to your parents" Harry acted mad.

"Okay, so Daisy is mad at me"

"She should be" Louis shrugged.

"Wait you know?"

"That she is gay? Yeah. We were the first people she ever came out to" Harry said grabbing food out of Emily's plate.

"She told you before me? That's-"

"That's okay. Don't you give shit to her about this. She came out to us because we are in a gay relationship and she felt comfortable around us. She has all right to come out to anyone she wants. Besides, you weren't fulfilling the bestfriend position because you were busy filling the girlfriend position" Louis rolled his eyes.

"Okay. About that, Mason wants to meet you both"

"Isn't it usually the other way around?"

"Well when Daisy came out to the whole school today, Mason kinda freaked out. So I got mad him. Now he wants to show me that he's not homophobic by meeting you and having lunch with you" Emily explained.

"Sounds like he's homophobic. But anyways, call him tomorrow for dinner because day after tomorrow I'm leaving. Also, please invite Daisy too." Said Harry.

"No. I'm inviting Daisy tonight. We're going to have a movie night. I want to make it up to her"

"THAT'S MY DAUGHTER, RIGHT THERE. I thought you were possessed by some evil girlfriend ghost" said Louis.

"I'm going to Daisy's for a while, so you can continue whatever you started and the cancellation of my dance practice interrupted." She waved before grabbing her phone and leaving.

As soon as they saw Emily's cab pull out the driveway, Louis walked up to Harry and stood on his tippy toes to give him a light peck on his lips.

"Mhmmm Tomlinson, quit teasing" murmured Harry as he ran his hands onto Louis's bare arms. He pulled the hem of Louis t- shirt before pulling it off and throwing it away.

Harry led the way to their bedroom before getting right at it. They had not seen each other for months and they were desperate for each other. They wanted to soak up every inch of the other. They didn't want to waste even a minute second.

Harry's eyes darkened as he worked his way down Louis's neck and reached his waistband. He looked up for a brief second to see Louis's head arched back with hooded eyes. He pulled down his jeans and worked small teasing kisses onto him.

"Now who's teasing" Louis groaned.

Harry smirked before doing his work on Louis.

Their breaths mixed with each other's as they finished off.

"Fuck that was good" Harry breathed out. Louis smirked and turned to face Harry before taking his face in his palms and giving him a long kiss.

"I'm going to take a shower" said Louis as he got up. Harry followed him to the bathroom.

Daisy entered the house behind Emily. She wore a loose gray shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans.

"So what movie you wanna watch?"

"I don't know..... Love, Simon? OR WHITE HOUSE DOWN"

"I've watched Love, Simon already. Dad and I went to watch it together. Lets watch White house Down?"

"Yep okay."

"DAISY! Hey love, how are ya?" Asked Louis as he entered the living room tying his bathrobe tightly.

"I'm perfect. Never been better. I feel more free now that I'm out"

"Good good... so its a movie night?"

"Yes dad. Where's papa?"

"I'm here. Oh Daisy! Hi honey. I like you new look" winked Harry.

"Thanks for that recommendation of the salon. A little expensive but I like my new look" Daisy smiled.

"What recommendation?"

"Well your papa recommended me a salon when I told him I wanted a new look for a new me" Daisy shrugged.

"Oh.. let's watch the movie eh?"

Daisy nodded as she sat beside Emily. Emily pulled a cover on them as they begun the movie.

Louis and Harry went back in their room to rest a bit before cooking dinner for all of them.

It was 8 pm when Louis woke up from his nap. He grabbed his phone to see 4 missed calls from Henry, his new manager. He had thought it would be better but nothing had changed. Henry was just as same as Raymond.

"Hello?" Louis groggily spoke.

"Where are you?" Henry yelled.

"At home. Its my holiday today"

"I heard that boy Styles in in the city. Are you with him?"

"No! Henry you aren't my mom or dad. I'm not answerable to you." Louis hissed before throwing his phone away.

Harry crawled over to Louis side and grabbed his waist.

"What happened?"

"If it not Raymond, its Henry. I'm tired now" Louis sighed.

"We'll be free soon." Harry whispered.

"Lets cook dinner for the girls" Louis said before going downstairs to the kitchen.

He entered the living room to find Daisy's legs spread out on the arms of the couch and her head in Emily's lap. Emily had her head pushed backwards as little snores escaped her.

Louis quickly took a snap of the scene before looking at both of them with heart eyes.

"When will Emily realize she is gay?" Harry rolled his eyes as his pressed his front to Louis's back.

"I think she is bisexual... or pansexual" Louis shrugged.

"They are so cute"

"I know, right? Reminds me of us at the X-factor" Louis chuckled.

"Those were some golden days" Harry reminisced.

When the dinner was done Harry woke up the two girls and brought them to the dinner table.

"So Daisy, did you tell your parents yet?"

"No... but I'm sure they'll know soon enough. I talked to my uncle, he is ready to take me in... if...... welll.... if.... if my father kicks me out" Daisy whispered the last part looking dowm into her plate with a sad smile.

"That's good.. just remember that the gates of this house is also always open for you" Louis smiled.

"Yep. And now I'm gonna take out time for you too. Sorry for ditching you for Mason" Emily apologized.

"Eh its okay. I should probably leave. Its getting late" said Daisy as she stood up.

"Its late Daisy. Stay the night" begged Emily.

"Mom will be waiting" Daisy made excuses not wanting to stay around Emily anymore with her long brown hair that fell on her face. With her beautiful green and brown eyes staring up at her. With her pouted lips that begged her to stay. Getting over Emily got harder day by day now that she got more beautiful with every passing day.

"It's okay Emily. I'll drop her home. Its not safe to be out alone this late" said Louis as he grabbed his car keys.

"Thanks Louis" Daisy smiled at him, averting her eyes from Emily's.
