Nidhi's POV"Ok ,give me some time to think about it", I replied and tried to escape. But Riya understood my intention and said ,"Nidhi,please Yaar ,please agree for me.. I have never seen an estate  kind of thing and once I go back home I will never have a chance to spend time on some kind of vacation.. you know about my family conditions right?? So please.. ""if you want I will take you to my estate for vacation ,so don't worry " I said.. "But what's the problem in going to Kabir's farm house which is just 50 Kms from here and yours is around 300 Kms.."I didn't understand how to explain things to her.. I couldn't bear to see  her disappointed face and reluctantly agreed.."Ok ok, we will go.. Shall we go inside now , the conference has already started", I  moved from there..In the evening when the conference ended, Kabir walked towards us and invited all of us for dinner.. And my group of fools agreed immediately. "So Nidhi, are you dropping me back", he asked.."Of course Mr.Kabir , it's my responsibility, let's go", I said, cursing him under my breath.If I remember , we all became  friends during lunch time, and I mentioned  you all are not allowed  to call me sir or Mr.Kabir.. it applies for you as well Nidhi", what do you say Aakash ??, he asked..Of course Kabir, we all are friends...Aakash replied..I glared at Aakash and then at Kabir. I couldn't say anything to him in front of my friends.  I pursed my lips tightly and said "Yes Kabir, shall we go now??"After you", he said..Before leaving he took my friend's mobile number and said, please come to my hotel by 8:00 pm. Dinner is on me . the food is good ,you all will like it..All my friends were super excited to get the invitation.They were all smiles and  stopped smiling looking at my angry glare I gave him a forceful smile and said," shall we go now??"He quietly followed me to my car.. When we sat inside , I looked at him and asked ," what are you doing Kabir??""I am just sitting in the car like an obedient child and why are you looking at me like a angry school teacher.." he replied like an innocent child"don't try to fool me with your words Kabir, I am asking about inviting my friends to dinner and to your estate  for vacation?? what is all this?? What do you want to prove??"Hey, why are you so angry?? I just made new friends, and  asked  them out to increase my bond with them . what's wrong in that?? ",he asked in return with a cunning smile on his lips..I squinted my eyes and gave him an angry look..I huffed and started the car immediately.. "Are you cursing me?? your lips are moving?? ",he asked.."Oh !! do you even do lip reading?? ",I asked"Of course, who doesn't want to read those beautiful lips".."You keep cursing, I will read your lips ""Sorry, I am not interested in your knowledge on lip reading..", I replied angrily and kept my focus on driving..Very soon we reached his hotel.. While getting down he said," Wear any red colour dress for dinner, you look good in it".. He didn't give me a chance to reply and walked inside the hotel..I cursed him for his today's actions and slowly drove my car towards my house.Nidhi's POVAt around 7:30 pm I and Riya went to his hotel for dinner.Aakash and Gautam said they will join us directly there.I has to follow his orders because of my stupid friends whom I love most.. I didn't wear Red dress  but  chose blue instead..When we reached the restaurant, Kabir was already talking to Aakash and Gautam..And when I reached near him I was astonished to see him wearing a blue shirt and black jeans.Aakash and Gautam were sitting opposite to Kabir and there were two seats adjacent to Kabir.. whichever seat I choose I will be sitting adjacent to him"Hey what are you thinking ??come sit ",Gautam said..I gave him a faint smile and sat beside Kabir and took a glass of water to drink..Hey did you decide on any dress colour in the car?? How come you are wearing matching colours??Aakash enquiredI choked when I heard him.. It's true , infact if someone observes they will think that we are wearing a couple dresses.."It's purely a coincidence.. don't overthink.. I scolded  Aakash for his stupid question.."Yes Aakash ,it's just a coincidence.. ",Kabir supported me with a smile on his lips.."ok ok order something.. ",Kabir said..Everyone took menus in their hands and decided their items."What will you eat??", Kabir asked .."Anything is fine , I am not choosy..", I replied..He smiled and ordered all my favourite items for me.I looked at him with surprise in my eyes.. Does he really remember all these or was it just a coincidence?"don't overthink Nidhi , it must be a coincidence.. "I felt he is doing all these just because he has accused me of something I didn't do.. maybe he realised and doing all these as compensation.. but still  my heart ached.."No Nidhi , don't expect anything  more from him.. "Soon the food arrived and we all started eating .. Aakash, Gautam and Riya were telling all the funny things we did in the college..He was listening to them patiently and was even smiling in between..As I was sitting adjacent to him, he took my glass of water that I just drank and drank from it..Before I could react he looked at me and wiped his lips.. His eyes were saying he drank it knowing it was my glass.I didn't dare to say anything to him as my friends are with me..I thought nobody observed it and  I didn't want to make it an issue..After dinner, we all dispersed from the hotel thanking Kabir for the sumptuous dinner.. ( of course it was my friends who thanked not me)We left the hotel and when I reached home , Riya said  ," Nidhi, I think Kabir is interested in you"..My heart skipped a beat when I heard her.."Hey, you are overthinking.. why will he be interested in me??", I tried to explain ner hurriedly "Oh ! hello I have seen him staring at you and during dinner, he drank water from your glass, I observed everything.. It's like indirect kissing " ,Omg Nidhi, Kabir has indirectly kissed you.. ""Shut up Riya, do you know what  are you  even talking about?? ",I shouted at her. but I was feeling guilty.. What she said was true ..But was it really considered as indirect kissing.. my heart skipped a beat.."Nidhi, I feel Kabir fell for you.. and I am sure he will propose to you before he leaves this place.. I am sure.""Just , don't talk nonsense Riya .. he will not do any such thing.. "I knew he didn't love me. all his feelings are only for Nandini..
