______ die with you.
|MIDDLE SCHOOL|
BLAKE'S EYES TWITCHED ANGRILY as his breathing slowed. He felt his mind going blank, all he could see was red.
"Nah, repeat that for me." He pressed, looking over crazily with a hand against his ear
"I said, maybe if you stopped fucking with fat-" The boy couldn't finish his sentence before a rock hard fist was shoved directly in his face, knocking him to the ground immediately
Everyone in the class, including the teacher went mad, although Mister Wilson was simply calling security.
"Beat that nigga ass Ghost!" Robbie screamed, collecting Blake's phone as it fell from his pocket
The trouble making child rolled his neck, cracking his knuckles, watching as Jay tried to stand back up on his own two feet.
"Yo get the fuck up son! You embarrassing me here!" Lucas stared at his friend with a scrunched face
Soon enough, he did stand and when he did, he quickly learned to regret it. Blake had sent two straight hits to his face, the movements were so fast and calculated, no one even saw his hands do it.
The action putting a knot on Jays forehead but in return, Jay swung his fist. Admittedly catching Blake in his nose, resulting in tiny spurts of blood pouring out.
Before anything could be done, strong muscular hands grabbed both of his arms. Restraining him from doing anything else.
"Don't let me catch you out in the streets pussy! And thats word to your mother!" Blake smirked proudly, tasting that terrible metallic substance in his mouth
Robbie being the good friend he is, laughed mischievously as he stuck his foot out with intention to trip his friends opposition.
Everyone in the class snickered as Jay fell face first to the school floor, seeming to have left a dent in it.
Blake angrily pushed through his instigating classmates whom congratulated him for winning as though he deserved a medal.
Out in the hall, he rolled his eyes, knowing what was to come as multiple officers and administrators ran towards him.
"Quick ass fight." He mumbled to himself "Shit ain't even that deep..."

"So what caused this." Principle Weaver asked, leaning back in his office chair, staring blankly at the two
"He sensitive." Jay shrugged, holding two ice packs to his face
Blake raised an eyebrow "You still act like a immature fifth grader. Not to mention how you're a wannabe bully."
Weaver sighed "Let me rephrase that. How did this really start?"
"He was insulting someone I care about and I reacted accordingly." He shrugged
"Like I said sensitive!" Jay declared, wincing when his top lip throbbed with pain
"And why did you say what you said." Weaver turned to the hurting boy
"She is fat. Sorry not sorry."
"Ya motha' three times her size with that wide ass back. Bitch needs to lose weight right now, today. Fuck is you talkin' bout?" Blake squinted his eyes
Jay pulled his head back surprisingly before quickly jumping out of his seat
"Son please swing so I can lay your bum ass out." Blake sat up awaitingly
"Alright thats enough." Principle Weaver commanded "Being a bully isn't respected at this school. Three weeks of suspension and when you return, one week of detention. You're dismissed."
The lightskinned boy sucked his teeth, glaring at both his newfound enemy and principle "Yo you deadass?"
"I'm very deadass." Weaver chuckled, making himself laugh "Now go to the front office and wait for your mother, Jaylen."
Amidst this drama, the door open and in walked a girl with a gleeful smile on her face, whom Jay purposefully bumped into on the way out. Kenji being who she is, failed to notice it.
"What are you in here for?" Weaver asked, clasping his hands together
"Oh nothing. I had-" She paused, reverting her eyes to the quiet 13 year old on the other side of the room "Siah?"
"Hey." He exhaled deeply, wondering why she was here of all places in the school
The principle raised an eyebrow, quickly putting two and two together. He recognized the look Blake gave Kenji, as if he was extremely protective of her.
Kenji stared at the scratch on his face, along with his red nose that was obviously bleeding before "Are you okay?"
"I'm alright. Are you okay?" He asked, thankful she hadn't heard about the fight yet
"I'm okay..." She trailed off
Weaver looked at the middle schoolers weirdly before standing to his feet "Ken now that you're here. Can you watch over him while I go speak to a students parent?"
She hummed, accepting the offer and watching silently as he left the room, leaving the two alone.
"Did you get in trouble?" Blake spoke, hand over his face
"No. My teacher sent me here to get something." Kenji answered, shrugging carelessly
"Oh."
She squinted her eyes at him "You got into another fight, didn't you?"
"Yeah."
"Why?"
"I couldn't just sit there and let him talk about you so horribly."
Kenji frowned, staring at his lip that was suddenly swelling "I understand that but you didn't need to fight. Now you're going to get suspended and I'll be here alone."
Blake sighed deeply "We only here for seven hours, you'll be fine."
She hummed, pursing her lips "So what did he say about me that was so bad."
His face scrunched with disdain "I'm not telling you what that dickhead said. It's only going to hurt your feelings."
"No it won't. Tell me, please."
"He called you some really mean words, thats it."
"Like what?"
"Fat and ugly." He mumbled, slowly blinking
"Oh." Kenji nodded sadly, shifting all her weight to her left leg
Blake raised an eyebrow, sitting up. He analyzed her body language, feeling the tension in the air, quickly regretting answering her question.
"You know you're the most beautiful girl I've ever met..." He got that line from a movie, but to him, it was very accurate for Kenji
She looked up at him with a small smile, forgetting about the previous events "Really, Siah?"
"Mhm." He did a stern nod, cheeks as red as a tomato
"You ever kissed somebody before?" She asked after many moments of silence, twirling her hands together awkwardly
"I kiss you all the time."
"No. I mean on the lips like they do in the movies."
"Oh." He thought about it for a few seconds before shaking his head "No. Have you?"
"No."
"You wanna try?" He offered, tilting his head
"Sure."
Kenji felt multiple butterflies fluttering in her stomach as Blake neared her, neither of the two having any romantic experience.
But for the first time in a long time, both of them knew they'd forever be together.
YOU'VE BEEN HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT AND APPEARED, OH I KNOW. LOVING YOU ONCE ONLY FEELS WRONG, I NEED YEARS
