Chapter 1214: I'm Not Trying To Steal You

Archer's smile grew wide when hearing Demacia. The beautiful necromancer looked up at him with glowing blue eyes but he asked her, "Do you want to be my woman, Dem?"
The young woman went completely stiff as she dropped the pen as her eyes went wide, causing her to turn to Morena. She witness the white-haired sister nod. "He just asked me, little sister. We finally got what we wanted."@@novelbin@@
Demacia couldn't control herself as her emotions as she quickly kissed him so passionately that it caused Archer off guard as he returned the kiss. The new couple continued until they broke apart.
"What brought this on, handsome? Don't get me wrong, I'm happy but just surprised,'' she asked while staring at him.
Archer leaned down and kissed her slender neck, which made the young woman shiver in delight. His voice was soft but sincere as he spoke.@@novelbin@@
"I've realized something," he began, his words carrying a weight of reflection. "I've been unfair to you and Morena, treating you both poorly without meaning to. But now I want you both to be mine because I genuinely care about you both."
When Demacia heard this, a beautiful smile appeared before she turned around in his embrace whole tip toeing and kissing him once again. Following that, the two of them separated as Morena approached.
"Thank you for accepting us, husband," she said with a sweet smile. "I promise we won't ever let you down."
Archer quickly hugged the mature woman, who melted into his embrace as he replied, "You both have done so much for me already. Just continue on with what you're doing."
Demacia got excited and started jumping around just as Morena asked, "Would you like to come have dinner with me tomorrow? And tell Lucrezia to come see me in the morning so I can teach her some things."
"Yes. That sounds good to me," he answered. "I'll come by in the evening if that's good with you? I'll tell her when I get to the treehouse."
The beautiful white-haired woman nodded in agreement before Archer said his goodbyes to the sister and left for the treehouse with a radiant smile. When he appeared, Kassandra and Lucrezia were sitting in front of the fireplace.
"I've hunted several Blood Shark Matriachs Luce," the dark-haired princess exclaimed. ''Don't question my knowledge of the sea woman! I'm a damn Kraken!"'
Archer watched as the blonde started giggling while answering, "I'm not questioning that, but you seem to have fought smaller ones. I was referring to the building sized monsters that roam the dark trenches."'
Kassandra's face twisted in a scowl, "Shut up, you are talking nonsense. I've hunted plenty of them since I was a baby Kraken!"
Lucrezia started laughing before revealing, "I'm just messing with you girl, you get so stressed."
Archer chuckled while approached the duo and leaned down only to kiss Kassandra on the cheek which made the dark-haired woman beam, "Hello husband, did everything go well with the sisters?"
He nodded just before kissing Lucrezia on the forehead and sat down, "It's all good. They were happy that I made them mine."
When the two women heard this, their eyes narrows as Kassandra questioned the blonde, "Were they on the list?"
"Yes, Ella gave us it before we left Draconia," Lucrezia answered while taking out some paper.
Seeing this surprised Archer, but the Kraken grabbed the item and began reading it before nodding, "I see. Well, there isn't a problem if everyone agreed to at the last Council of Wives."
When she heard this, a beautiful smile appeared as she squeezed his hand. "Sofia told me what had happened. I'm sorry you went through that, handsome, but I'm not like her. I dare
say I enjoy my time here."
Archer looked at her as he felt bad but she moved forward and kissed him on the cheeks before continuing, "Now let me get this treatment underway. I have to meet my granddaughter in the morning and need some rest. She wants to take me to Dragonheart City."
He nodded just as a searing sensation coursed through his body, burning away the lingering traces of the Anti-Mana Poison. The relief was instant, though he showed no outward signs of
discomfort.
Turning his focus back to Natalia, he listened intently as their conversation deepened. She
spoke of her life on Verdantia and how she resided in the palace just outside the capital of the
Novgorod City.
Her daughter and granddaughter lived with her, their presence a source of warmth and purpose in her otherwise tumultuous existence. As she continued, Archer learned of her strained relationship with the Pope.
"We barely see each other these days," she admitted. "A rift has grown between us, and neither of us seems willing to mend it."
Archer nodded thoughtfully, sensing the weight of her words. While her life seemed gilded from the outside, it was clear Natalia carried burdens that ran far deeper than she let on, but
he asked, "Why?"
"Because I defended you against my husband and the emperor, now I'm shunned by the
Novgorod Court, but my big sister has been by my side so it's been good for me," she
revealed.
"You mean Catherine Volkovitch?" he asked.
When Natalia heard this, her eyes widened before a smile appeared seconds later as she
revealed, "So you've heard of her?"
Archer nodded, "Yes and I'm glad she isn't an enemy considering she is as strong as Brooke, maybe even stronger if the rumors are true," he told her the rumors he had heard.
The older woman giggled before speaking. "She's not as bad as they say. Catherine is just
lonely since her last husband betrayed her."
