ð A Life Together ð
â¡ A Wedding â¡
"Do I have to wear this?" Amara asked as she messed with a tie around her neck, "Yes, you do now stop messing it up." Lydia said, pushing Amara's hands away so she could fix the tie.
"I hate dressing up." Amara muttered and Lydia nodded, "It's only for a few hours. It's your mom's wedding and you're maid of honor, you need to look nice, which you do." Lydia said and Amara stared at her with a small smile. "You look beautiful." Amara said making Lydia smile, "Thank you." Lydia said before leaning up to kiss her.
There was a knock at the door making them look over as Derek walked in. "Your mom wants to talk to you." Derek said and Amara nodded before kissing Lydia's forehead and walking away. Amara walked down the hall and knocked on the door before opening it to find Makena standing in front of a mirror in a wedding dress.
"You look amazing, mom." Amara said making Makena smile at her as Amara walked up. "So, I was wondering since my dad isn't here anymore, and I'm sure it would be inappropriate for my ex to walk me down the aisle... I was wondering if you will." Makena said making Amara's eyes widen slightly.
"Really?" Amara asked and Makena nodded making Amara smile and nod before pulling her mom into a hug. Makena smiled, wrapping her arms around her daughter before kissing the side of Amara's head.
A while later Amara walked up to Peter as they watched Makena and Argent dance. "So, how does it feel to lose her to an Argent twice?" Amara asked making Peter furrow his brows, "Twice?" He asked. "Kate ruined your guys engagement and now Argent married your ex that you never got to marry." Amara said and Peter rolled his eyes, "How nice of you to remind me." He said and she smiled at him and patted his shoulder.
She walked up to Lydia, wrapping her arms around Lydia's shoulder from behind making Lydia grab Amara's arms and lean her head back against Amara's chest.

Amara sat at her desk, looking through some files when Lydia walked over and wrapped her arms around Amara's shoulders. "What you working on?" Lydia asked and Amara sighed, "The same old same old. Wife wants me to catch her husband cheating." Amara said and Lydia raised her eyebrows.
"Is he?" Lydia asked and Amara nodded while holding up a picture, "Oh, yeah. With her 23 year old sister... He's 40." Amara said making Lydia cringed. "Ouch, poor girl." Lydia said and Amara nodded, "Yeah." Amara said and Lydia pursed her lips slightly. "Speaking of wives... when are you planning on proposing?" Lydia asked making Amara furrow her brows and look at her before realization crossed over her features.
"You found the ring." Amara said and Lydia nodded, "I found the ring." Lydia said making Amara groan. "I was waiting to asked on our anniversary." Amara said and Lydia smiled at her, "You dont have to wait for our anniversary." She said and Amara raised her eyebrows in amusement.
"Okay... Lydia Martin, will you marry me?" Amara asked and Lydia chuckled, "Oh, I didn't mean right now." Lydia said making Amara groan. "Lydia!" Amara said dramatically making Lydia laugh, "Yes, I'll marry you." Lydia said making Amara smile before Lydia leaned down to kiss her.
"I love you." Amara said as they pulled apart making Lydia smile, "I love you too."

Amara laid in bed when someone suddenly jumped on her making her groan before waking up. Leaning over her was a seven year old girl with ginger hair making Amara squint at, "Lydia! Why is there a child in our room?" Amara called out. "She's our daughter!" Lydia called back making Amara hum, "Oh yeah." She mumbled before looking at her daughter.
"What's up?" Amara asked and her daughter smiled at her, "Mommy told me to wake you up." She said and Amara hummed. "Is that so?" Amara asked and her daughter nodded, "Mommy said aunty Malia and uncle Scott and uncle Stiles will be here soon." She said and Amara sighed. "I guess that means I have no time for the tickle monster." Amara said before quickly grabbing her daughter, tickling her sides making the little girl burst out in giggles.
Amara chuckled before picking her daughter up, playfully throwing her over her shoulder, holding her upside down by her legs making her daughter laugh. Amara walked out the room and and down the hall, carrying her daughter upside down making Lydia sigh when she saw them.
"Please dont drop our daughter." Lydia making Amara look at her as she walked over to the couch. "I would never drop Tali." Amara said before dropping her daughter onto the couching making her laugh while Lydia gave Amara a look. "What?" Amara asked innocently as she walked over to Lydia and kissed her cheek.
Amara walked over to the table were a fifteen year old boy with dark curly hair sat. "What are you doing?" Amara asked, leaning her arm on her son's shoulder, "Homework." He said and she raised her eyebrows. "At 9am on a Saturday?" Amara asked and he nodded, "Yep!" He said and she hummed. "You're definitely Lydia's son." She said before messing up his hair slightly making him groan and she chuckled before walking over to Lydia.
"Hi." Amara said, wrapping her arm over Lydia's shoulder, "Nice of you to finally wake up." Lydia said, kissing Amara's cheek. "Scott, Stiles and Malia will be here any minute." Lydia said and Amara nodded before the front door open. "That favorite uncle is here!" They heard Stiles yell making them glance at each other.
"I think they're here." Amara said and Lydia nodded before Amara smiled at her before leaning down to kiss her. Lydia smiled as they pulled apart before going to go see their friends.
