Author's POV... The next day around 3 pm the couple was ready to leave...Mithra was expecting someone whom we know but that guy went out and didn't come back.As Meenakshi is constantly calling each 10 minutes they decided to leave without waiting for Aadharsh.... Uyir hugged everyone to bid bye... When she hugged Aashi.. She muttered slowly only to hear to them alone... Uyir : Take care of Aadharsh Chithi... She pulled out and Hugged Aghat who is on grumpy mode now... He doesn't want His daughter to leave.... But one stare from Aashi was enough to zip his mouth from uttering that words out... Then finally she came to her parents she hugged her mother tightly and little long time to take her mother's warmth with her..... When  Jayadev going touch his feet Shiva stopped him and pulled him for a hug and muttered.. Shiva : you are my mappilai who deserves our respect.......... And do let your parents know that I asked about their well-being... He actually said the first sentence loudly but the next one was a whisper which Uyir and Gowri too heard.... Uyir looked at her mother who is not much bothered that means she knows about that.... Uyir Raised her eyebrows asking her father answer....Shiva smiled and hugged his daughter and kissed her forehead.... And whispered... Shiva: Kandupudi papa... ( Find it yourself child) She pulled away from the hug and her father smiled at her and creased her head.... Its not new for Uyir....... Her father always used to give her riddles to solve from young age....the first thing she read apart from her study books were case files Shiva carries to home.... She was introduced to the book world by her grandfather.... So the puzzles and Riddles are always the father and daughter thing... She was confused ... Now she was sure Shiva didn't agreed for this marriage just because she said yes.... There is something more to it which she have to unfold herself.....And she didn't failed to notice that fraction of shock that surfaced and disappeared in seconds in Jaydev's face when Shiva said the second sentence.... With over working mind she left with her husband... Jayadev drove the car and she was in passenger seat , mithra was in back seat.... There was complete silence in the car........ Jayadev was also in deep thoughts he didn't  heard mithra's voice she touched his shoulder to make him come out of his daze.... Jayadev: what happened mithra.... Mithra: I have to ask you anna.... What happened to you.... I am calling you for long time you didn't react.... Jayadev: Nothing I was thinking about tomorrow's meeting.... What happened... Mithra: Nothing anna... Just drop me near that coffee shop I have to meet my friends and I will come home later I informed amma about that... He just hummed and dropped her there and drove to his house... After one and a half hour travel they reached his house... They got down and Meenakshi took arathi and invited them in...... Uyir entered the house slowly kicking the padi( a vessel which used to measure rice) full of husked rice and went in..... She entered inside the poojai room and lit up the kamachi villaku ( Kamachi lamp).... And prayed and Meena asked her to keep kumkumam on her Thali ,forehead and hair partitions... She was still wearing the Yellow thread as Thali on the 3rd month it will be changed into a gold chain by small house function.... Then both went to thier room before he take some rest his dad called him so he immediately went out..... Uyir signed and fell on the bed to get some sleep as in an hour she have to get ready as the neighbor and friends of Meenakshi is arriving to meet the new bride that is herself.... She signed and took a very small nap for 15 minutes and woke up to get ready.... Her body is not at all in the mood to get out of the bed but she have to..... When she was getting ready she heard meena's voice calling her down..... Jayadev was out of sight in fact he wanted to be with Uyir when those ladies come as he know how venomous and envious they are... But her mom said him that it's ladies meet you should not be there... He didn't want to argue much on that as meena was already saying that he became wife's slave and she would surely make it even more bigger issue if he resist.... So he just sent message to Uyir about those ladies and don't take thier words seriously........ He went out to get some files from his office himself... It's not that no one us there to do that job... It's more important file and it need his finger print to open the locker so he have to go there...... Meenakshi was more happy when he left... Thinking that he won't be there to save Uyir... Uyir got down through the stairs she can see all the ladies were already presented there in hall.... She didn't wore a heavy worked saree it was plai yet elegant and wore a haram and jumka and gold bangles in her hand.... Uyir's attire.. She wished all of them with a calm smile which enhanced her beauty more.... She was asked to sit in a chair and one by one the ladies came near her and gave her gift box along with a comment... Of course fake bright smile which only have envious and JealousyLet's see few of them... " Meena your daughter in law do look beautiful but not more than that girl I showed you... You rejected her saying she is not that much fair... See she is a shade darker than that girl...... Anyways happy married life ma""I heard you like simplicity but what is this ma... You don't look like a bride but a side relative girl came to function. You know in our family that relative girl too wear a better expensive saree and More jewelry...... Hmmm... Meena seems like your daughter in law is short of jewelry...you should buy her which het parents forgot ".... " You are educated right... Then why you don't work.... Yeah you are from rich family what is the need of working.... Just dependent on your parents now your in laws..... Thank god you are not that feminists ladies they just talk useless matters... "" You should go to parlors and clinics to remove that pimple and that mole near your cheeks it make you look ugly....... Uyir didn't react much to any of this as she already expected those..... And Meenakshi was doing a happy dance inside her... Because what she wanted was happening... On the first day itself she wants her daughter in law to feel insecure and feel grateful that she still chosen her...... But seeing Uyir smiling at them without getting affected by their words  even for a second irritated her... They all left Uyir gave all of them return gift Meena already brought...... After they left Meena made a sad face and came near Uyir and held her hand... Meenakshi: Uyir... Don't take their words seriously ma.... They are just Jealous that I didn't choose any of their beautiful daughters and nieces........ They are venomous people don't think about them more ma... You go and take rest... She acted with perfection.... Uyir looked at her and then Mithra who is sitting on the sofa like she achieved something ... She smiled at meena and said in a much sweeter and concerned voice... Uyir : yes... Attha you are right I was thinking about thier words only....... Meena smirks inside but she pulled up a sad face outside.... Uyir continued....... Uyir : Yes they are Venomous.... That's why I was worried about Mithra.. Meena; Mithra... What about my daughter...??? Uyir: Nothing atthai... If they are envious on our family then they will badmouth Mithra too like this....... And our Mithra is still a child to understand their motive behind it and she was very sofe natured so she would get hurt easily by simple denials..... That's what bothering me..... Please keep them away from Mithra and our family function as the next big event in our family would be Mithra's marriage right.... She said sadly while both mother and daughter duo is burning but they can't say anything against that to... Uyir: Okay atthai it's getting late I am going to my room.... Please send my dinner up... As you said I am too tired... Meena was still in shock.... But Uyir already climbing the stairs and reached her room with a smile of course...... Did Uyir need to learn to speak when she was grow up surrounded by Virtuous  women..... She was silent but when she speaks no one can overtook her.
